Megan, go from a baseline of “I can neither confirm nor deny”, just like in the cheesy war exploitation flicks you may have seen. From that baseline, evaluate whether release of information will or will not cause problems if the information gets to the wrong people. If it will cause problems, stay on baseline. If it will not, depart from baseline just to the extent necessary to answer the requests for information. Each followup question is a fresh request for information and must be reevaluated.

No, she deserved your love, kind words and psychiatric help when she said she NEEDED YOU GUYS!!!! Your entire family knew she was sad and was taking these pills for her sadness yet instead of telling her,”hey, come out here, or hey, I’m coming over to keep you a little company for a while” you did nothing. Your family let her slip into the depression. She’s very lucky her children are not dead right now. She should have SNAPPED on herself, than with her children. You shouldn’t be on here trying to state she was crazy at the time because we all know she was. Our points are how did she get to that point and no one noticed. It seems that your family did notice but chose to do nothing. Not even alleviate the problem by taking the children for the evening or for a weekend. Your family members let us know that they did nothing and that they knew how she was feeling. Trying to pick fights with people you can’t see isn’t a very good idea, especially when you’re a pretty, young chick. It’s easy to do and tempting when you get mad, but it only results in a chuckle on our end because, for example, I’m a 5?11?, 26 year old ex kickboxer. Now, there’s no way you could have known that, obviously, but can you imagine how silly you would have looked picking a fight with me in real life?
