I am a member of protect.org! In answer to your question… There are millions! Many who stream videos over the internet on sites such as childrape.com. It’s difficult to catch most of them because the children in the videos cannot be identified, but they know by the audio it is someone the children know who is hurting them…uncles, fathers, grandfathers. Protect.org is trying to change the laws in our country to catch every one of them, but, alas, it is a slow moving process. Unlike pedophiles, we have to work within what our laws allow.
