Good for them, If your going to hire people who you know absa-fucking nothing about and give them the "Master key" to the whole freaking place, you need to be accountable for the lifes you put at risk. Not to mention that 5 months earlier some one tried to rape 2 other girls doing the same thing. And God knows how many others it happened too.

This angers me to no end. The girl was barley old enough to have really caused any trouble yet and to be snuffed out in such a manner. I for one am glad that TN supports the death penalty, though I don’t feel that these monsters deserve a quick and painless death.

Does the Days Inn even do any sort of background check. I mean these people have keys to anyones room! Lock your doors with the dead bolt! Hide your belongings when you are out of the room. The family should sue the hell out Days Inn, and Im not the one to usually say sue. But my god!

I don’t give a fuck if they were in the country illegally or not. That’s beside the point. Focusing on that detail instead of the crime that was committed against Jennifer is, IMO, an insult to this young woman.

On the trivial side: I thin it’s hilarious that her coworkers said she wasn’t the type to drink, smoke, or stay out late. What does smoking have to do with anything?

You know who has stood in the way of the building of a fence to block Mexico from the USA? Senator John McCain of Arizona, whose constiuents like the easy access to substandard pay labor.

Oh, and did you see that we came up with, in 2 weeks, 800 BILLION DOLLARS to give to Wall Street, while we don’t have a nickel to build a freaking fence to keep out the Tsunami of people (that could EASILY include terrorists) that simply WALK across the border?

Does ANYONE on here SERIOUSLY think that all the spying being done on email and phone calls stands any chance AT ALL of preventing terrorist attacks when terrorists (who, btw, are short and brown skinned) can simply fly to Mexico and WALK INTO THE USA CARRYING ANYTHING THEY WANT???

I dont know how much i missed in the comments section, but, the guy who killed jennifer and his wife and child worked and lived at the hotel. the clothes she turned into police was of his AND jennifers clothes, which both sets were covered in blood, im 10 minutes away from where it happened. in an earlier post i told of how bad the area there was, I wouldnt let my dead uncle stay in those hotels. i prayed for DNA and by hell it happened more than they even needed, which makes it a stronger case, the girlfriend was an illegal also, the reason he had orginally went into her room was to steal her ID (according to the girlfriend) change the picture to the girlfriends so she could stay here with the POS, the police are holding her and the baby in a safe place but she will be deported, we were told she will recieve the 5,000 reward for turning her dick in along with the evidence. i do give her credit for not throwing away the bloody clothes, and having sence to do the right thing, she said she didnt want to live here anyway, she has been wanting to go back to mexico to her family, he wouldnt let her. did she help in the death to maybe get him busted out of the picture so she could go back to mexico? thats a great question. ill update when ever they are going to have trial for him, the DNA excluded the other mexican that was arrested, they really dont have anything much on him, but i bet they will lol…

Absolutely this was one of the worst and sad stories for me… THIS SHOULD not have happened, should not happen to anyone and from the beginning, I said to my husband “Probably was someone that worked there, think about it they have keys to ALL of OUR ROOMS whenever we stay at a hotel, they can observe and watch all day and see when you go in and out…. I KNOW THAT you cannot go back and i wish for Jennifer and her family you could, but what if she would have had a weapon to defend herself and maybe that would not have helped her, I am so upset over this case, I can only pray for that poor family and send my sincere sympathy to them and PRAY FOR HIM TO DIE REAL SOON, AND I would not even shed a tear or care, NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TOUCH ANOTHER HUMAN BEING WITHOUT BEING TOLD THEY CAN…. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT HE DID AND NOW HE NEEDS TO BE PUT TO DEATH AND I PRAY A JUDGE WILL AGREE WITH ME AND BE DONE WITH IT AND THE FAMILY CAN MOVE ON…. I don’t mean to sound too harsh but hey that is what I see needs to happen….. In my family I have a first cousin, my moms brother son, he is now 28 years old and he is serving a life sentence for the rest of his life in prison without parole because….. He strangled a pregnant girl, his baby inside of her, and buried the body…..HE NEEDS TO BE PUT TO DEATH AND THAT IS FAMILY ….. He had no right to do what he did and trust me it has been hell so see i am onboth sides of the fence and it sucks, but hey he made that choice that night….. so now he must face the music and you know he did not get charged with death sentence just prison until he dies WOW, now you see what I mean about our judicial system……

I might mention that New Zealand is not a country the has a lot of violent crimes (gun control baby!). But still – I didnâ€™t want anyone thinking I was M.F.ing illegals as a whole. Some are illegal for a moment – but really want to be here so they behave and go through the process of becoming legal.

I hear you about the illegal immigration situation. I know if US and Mexico situation was reversed, my man would be hopping the border to work to take care of us. Then again, when you hear about how Mexico guards their southern border, it’s hypocritical for them to scream about us wanting to guard ours. Plus how the Mexican govt prints handbooks to give to their citizens that tell them how to cross and where to go to get handouts, etc.

I heard on the radio awhile back, advertisements for illegals to go to this class and learn how to fill out paperwork to get food stamps, welfare, healthcare etc. It’ s maddening. We have our own to take care of. And we wonder why our cities, schools and hospitals are suffering.

Our govt. is derelict in it’s duty to protect us. The border situation has been out of control for at least 2 decades. We need to know who is coming into our country. Plus all the diseases that we have irradicated are now showing up again.

LOL, my mom has had an interesting life. I recently googled her name and OMG. No, she isn’t a criminal. She’s was involved in a big case back in the late 80′-early 90’s. Now it’s taught in some school’s classes. I told her about it and she freaked! She doesn’t use a computer and didn’t have any idea. Plus online, some attorney is using her case as advertisement and she wants to contact him to tell him to tell the the whole story about what is involved in bringing a case like hers to trial. The people that do what she did should know the impact on their lives and it’s not about the money she got.
