Ashley Moore Said She Was Sorry
Mercer County, PA - Well, she did apologize. Ashley Irene Moore, 19, is a married mother of infant twins. She’s also the erstwhile girlfriend of a fourteen-year-old boy.  Ashley “dated” the junior high school student for several months earlier this year, after her babies were born. Her husband was stationed in Korea at the time.Â
Apparently, Ashley Moore and the jailbait broke up and Ashley felt the need to confess to her husband, Pfc. Tucker Moore. She emailed him in Korea to tell him what she’d done, and over several emails, she told him she was sorry for cheating on him with a kid barely into puberty.
Problem was, Pfc. Moore was unamused with his wife’s fickle adultery, and appropriately concerned with the age of the boy she was banging. He forwarded her emails to Grove City police, who spent a few months investigating (in this case, investigating means “made a couple of phone calls and dropped by the house”).
After talking with the young male recipient of Ashley Moore’s advances, they talked to Ashley, who freely admitted having had a sexual relationship with a kid who still watches Nickelodeon after school.
Police arrested Ashley Moore in August and charged her with statutory rape, corruption of a minor, indecent assault, and sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16. Given that she had twin babies at home and a spouse in the military, authorities were nice and let Ashley out of jail on her own recognizance - at which point Ashley’s husband, Pfc. Moore, became incensed that his wife was being prosecuted.
I’m not really sure what Tucker Moore thought was gonna happen, here.  He was out serving his country, his wife was screwing a fourteen year old boy, he told the cops, and the cops arrested his wife. What about that sequence of events doesn’t make sense?
Pfc. Moore then told police that he didn’t really mean to get his wife into trouble. After all, he said, “people make mistakes”. And sometimes, Tucker, my man, those mistakes are felonies.
As our member Castille put it, “IÂ wonder if there’s a Hallmark card for that: ‘Now that we’ve reconciled, I’m sorry I called police to report you as a sex offender’“.
Ashley Moore is awaiting trial on her charges and, if convicted, could face five years in prison and have to register as a sex offender.

I am ashamed that she is a military spouse– what a poor example she sets…. What a piece of shit.. hopefully her imprisonment will save her babies from the front page.

Ya know, after looking at her MySpace page, this does not suprise me. She looks and acts about 14. Like the pic of her hugging the gumball machine. Or the photo of skank and friend at some store trying on hats with the cryptic caption, “me n boo bin us! lol” I don’t know what that means or why it’s funny.
She’s also got pics with cute little barettes in her hair. She’s obviously a very very immature 19 year old. I hope she gets her shit together soon for those 2 beautiful babies.
Ashley advertises as “single” on her My Space. Maybe the husband should take note of that and her horrible judgment. I hope someone is keeping an eye on the twins. This girl is a total flake. As well as the husband.
She offered hubby some hawt butt sechs if he would take her back.
Is this knowledge or conjecture? Not that I would be surprised at all.
I am a military wife, husband deployed to Iraq again, and I can understand those periods of being lonely while your husband is gone. However, normal people hug a teddy bear, watch a movie, if your legal have a drink, invite friends/family over, or visit a “grown up” store for treats, but you do not molest a baby (14-years-old is a baby)!!!!! Even if she was an immature 19-year-old she should have known better… It’s just common sense. As for the husband he reported the incident to the police what did he expect for them to give her a pat on the back… It seems like they both need to grow and get their lives together for those twin babies.

My guess is that her husband wanted her to slap her hand for being a cheater…but didn’t stop to think that the world at large would care much more about the “with an underage boy” aspect.
I do feel just the tiniest bit sorry for this girl, as she’s just 19 and caring for twins in a shotgun marriage with a husband on the other side of the world…that’s a heavy burden for any woman, let alone a 19 year-old who just clearly isn’t that smart in the first place. Being with a 14 year-old probably let her believe that she hadn’t screwed herself out of her own childhood and carefree teen years by getting pregnant so early. Somebody should have gotten her on birth control years ago. And 100 bucks says she’s not on birth control now, either.
I hope some adult somewhere steps in to take care of those twins, before they grow up to be sucked into the same, “19 and going nowhere fast” life.

Oh come on, a 19yr old banging a 14yr old is entirely dismissable to me (although apparently not to local authorities,) but her goofy myspace, the hubby who thinks he might persuade the locals not to prosecute her after he turns her ass in, and the tragedy that she has a pair of no doubt lovely babies, who she appears incapable of caring for just makes this a story worth remarking on.

What scares me the most about my hubby being gone are the people he is over there with… Like this douche that didn’t realize what was going to happen when he told the cops.. seriously.

Seeing as how he is just a PFC and pretty damn stupid, I wouldn’t worry about it. I also have to agree that once they made up he took back his statements, etc, then was pissed when they wouldn’t ignore the case after he got them all worked up over it.
Being a military spouse myself, this makes me wonder if he reported her just because of that military clause of no adultery. Maybe he was covering his own ass? Or maybe it’s the above.
For all military spouses out there, this brings a terrible light on us. She is setting a terrible example for her kids and other military spouses. With as much negative press as we get, now we have some stupid tramp sleeping with a kid!
Cheating on your husband is not okay, if you don’t wanna be married to him - divorce! Cheating with a baby? NO! Good that you got jailed! You deserve to be arrested and much worse!
I know how hard it is with having the hubby deployed, however since her’s is in a place that now accepting families to live there as well..it begs the question, why the fuck didn’t she just go with? It’s not like he’s in Iraq. He’s in Korea, a place where they encourage people to bring their families to now. Not the damn boondocks.

I feel bad for her. She looks and acts all of 12 yrs old! A very young mother and wife who gets left alone to take care of infant twins while her hubby is overseas (where things can get scary, too).
I think this qualifies as a “Cluster Fuck”. I say they do a psych eval before handing down any sentence. Bet dollars to donuts her mentality is that OF a 13 or 14 yr. old.
She shouldn’t have to register as a sex offender over this. One stupid fuck-up with a younger teen while you yourself are still a teen shouldn’t fuck up the rest of your life. Hell, she’s barely legal herself!
