Eryn Allegra Is A Selfish Bitch

Port St. Lucie, FL–Not only is 31-year-old Eryn Allegra a selfish bitch, she’s a cold-hearted bitch. She planned and carried out the murder of her 8-year-old son, Tristan Allegra. She took away his life in the early morning hours of Christmas day in what authorities are calling a botched murder-suicide.
Eryn was unemployed and broke. She lost her home last year to foreclosure. She’d been struggling financially for quite some time. She had been contemplating suicide for months. She just didn’t feel like living any more. The only problem was, she didn’t want to leave her son behind. So, she started to plan his death.
Eryn made a reservation at a local Holiday Inn a week prior to Christmas. She treated Tristan to one last dinner on Christmas Eve. She somehow managed to convince him to swallow eight Advil tablets. She wasn’t sure whether or not that dosage of pain reliever would kill her son, so she had a back-up plan in place.
A couple hours after Tristan fell asleep, Eryn smothered him. She took a pillow in her right hand, his head in her left hand, and she pushed that pillow into his face. For 15 minutes she had that pillow smashed into his face. Tristan didn’t sleep through the whole attack, survival instinct kicked in and he started to resist. She watched as her son struggled to breathe. She watched his legs kicking and his arms flailing. Eryn ‘wanted to make sure that Tristan was not going to wake up and have some type of disability due to the amount of medications she gave him.’ Oh, how fuckin’ considerate.
After making sure that Tristan was good and dead, Eryn says she made her way into the bathroom where she tried to slit her wrists. The razor blades were too dull. Well shit, so much for murder-suicide! She called 911. Eryn was taken to St. Lucie Medical Center, where she was treated for minor cuts to her wrists and arms. She didn’t put nearly as much energy into her own death as she did her child’s.
After her release from the hospital, Eryn Allegra was booked into St. Lucie County Jail and charged with first-degree murder.
There were many people who would have stepped up to care for Tristan. Eryn’s relatives wanted to spend time with Tristan…they begged her to allow them visits with him. Tristan’s father, Michael Allegra, was scheduled to be released from jail this week. He had been serving time for a probation violation on a drug charge.
She had other avenues, other choices. And I don’t believe for one minute that she was going to commit suicide. If she had the balls to watch her son die, by her own hand, right in front of her eyes, she should have had the balls to keep working those razor blades. Bitch. Tristan didn’t deserve that.

You (seriously) want to kill yourself bitch? Whatever – your life, your body, your soul, your choice. But to kill your SON (and in such a time consuming [plenty of time to change your mind] way) is just unimaginable and unforgivable. If there is a hell – you’ll be in the hottest fire reserved for the most heartless killers. Razor blades dull? (yeah, right.. more like YOU are dull) then how bout jumping out the window? Electrocution? OD? You NEVER seriously thought to kill yourself or you’d be DEAD.
I am so glad she is charge with FIRST degree murder. I hope that if she tries some lame “insanity” plea the jury will see right through it.
RIP Tristan. So sorry for the family left behind to mourn. So sorry the bitch didn’t succeed in taking her own life. Waste of space and oxygen.

There was a bitch like this when I was in 8th grade. She was “despondent” around the holidays, so she shot her son, my classmate. But when she went to shoot herself, she “missed”. What a Christmas miracle! God must have had a heavenly plan for keeping her sorry, worthless ass on earth! Praise Jesus!
Anyway, yeah. Eryn is under financial stress that she probably brought on herself by spending like a drunken sailor and buying too much house so they could “look rich” and now that her chickens have all come home to roost she decides the kid is too expensive and she’ll start fresh by dumping his ass.
Hope she likes prison food.

Can someone explain to me why all these bitches live in Florida??? This disgusts me, what is wrong with these freaks? I don’t see how anyone can read about these whores and then disagree with my idea that we need a license to have children. EVERYONE should be put on birth control starting at 14, and not be allowed off until they can prove they are sane and financially stable enough to have a child.
Yeah, no more having 8 kids on weIfare! Doesn’t everyone get that that is the reason they have so many kids, because they know their checks get bigger each kid they have? Not to mention, those kids are more likely to be kept around and abused by mothers who dont want them, because mom doesnt want to lose that check!

Solange I would gladly go by those rules.In a perfect world that would be law.But whos going to sit in bedroom and make sure they use birth control?.And when someone ends up pregnant who hasnt passed the test yet then what??It kinda goes back to the 30s,40s and 50s where they steralized mentally retarded girls as soon as they got their first period.But I agree something needs to be done we just have to figure out what.And we have the exact same thing going on here in Canada too.In the past yr we have had 2 little girls 1 in Alberta her name was Pheonix she was 5 yrs old and was tortured and eventually beaten to death by her mom and step penis and the only way she was found out about was her 2 step brothers finally came forward after 2 yrs later and showed police where she was buried at the city dump!!She was choked till she passed out,beaten, starved ,shot at daily with BB gun just to hear her scream and this is what her mom did to her not just step penis she slept naked on a bare basement floor when the step brothers were caught sneeking her water or food they were told they were next if they were caught again.And another 6 yr old in Toronto was given to her moms best friend and hubby because mom was having “drug probs”she was tortured,beaten,slept on bare floor with not blankets and neighbors saw back eyes,saw she wasnt fed as the “real kids were” she wasnt in school for weeks at a time,teachers called police,they knocked no one answered and they never went back.Thats just a few of whats going on with abusing kids and kids being killed by parents and its everywhere,every country and I think people just need to start calling services when you suspect something dont just sit back and think it will be taken care of.

There was a similar case in Ohio about 12 years ago when an inmate, Wilford Lee Berry waived all his appeals and volunteers to die in lieu of spending the rest of his life in prison.
He succeeded too.

Whispers, I understand your points, I really do. And you are probably right about how difficult it would be to make sure people were taking it. But we can find a way, I know we could if we really tried.
As far as calling child services, when you said that it reminded me of Danieal Kelly from Philadelphia. If you don’t know her story, please look her up. That should give you an idea of the kind of “help” kids here in the states get from children’s services.

I remember the Danieal Kelly case,,I really hope soon they find a way to handle this because we are burying kids left right and center.Childrens services here are horrible.Someone calls they go ,no one answers door so they leave and dont go back weeks later childs dead.I think Canada needs to bring death penalty back,I never believed in it until I found this site and saw sooooooooooo many cases of abuse,murder,and we have same happening here but nothing in the law to be a big deterrence if we had DP i would hope it might have a effect but then it probrably wouldnt.Lets see if we can make a difference in even 1 case and keep a child safe .

He should have been her motivation to go on, to try harder, to live. . . . . or if she felt life was no longer worth living for her, she should have spent the last of her time and energy on making sure he had a good life with caring relatives after she was gone. . . . . instead she. . . . . actually kills her own child, yet chooses life for herself. Unthinkable. If she thought life was bad before, now it will surely be 100 times worse!

Wow. What a selfish bitch! Not to mention stupid and ill-prepared. I think that she fully intended to commit suicide after killing her son, but froze at the last moment. I had some problems in my teens and know from experience that slicing the wrists is not the easiest way to commit suicide, even if the razors are sharp. To be effective, you can’t just slide the razor across your skin and hope to get a geyser. You have to put force behind it and slice in as hard as possible. (My hands were never steady enough, thank goodness!) Sitting in a hot bath helps. Gets the blood flowing. It’s a very painful method and not very fast at all.
I’d have to say that if she was truly serious about committing suicide, she should have gotten a gun and fired it into her mouth, aimed up towards the brain. It’s messy, but quick. Another method is to drive your car as fast as possible into a large tree while not wearing a seat belt. Or jumping out the window on a very tall building. Or turning on the car inside a close in garage and letting the carbon monoxide do its work.
She should have left the child with relatives she could trust. It is true, a child whose mother commits suicide is going to be scarred for life and will be more likely to commit suicide in the future. Still, it’s not guaranteed. The poor little guy didn’t deserve to die. I don’t know how any mother could meticulously plan out the murder of her own child. Of any child.
Or, and here’s a thought: she could have realized that she had choices and that things were going to get better soon! Now, they will never get better. Her son is dead. And, if she were my relative and did this to her child, she’d be dead to me.

Then see how I’m disagreeing with you. Reproductive laws are repressive and fascist, especially when a select portion of the population is being targeted, in this case, the mentally ill and poor. Not ALL poor people have 8 children by different baby-daddies that they systematically abuse just so they can keep living off the welfare system. Some, like my husband and I, work our asses off and break even every month after all the bills are paid. Not ALL mentally ill (ie, “insane”–by the way, I find that term offensive, hence the quotation marks) parents abuse/kill their kids. My father is high-functioning autistic and bipolar, as am I. By your standards, we are both unfit.
My father, despite having his conditions, never harmed me or any other living creature. Oh, he’s been responsible for his share of quirky behavior, but he always drew the line at things that would cause harm. I could not have had a better teacher. I love my father dearly and would never want anyone else. If such reproductive laws as you propose were in place, he would never have been able to have children, because he’s not “sane” by society’s standards. The same goes for me. If these laws were in place, there’s no way I’d be cleared to reproduce–I’m the wrong social class and my brain is wired wrong!
There is no reason that only the middle-class and rich should be allowed to reproduce, unless you’re trying to breed out the poor, in which case, the middle-class would eventually be poor and then need to be bred out, and so on. And there is no reason to be attempting to breed out people who don’t fit the norm, ie, the “insane” people. Plenty of “insane” people have changed this world for the better. They’re just not the ones mentioned here. Don’t go thinking that everyone in the world who falls into a certain category (poor or “insane”) is a scumbag just because the ones mentioned here are.

I can’t fathom killing my children for MY failures in life. You know how you overcome that type of failure? You fucking get right back on your feet and keep fighting for your child. That is what a GOOD MOTHER would do, not kill. So who ever gets on here with the typical “you don’t know the whole story” fuck you and your whole story. I am fed up, angry, and really to the point of no return with this ill shit. There are too many children dying at the hands of these failures.
You can’t make your mortgage, then get an apartment. Guess what, when you die you can’t take that shit with you anyway. So please stop making the excuse that because of the economy and personal issues, it’s ok to kill your babies. Shit I couldn’t make Christmas happen for my kids this year. But they are still here alive, happy, and still smiling. Why?? Because they know that although I could not make it happen, they are luckier than a lot of people.

She took the time to plan out his death carefully and methodically yet backed out on her own? Couldn’t she have been more calculating with her own method? Not that she should have done anything to that adorable little guy but she could have just let him sleep through her own suicide? He’d have been better off without her no doubt. Considering others were asking to spend time with him she could have just dropped him off and not come back. What a sad, sad story and the botched ending, maybe someone in jail can help her succeed? Tristan is yet another angel and hopefully something good with come out of his untimely passing. Dad? Are you ready to straighten out your life and start a crusade in his honor?

Am I the only one who finds this completely ridiculous? Advil? It is a NSAID not a narcotic. Eight Advil is not going to put someone into a drugged induced stupor that will kill them or make them so comatose that they wont notice being smothered by their mommy.

I thought this also about dogs until one day, my dog had her first litter. There were 2, one passed and one lived and she did not want to care for the one that lived. We had to hand feed her because of this.
She just recently had her second litter and a week ago snapped and bit one of the puppies. His head has a small bump that is soft but he is able to see and walk around. We are keeping a watchful eye on him because she still cares for and wants him.
So I feel like she should be called a bitch, because of my reasoning above. She seems just as bad as my female dog. So fuck her. I’m wondering, if she could spring for a hotel room and a pack of Advil, why couldn’t she spring for a new pack of razors? She just wanted a free place to live, even if it did mean taking the life of her son.

You wouldn’t be imposing on the rights of “a few” adults. You’d be imposing on the rights of every human being over the age of 14. Forcing medication with side-effects on often unwilling participants, stealing the very purpose of life from people arbitrarily deemed “unworthy”… Doesn’t sound so good when you examine the nuts and bolts.
Protecting children is perhaps the most noble endeavor on earth, but licensing sure as hell ain’t the way to go about it. I mean, foster parents are certified, as are adoptive parents. Sure doesn’t seem to prevent abuse in those cases…
If people want to help curb child abuse, I recommend they donate to organizations lobbying for more comprehensive sex education and to organizations making birth control more widely available.

This disguting waste of humane flesh should be strapped down in public, so that everyone that has read or heard about this story can drop battery acid on her 1 ml. at a time, video tape it and make her watch her own death slowly repeating itself until her last breath…..the death penalty is to good for this pshyco bitch, and if any of the jailors at the slco jail had any sense, they would mysteriously release her into general population and let the mothers inside for smaller crimes make sure she remeber why she is there. As a mother of 4 I have never in my life thought that I could hurt or fatally harm someone, but if our paths ever crossed, I would have no reservations in helping her painfully succeed in a 2nd attempt!
