They dropped all charges against Amber , but she is back in jail for shoplifting and is being sued by the apartment complex and a motel place she stayed in after they kicked her out of the apartment they all lived in. She also had the same child abuse charges against her in 2002 for her own kids, But they destroyed the file so it couldnt be used against her because she went to the court ordered parenting class's, guess she must have not PAID ATTENTION in class . Good thing Eleanor's son got custody of thoughs 2 kids. Eleanor is making her own plea deal with the state, and pleading guilty to something. wonder how long she is going to get?? This was several years ago. The baby in question was approximately one years old at the time. I never met him however. He had a series of open heart surgeries and was very sickly. So naturally he cried a lot and was miserable. This thing lived with her dad at the time in a run down part of town, in the trailer park. This thing had no prospect in life. A born welfare recipient. Honestly, I believe she's happy to be in jail. Life in jail is a thousand times better than her miserable existence outside it. She's one of those people who is trapped in a horrible economic situation and isn't smart enough or doesn't care enough to pull herself out of it. Judge Moon asked her in court if there was any illegal drugs in the home. Hadsall claimed that there was nothing. The judge was so pissed off that he said, "So you guys were just all natural born assholes then?" This is a rough paraphrase, but he was cussing at her. I'm told that she has another child somewhere. However, the fathers parents took the baby from her long ago. I don't know if those are meth marks or not. I know she was rather dirty. I don't know if she could afford meth.
