Louisville, KY - Edward Dewey, 46, likes to kick back and get a little high. He likes to sexually assault toddlers on camera, too. And he also likes to watch his homemade kiddie porn in the apartment he shares with his mother. So when police showed up at the apartment to serve a drug search warrant on Tuesday, they caught Dewey in the act of viewing a whole different kind of children’s programming. Go figure, huh?
This guy is a just a train wreck of unsuccessful dysfunction. Shall we count the ways? Forty-six years old, lives at home with mama, has a bit of a drug habit, molests little kids, films the rapes, and watches them on DVD or his computer while Mama’s in the other room. That’s just an entire straitjacket full of messed up, y’all.
Louisville police showed up Tuesday to search for drugs, and Dewey consented to the search. Narcotics detectives went into Dewey’s bedroom, where he was just hanging out, watching a little kiddie porn DVD. Dewey apparently didn’t even turn it off - I guess he figured he was caught, he might as well enjoy a few more frames of child rape, I dunno.
Once the officers picked their jaws up off the floor, they had a look at Dewey’s computer and found more stills and video containing sexual abuse of children. Officers seized some external storage devices as well, and as it turned out, Dewey himself was on video, raping and assaulting children as young as two years old.
I’m looking at Edward Dewey’s picture and wondering who the hell would leave their children with this guy, but that’s just me. I mean, look at him. All he needs is a bad raincoat and a camera and he just screams “unemployed living with mom child molester”.
Detectives who are analyzing the material found at Dewey’s residence say that his collection is one of the largest they’ve seen in Louisville, and they believe that Dewey may have victimized a number of children - they’re still not sure how many.
Edward Dewey was arrested and taken to the Louisville Metro Jail, where he is being held on multiple charges, including possession and distribution of child pornography, sexual abuse, use of a minor in a sexual performance, and weed possession.

Seriously, burn him on 75% of his body and then kill him execution style. Oh and where the hell was his mother? I ask this all the time, usually it’s about underage kids, but damn this guy obviously needed supervision! WTF is wrong with people. My heart goes out to the poor little victims!
