Mitzie Hadsall Batters and Bruises

Update: Mitzie Dawn Hadsall has been sentenced to 12 1/2 years behind bars. The punishment imposed Thursday was the maximum possible under terms of a plea agreement on child abuse charges.
Bullhead City, AZ–Robin Hall was shopping at her local Wal-Mart when she spotted a young child all decked out for HalloweenHalloween reviews
. Upon closer inspection, she discovered that the child wasn’t getting ready for trick-or-treating…what she thought was makeup was actually bruises. “His eyes looked like they had blood in them,” Hall said. Hall contacted police, asking them to get there ASAP. While waiting for authorities to respond, Hall stood between the suspect and the door.
When authorities arrived, they found a small boy slumped over in a shopping cart, unresponsive. Officer Mike Sedaro stated that the child had a blank stare and bruises all over his face and body. The 3-year-old toddler was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and a child abuse investigation ensued.
The little guy was malnourished and dehydrated. He had bruises all over his small body, some in various stages of healing, dried blood on his mouth, and rope marks on his wrists. Several nurses at the hospital were crying over his condition and one staff member told police that the boy had asked her if she was going to tie him up.
His mother, 25-year-old Mitzie Hadsall was arrested. She told police that her son had been injured in a skateboarding accident. I guess that lame excuse didn’t wash. Police learned that Hadsall physically abused her son and would keep him locked in a closet for days while denying him food and water as a form of punishment. The boy slept in that same locked closet.
Hadsall was living in a home with her ex-boyfriend Austin Hildenbrand, 23, his current girlfriend and her two young children, and his current girlfriend’s mother Eleanor Hawes, 50. Hildenbrand and Hawes were also arrested.
Hadsall is being charged with aggravated assault, child neglect and endangerment. Hildenbrand is being charged for failing to report abuse, and Hawes is charged with endangerment. (Note: Neither Hildenbrand nor Hawes are being accused of physically abusing the child). All three remained in jail on FridayFriday reviews in lieu of bond.
The toddler was flown to a hospital in Las Vegas and was originally listed in serious condition but has since been upgraded to fair condition.
Robin Hall is being called a hero and credited for saving this little guy’s life. She states, “I just did what everyone’s supposed to do.” You’re right Robin. Everyone should step up like you did, unfortunately, most don’t. You were the only one in a store full of people that did the right thing. Thank you.

I love Robin Hall. I was reading this one over in the forums. This woman didn’t see a beating taking place. She didn’t see anyone yelling. She didn’t see any of those triggers that usually make it “ok” to interfere in this culture.

Robin Hall -Thank you a million times! This story broke my heart. He should never have to be fearful of being tied up-I hope someone can help him recoup mentally from what these evil people did to him. Children should be loved not tortured.

It breaks my heart that a three year old is afraid of being tied up. I hope that someone gets him and showers him with all of the love and attention he deserves.
That’s a woman?? Are you sure?? And only 25? Although I can believe it’s been 25 years since it’s hair was washed! I won’t even go into what I think it deserves. I’m sure I am not the only one thinking it.
This is extremely disturbing to me. It not only tells me that there is someone that wanted to date this at one time, but also that said person can find someone else to date.

IMO Those are scabs caused by smoking meth…. Notice the smaller one on her lip too…Before anyone says she is to heavy to be a meth user that is not true when it comes to smoking it..I lived in Az and witnessed so many people on meth it would make you sick..I learned more than I ever wanted to know about it and it’s effects..I may be completely wrong but I have seen those scabs before. It’s disgusting…

I read this in the forums and it is just as disturbing reading it the second time. Absolutely Robin Hall is a hero!…this child ’s nightmare is finally coming to an end. What pisses me off is that no one, not another single soul, came up to say something in defense for this child. So many go noticed but ignored.
I would like to personally shake Robins hand if I could and give this sweet boy a hug and kiss….*kisses* little one…you are special and important, someone noticed that.

She’s not attractive, but that’s very much aside from the point.
And while the mark on her mouth may well be a meth scab, that one mark in the middle of her neck doesn’t look like a scab of any sort to me. It looks like a bruise. Wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn that more than one kind of violence is afoot in this effed-up household.

Keep in mind there were 3 other adults on the house, 2 of whom are charged w/ knowing exactly what was up. I have a hard time believing the 3rd adult didn’t know; sound of a child screaming in pain and fear would be hard to miss. I also wonder about the bruise-like thing on her neck. May be more going on than meets the eye.Be interesting to see what other charges against the other adults might be filed in the future. (Which is not to say she isn’t a horrible mom)

Regardless of who did what, if the mother could go to walmart she could have rescued her child from that home if she was not the one inflicting the abuse. She is just as guilty whether she abused him or allowed it.

Hey, she’s his parent, she’s repsonsible for protecting him. Sure. Now, I wasn’t being sarcastic when I asked if she might be retarded. The thing on the left side (left in the picture, right in real life) looks zitlike. That thing in the middle of her neck, ugh, it looks like a bruise. Of course, a bruise could come from squeezing–gross–a zit.
I’m just trying to figure out what the back story could be. The living situation with all these people, ex, ex’s GF, mom of ex, blah blah blah, is bizarre. Just wondering if she might have confessed to something she didn’t do. Even if so, she’d still be guilty of the obvious in failing to protect her child.

Congrats to Robin Hall, she is the hero who took the time out of her life to save a child, my utmost respect for this lady. I just thought about something while sitting in the fun, Houston traffic this morning…IF that baby has had 3 surgeries and one more to go, HOW did the Doctors/Surgeons, Nurses, Staff, etc NOT notice he was being abused…unless the abuse started with the new living arrangements…I don’t know, but I bet those other two fuckers are way more guilty than we imagined.

Robin Hall deserves a medal! She is a true hero! I admire her courage to want to help that child and hope others see this as a prime example of what to do when you see a child in need! God bless you Robin!
This skank needs to fry, but I also believe everyone in that home needs to fry also! Whether they abused this poor baby or not, they didn’t stop it or help him, so in my eyes that deserve the same punishment as the actual abuser! This really pisses me off! There was a time not that long ago when people like Robin Thrush Hall did heroic things everyday, because that is how they were raised, how they were taught. They had compassionate, responsible and nurturing parents. Today, we have apathy … someone doing the right thing is a rarity.

I actually met this thing once through a mutual friend of my wife. This was several years ago. The baby in question was approximately one years old at the time. I never met him however. He had a series of open heart surgeries and was very sickly. So naturally he cried a lot and was miserable.
This thing lived with her dad at the time in a run down part of town, in the trailer park. This thing had no prospect in life. A born welfare recipient.
Honestly, I believe she’s happy to be in jail. Life in jail is a thousand times better than her miserable existence outside it. She’s one of those people who is trapped in a horrible economic situation and isn’t smart enough or doesn’t care enough to pull herself out of it.
Judge Moon asked her in court if there was any illegal drugs in the home. Hadsall claimed that there was nothing. The judge was so pissed off that he said, “So you guys were just all natural born assholes then?” This is a rough paraphrase, but he was cussing at her.
I’m told that she has another child somewhere. However, the fathers parents took the baby from her long ago.
I don’t know if those are meth marks or not. I know she was rather dirty. I don’t know if she could afford meth. No one would give her meth to fuck her.
This area is known for terrible parents. At any given time there are about five bad child neglect cases going on. There is a big one that I’m surprised isn’t on this site concerning an illegal alien boyfriend rubbing her daughters face in her own shit and piss like a dog.
