And, it appears as though he has not reoffended in the last decade, so he doesn't appear to be any sort of a threat. Ruby, wouldn't Anita jeapordize her position as key witness for the prosecution to post things like that on a public forum? I don't know that much about the legal system, but it seems as if it would be better for her to not be posting here. At least she should check with the PA first, shouldn't she? IF she is a key witness, that is.

No one has speculated about whether Bill is innocent in all of this, because, quite frankly, we don't know the details of their relationship. You're right about that. It's possible he was threatening to kill her. It's possible he beat her every day. I have no clue.

What we DO know is that she was seeking help with murdering her husband. She was doing this on this internet, which is not the most private place in the universe. And judging by everything written on her MySpace pages, she is an illiterate imbecile. This we know to be true.

If you'd like to tell us about their home life, what your father is like, and why you back Retha, I would love to hear it. If you show me evidence that makes me believe my story is wrong, I will absolutely post an apology and/or retraction, as appropriate. I will admit when I'm wrong. But I need proof.

In my judgement, she's stupid, and I don't care what the true situation was at home.
She ADVERTISED ON THE INTERNET for a HITMAN to MURDER HER HUSBAND. Now that there is stupid and I do mean STUPID. In caps, and I'd underline it if I could.
