Bad Grandpa, Robert Mora! No Beer!

Sacramento, CA – Grandfather Robert Mora was taking care of his eleven-month old granddaughter on Wednesday afternoon when he decided that it was time to stop in at Brownie’s Lounge in Sacramento for a little happy hour. But, being the considerate grandfather that he is, Mora didn’t think a dive bar was the best place for an infant girl.Â
So, rather than head down the pike to someplace with a Playplace, Mora thought it would be best if he just locked the baby in the car while he went in to have a coupla beers. Bad grandpa, Robert Mora! No, no!
About thirty minutes later, a passerby saw a crying baby in a locked car with the windows up. It was 82 degrees outside, so a bar patron broke a window in Mora’s car to get the hot, sweaty baby girl to safety. Then police were called to the scene. The baby was checked out and was then released to her mother, who no doubt will think twice before letting Grandpa Bob have the baby for the afternoon again.
Seriously, was he planning to go in, drink, and THEN drive an overheated baby around? Apparently he was. Oopsie.
Robert Mora was arrested and charged with child endangerment. I think they oughta hit him with a stupidity fine in the amount of college tuition, but that’s just me.

i have personally seen this too many times… this one chick i went to college with was hanging with the people that lived across the hall from me, apparently she was up there doing cocaine with her kids in the car at like 2 am.. i noticed them and took them all inside my house. there are just too many people that just have no common sense.. they think a locked car is safe.. well let me tell you some creepy guy was down there talking to her son.. and i had to ask him to leave, he walked away blabbering about how the child was beautiful or something, total creeper… this same person got caught by campus security leaving her son in the car during class.. finally i told her i would watch her children for her during class and to please stop leaving them in the car. i really pity her children. and this child. and somehow CYS still hasn’t done a damn thing. i also baby-sat this 9 year old kid who would tell me his mothers boy friend would take him to the bar and he would drink and drive home with a 6 pack under the front seat.. and this kid thought it was cool.. best part.. the mother didn’t care… nor did CYS … this world is so fucked.

Seriously? What a stupid fuckhead. He couldn’t just drive to the nearest 7-11 or someplace and by a six pack? He shouldn’t be drinking at all with a baby, but that would have at least been better.
Lets fill him with beer, lock him in a car in high 80’s degree heat and not let him out for two days. With all the beer in him, he’ll piss all over himself and puke himself to death.
This should be done in the public square with a huge sign thats say’s “Beer is more important to me that my granddaughter”……..

Stupid ass grandfather. I thought my dad was bad for feeding my daughter pepsi and oreos for dinner when she was two. Now I think I shall call my dad a saint. Compared to this jerk off he is.

Stupid asshole… Years ago I was at a bar about 9pm, a girl we called hairy Debbie came in.. found out her kids were left in the car.. went out and confronted her.. screaming, .. next thing I know my brother and his wife took the boy and girl into their home.. they were friends from little league.. took this girl almost 15 yrs to get her act together.. Now her son is on a football scholarship to USF.. Don’t figure!!!!

we really saw this problem few yrs ago when we became the first city in ontario to have a casino,,,they actually hired more security guards to patrol the parking garages full time and the lots were also watched more and i was in shock at how many brain dead pimlpy ass guttersluts would actually leave theyre kids in cars for HOURS ,,,one car had 4 kids over 7 hours and thats the first one that set alarms off and they hired more to cover the parking garages,,we get deadly heat and humidity here so it doesnt take long to turn into a roaster,,

Simply amazing the lack of intelligence the grandfather has. Every summer I am amazed that yet another child was left in a locked car, this one, fortunately, did not end tragically for the baby. I can’t imagine being the Mom getting the phone call.
