yeah they will be in court that day and i hope they both don’t get out i hate to say this but the mothers lawyer is trying to get her off on probation and i hope she don’t get out you can not tell me that she didn’t look at that boy and as for her parents they just lost visitation to see there granddaughter cause the grandfather didn’t want to give her back to her father they did have visitation with her for the weekend but he ruined that by not wanting to give her back and he did try to hit the father

Well at first she was a good person i really did like her as a person but then she started to change she was busy running back to her mothers house for days at a time leaving the kids dad at home this was during the marriage then she decided that she no longer wanted to be married anymore to the kids dad the mug shot of her looks like she has been on drugs and the court hearing for her boyfriend was cause he got caught selling drugs and as for the court case the mother and the boyfriend are being charge with first degree murder and fatal child abuse but that’s all i know as of right now but i do hope she never gets to get out of jail she deserves to die in there for not doing anything to take care of that boy

Have you heard anything about the case? Was she good to her kids before this? I, too, can’t believe she would let that little boy suffer in such an atrocious way. He had to have been in shock, or clearly dieing before she got him to the hospital. Hopefully, he was in and out of conciousness to relieve some of the pain he was in.. thanks for you input. Any news on the case would be appreciated.

I am sad to say i know both the mother and the father of this little boy that lost his life not only did she live with me when she was pregnant with this child i helped pick out his name i even went to the hospital when he was born this makes me so sick i just wish i had a chance to see her face to face cause i am at my ropes end with this i want to beat the life out of her i don’t understand why and how she could say that she noticed his hand red along with the redness on his face and do nothing to make sure the boy what kind of mother is she to not check him to make sure nothing was wrong after being told he burned himself i prey she gets hers in jail along with the S.O.B hat she is see and to put the record straight the boys real father was never abusive and love his kids more then anything in the world and was filing contempt on her cause the fact that she was not allowing him to see his kids

Seems as many mothers kill /torture babies as boyfriends. I think the biggest deference is more women have custody of their kids so you have more non family males involved. Women are no less evil than men donâ€™t forget pigs like Rosemary I enjoy torturing babies Kunz and all the others on here seems like a pretty good split to me

You make a good point about why more non-family males are often involved with children than non-family females. And it’s sadly true that not only will some mothers not protect their children, they’ll have an active hand in their abuse. I still don’t understand it. People, of both genders, are supposed to protect and love children, not abuse/kill them or offer them up for the same from a step-parent figure.

I wasn’t meaning to engage in any man-bashing here. Sorry if I came across that way. Lots of men are loving, kind, and protective to children, even those that are not theirs. And lots of women are not good to children that are theirs, let alone children that aren’t. Like you said, it’s a “pretty good split.” Evil doesn’t pay attention to gender.

I can say this: if anyone, ANYONE, I don’t care how good he is in bed or how much money he makes, ever, EVER even looked like he was going to hurt my baby or spoke one harsh word to my baby, I wouldn’t stay around. And if my baby even looked like he’d been hurt, I’d examine him from head to toe, right then and there, no matter where I was or what I had to do. If it turned out he was hurt, I’d call 911 immediately. And then, heaven have mercy on the bastard who hurt my baby because I certainly wouldn’t! But then again, I’m a good mother, something this stupid twit isn’t.

I guess thats what gives me the drive to stay in Child Protective Services, we are overworked I got home tonight at 8 pm, no lunch, and we canâ€™t save every single child no matter how hard we work as an individual. But no matter how many times I hear â€œus workersâ€ are too blameâ€¦ I will swallow that; knowing I am making a difference in the life of a child who could easily turn up like the one above.

Thanks for caring, I feel the system is broken not the people working in it. Like everywhere some do a great job others just collect a paycheck. No oversight from the top down, blame is always put on the overworked case worker. Huge amounts of money spent on tons of useless administrators never held accountable, and so few field agents. Lot of well paid chiefs and no indians, just enough for the chiefs to blame

I read about little Elijah in the forums, but the additional links Josie posted…just brought it all more horrifying. Literately this poor baby suffered countless hours as the adults in his life, including his mother, did NOTHING to ease his pain, save his life.

He must have been in shock and became mostly quiet so they found it easy enough to take him about and doing there business. The audacity of a person to call herself a “mother” and not check on the well being of your child….she must have hated him. Had she taken the time to look him over, hell to change his diaper, she would have known her baby was seriously injured and dying….somehow, I don’t think she gave a fuck and that just makes me sick.

The bio-father’s grief is heartbreaking. I wish he’d successfuly attacked the bastard in court…at least getting a good solid punch, no one would have blamed him…

…so terribly sad.

I pray for baby Elijah, I pray for the ones who loved him…my deepest sympathies.

Rest in peace sweet baby Elijah.
