Dannette Gillespie Is A Role Model
Texas - Dannette Gillespie, 38, is in jail right now for the advice and help she gave two teenage girls in order to make some extra cash. She advised the teens to rob someone and gave the two girls knives to do it with. She then waited in the back seat of their car while her daughter, 15 and a 19-year-old, stabbed 75-year-old Eugene Palma to death. For 15 dollars.
The trio allegedly waited for Eugene Palma to exit a bar he owned, Gene’s Better Time, where they then followed him to his home. Dannette Gillespie then gave the two girls knives. Her 15-year-old daughter and 19-year-old Vanessa Anne Ocampo, then exited the vehicle, ran up to Eugene in his garage and stabbed him repeatedly. They then went through his clothes and his Cadillac convertible where they netted a whopping 15 bucks.
Upon returning to the vehicle, Gillespie, who had been in the back seat during the attack, disposed of the knives. The women were tracked down after a palm print left on Eugene’s car helped police figure out who they were looking for. They have all been charged with capital murder. At the time of the attack, Gillespie was on probation from a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

I feel badly for those kids, truth be told. They have probably known nothing normal in their entire lives. Mom is a violent, lowlife druggie who thinks nothing of not only enabling the crime, but sitting back and letting her daughters do the tough part while she relaxes. She probably thought she couldn’t get in trouble if they did the dirty-work. Worthless sack of shit. She’s now ruined their lives as well as her own — to say nothing of Eugene Palma, may he rest in peace.

They were obviously old enough to tell their mom to fuck off when she told them what to do, but I honestly think they didn’t feel they were doing anything wrong. These girls had no chance. With a mother like that…no chance. Pity no other family member could have helped. Unless of course they are all the same or blind as to how these girls we being brought up.

Vanessa Ocampo actually isn’t her daughter, she was just a friend (to the mother or the 15-year-old? It isn’t clear from the articles). So not only did Gillespie corrupt her own daughter, she corrupted someone else’s too! For $15 fricking bucks!

- During JR high and High School she was attracted to Mexican males. The town that we grew up in was a town with a handful of mexican, unlike now.
This is a horrible incident for the Palma family, I currently live in the neighor hood that his bar is adjacent to. It just so happen that this kind man bought my sister and her friend a drink earlier in the day. It is a place for regulars to hang out.
It is my opinion that these girls / woman should die for their action.
