“I Don’t Shoot No Kids!”

Gastonia, NC– It reportedly happened on a fairly regular basis for about 3 months… Jessica Pack, 31, and her 23-year-old boyfriend, Jackie Nanney, would shoot at her three children with a BB gun. It wasn’t necessarily a form of punishment, it was mainly for shits and giggles. Hey, asshats, really… get a new hobby.

The children, ages 4, 5, and 7, were apparently shot at for sport. In the bathtub, riding their bikes, playing in the yard, etc. Hey, they were fair game. At one point, Nanney had the 7-year-old trapped behind a door and then shot at him through the crack. The BB’s left welts and bruises and occasionally, the BB’s would draw blood.

When the pair made their first appearance in court on Wednesday, Pack told the court she did shoot the 4-year-old, and that she allowed Nanney to shoot all three of the children. But Nanney says, ‘I don’t shoot no children! I shoot cans and stuff.’

Nanney cried to judge, begging for a lower bail. ‘I’m asking for a little mercy. I know these things sound bad. I know it sounds real bad, because it sounds bad to me, but I’m not that type of person, your honor,’ he said. The judge said, ‘Pppbbbttthhhtttt!’ and raised Nanney’s bond to $400,000. Pack’s bail was set at $200,000.

Nanney was charged with six counts of assault with a deadly weapon, five counts of intentional child abuse causing serious bodily injury, one count of assault on a child under 12, and one count of assault with a deadly weapon. Pack is being charged with five counts of misdeamenor child abuse, one count of intentional child abuse causing serious bodily injury, one count of assault on a child under 12, and one count of assault with a deadly weapon. Both are being held in Gaston County Jail and will make another court appearance on January 27.

The children have all been placed in the care of their grandmother.

I hadn’t received the memo that we dont give hugs and kisses and play with our children, instead we shoot at them! Aparently I was gravley fucking mistaken in my view of how we treat children.

She went through several surgeries to try to save her eye but, the cornea was damaged too bad and then she got an infection in it so bad it was going into her brain. It was either remove her eye or she would die from the infection.
So, maybe these two people who don’t share 1/2 a brain cell between the two of them should have to view pictures of this child, who is now 37 years old and and with an artificial eye.
