He goes to court march 31st its his prelim for the first degree murder charge. I would like to attend but not sure I can hold back from jumpin the fence and getting a few shots in.. (lol not really) but heather hasnt been on the computer in a while she hasnt really had the time to delete everything but all the pics she has of him with jake she took a black marker to, ha ha, she still cries every day and she talks about jake alot but she is happy and free that douche bags rule.. Shes saved up and bought her own car which she dont have to worry about mitch takin loans against or getting repoed. Mason is a spitting image of jacob and is sceary to look at sometimes but its a real warming feeling. Jacob died a hero, he made sure that chris would not hurt his mommy anymore and mason could have the life that he couldn’t with chris. My son still ask me everyday where his jay jay is and he sometimes says that he is playing with jay jay and when we go to the store he asks me to hold jacobs hand to, I know kids say some weird stuff but its kinda cool yet creepy to think about.. Im sure that chris is having a wonderful vacation at his concrete hotel. ha ha lets just hope that his momma bought him a bubba bar for the showers… keep posting people we love hearing how much yall hate him.

for the entire mitchell family you all should be ashamed of yourselves. When your son regardless of the fact if it was accident or whatever that baby died at the hands of his farther. It was nobody’s fault but that fat bastards. He had his 8 month pregnant wife working to pay what she could when he would steal her checks and put it up his nose. He never cared bout that baby or his wife. And his moma theresa and allen need there asses whopped for acting like they cared so much bout heather while the whole time it was to get what little bit of money out of her that they could. Dont you all think shes paid enough for that worthless piece of shit. You know chris dnt deserve to breath he took something so pure and innocent away from all of us and all your worried about is if chris has money in jail. thank you to everyone that has put my family in your prayers and really thank you to everyone that thinks the way I do. Chris mitchell is the biggest douche bag god ever put on the face of this earth. I am heathers brother and jacobs real uncle. I have 2 beautiful kids of my own and my oldest kid malachi was jacobs best friend it hurts my heart because everyday he asks me “wheres my jay jay” and its just not fair. To anyone that wants to defend this bastard let me tell you a lil bit about this poser. Mitch got my sister and my nephew kicked out of every home they had, he would not get a job because he was to busy puttin pills up his nose and livin dope boy fresh, mitch also beat a pregnant wife not just once but every other day, I did not know this at the time because if I did we would not have a dead baby, just a loser that wouldnt be missed, anyway he also used to kick peoples doors in and take what they had because it was easier to take from people than to earn it. I cant say im perfect because believe you me i have made alot of mistakes in my life but im a man and I take responsibilities for my actions. but this coward just lived off everyone else. He shot my beautiful nephew in the face with no remorse, he handed my nephew off to the ems without a tear, he walked up to the room and took the gun that he killed my nephew with and hid it outside, then the bastard had the truck runnin and a smokin a cig, ok lets use our brian cells do you think he was going to the hospital. Hell no or he would have been in the ambulance with him. Im a father and if that would have happend to my kid the cops would have found two bodies because I would have took that gun and blew my brains out. But thats what a man would do not chris he would rather cover his own ass and try to get hisself out of trouble. But justice will be served because even criminals in prison has standards and they have a special place for baby killers there. So now his big fat gangster ass can share showers with some real thugs, and i know my sister was on here defending chris but you have to know that she lost her entire family in one shot. Now you will be happy to know that she has filed for divorce and she tells him everyday that he will rot in hell for what he did, and if anyone wants to know why she didnt leave in the first place because i sure did. He used to beat her and take from her and threaten her if she ever tried to leave, and she was so beat down and brainwashed that she thought that was love. Well now he has forever to think about what he did but who calls that justice he is doing the same thing now that he was before. He dont have to work, free meals, and yet again no responsibilities, but I guarentee you this I will be waiting for the day they let him out and I will be there smiling because their is a time and place for everything and justice will get served the old fashion way. And for everyone wanting to defend him maybe that will change your image of that piece of shit. Thank you for the prayers and donations and to all the people that still believe that mitch is innocent, well you losers can kiss my ass and god will get the ultimate judgement and I hope that someone will get him in prison and put him on the express way to his judgement. Did you think it was cool to have a gun toting thug wannabe boyfriend? Did it make you feel tough? Why did he need a loaded gun around if he was not a criminal? Did he have a permit?
If my girlfriend (babys momma) for some reason insisted on owning a gun it would be legal and there would be some serious fucking guidelines and safety measures followed or NO DICE. Not only is it the wise thing to do if you care about your children, IT’S THE LAW. Did you guys ever even talk about anything like that? If you did and Chris was breaking the rules behind your back and he really was not a criminal than I am very sorry, but it does not seem as such, it sounds like you guys both exposed him to dangerous activity and items that led to this result.
And did Chris really give a false name to the Police, if so why? Was that an accident also.

Threatening isn’t going to make it any better. Your hubby is dumb. PERIOD. If he didn’t shoot your son, then he should still be in jail because he left the gun where the boy could reach it. That’s what ultimately killed your son. Take the advice that max the cat said, make your myspace private.

guns are made for a reason-I have children and guns-the guns are lock up and the children have no access to them. There can be no over amount of safety when it comes to guns. The damage a gun causes cannot be taken back.
