Pastor James Bell
SHELBYVILLE, Ky. – James Howard Bell, pastor for The Refuge Temple Church of God in Christ, turned himself into police. He admitted to having some sexual encounters with a 15-year-old. After locating and interviewing the victim, Bell was charged with sodomy, sexual abuse and wanton endangerment. Now it has been released that Bell is HIV positive. A fact he conveniently did not tell the juvenile.
47-year-old Bell, married with 3 children, confessed that he “knowingly withheld the fact that he is HIV positive from the juvenile and did not use protection during these encounters.” He turned himself in suspecting that someone else was going to alert authorities of his behavior. Bell is currently being held on a $50,000 bond in the Shelbyville Detention Center. His church is not commenting on the case.

WOW we just came through a case here in Windsor.Abusiness man here named Carl Leone had sex with at least 80 young girls and women and didnt tell him he was HIV positive he was in 30s.His parents were big business people hjere and have lost their business from all this.It took 3 yrs to get through court and by the end of the health units report he had sex with over 80 that came forward.

Sorry kitten hit the board and sent it.After taking all these yrs to finish in court he was given 18 yrs to life but was designated a Dangerouse Offender which mean he will likely be held until he does.Out of the young girls at least 15 have tested HIV positive and 2 committed suicide,they were 16 and 17 and said they cant marry and have babies and a normal life and killed them selves.Hopefully this piece of shit will get life also!!

She must have came at him and threatened him, but why and what made him turn himself in?! I mean, what is a 15 yr old doing bangin’ her pastor anyways?
