Newmarket and Durham, NH – At most college campuses, flyers are all over the place. Every hallway, library, bulletin board has dozens. The University of New Hampshire is no exception. But Bert J. Allen III, 44, has been banned from the campus after allegedly posting a two-page flyer in the school library. The flyer sought girls and women, ages 10 to 30, to serve as Allen’s “concubines or wives” in exchange for tuition money and spring break trips.
Um, what?
First off, does Bert Allen really think there are a lot of ten year old girls at the University of New Hampshire? I mean, anyone of legal age that wants to join Bert’s little Cult Of The Allen Orgasm is perfectly welcome in my view, although it might be considered prostitution by the state of New Hampshire. But advertising for ten year olds? Not the best idea.  Especially since Allen is a registered sex offender. Oops.
Allen’s flyers asked for a “lifetime contract” of what amounts to sexual subservience in exchange for presents, money, vacations, and pretty much anything else he thought would lure the UNH set. The campus authorities were unamused by Allen’s horrific grammar, spelling, and ideas. The university sent Allen a sternly worded letter this past week explaining that if he shows up on campus again, he’ll be charged with trespassing.
The Manchester Union-Leader managed to get Bert Allen on the horn to discuss his UNH bitchslap, and Allen was righteously indigant. He did not, of course, mention the part about being a convicted child rapist. Allen told the paper that he visited UNH to use the library’s computers for “legal work” using their Lexis-Nexis database access.
Allen also said that the flyers were “doctored” and that he was asking the local court for an injunction to stop the university from banning him. “They’re in for a bear on this,” Allen said of the campus police. “I’m plumb mad.” Allen said that he filed the injunction representing himself. Well, as the saying goes, a man who acts as his own lawyer has a fool for a client. We’ll see how that injunction works out for him.
The website on the flyer was this one: Prenuptial Lease A Wife Or Bride And Adoption Firm International. Frankly, that website is a little scary.  If Bert Allen has connections in Laos and Vietnam for adoption and bringing over women, what other connections does he have? Southeast Asia has long been a haven for American pedophiles, and this appears to be one hell of a cover for travel and child contact in those countries. He may only have the one conviction here, but what the hell has Bert Allen been up to in other places?
Bert J. Allen III was convicted in Maine of felonious sexual assault on a child under thirteen, although the date of the conviction is not listed at the National Sex Offender Registry. At that time, he was sentenced to five years in prison followed by three years probation. Right now, Allen is not currently facing any charges, but Durham police have asked anyone who sees Allen on or near the UNH campus to call 911.

You know, that website just seems over the top though. I hate to admit it, but I find it entirely plausible that someone would be mad enough over a RSO visiting and posting fliers for, say, roomates on campus that they might replace them with this inflammatory drivel. However, I don’t see why the university shouldn’t have the right to bar a non-student RSO just because. I don’t completely discount that this gentleman might actually be that off his rocker, though.

I knew an American exchange student in Japan who said he was a “hips and arse” man and therefore enjoyed Asian women. Anybody who was a “breast” man would find them disappointing……

On the whole I found the attitude of many of the male exchange students pretty offensive. There were quite a few sho started worrying that they were losing out because they were nearing the end of their stay and still hadn’t “had” a Japanese girl. And the girls mostly thought they were geuinely interested in them……

These nasties can come and go as they please, in and out of other countries, using the black market pimps for child sex slaves at will. Even if it is illegal, in Asia and other third world countries the cops are paid off so they will cover and inform for the pimps if there is suspicion of anyone or of a raid.
JUST a couple of days ago I read the transcript of this exact thing and raids and everything on the Dateline website, under the Chris Hansen Reports section.
It is utterly disgusting and these american men make vacations out of these trips to rent as many children as they want. Apparently, our dollar is still worth a lot in these countries where there is little or nothing for the children. That is how many of those children end up being pimped out- Their parents cannot care for them, so they sell them to a Madame for money.

Where i live in Australia, the small coutry town I reside in has a number of middle aged men with seemingly “mail order brides”. They are mostly Philipino or Vietnamese….This guy is just so stupid though! 10yr old girls…?! sick.

A mail order bride is one thing – Strange but not horrible. A woman who can decide that she wants to live that lifestyle and has the choice to make is one thing. A woman who stands to gain from the situation I can understand. I get that. This fucker preyed on children as well. A child has nothing to gain other than being victimized. And he is just a disgusting Creepy McCreeperton of a man. I can’t even imagine a mail order bride wouldn’t be throwing the money back at him and head for the local INS office for a quick trip home to China, Russia or wherever.
