I work at OPERS and school teachers do not pay into our retirement system, they pay into STRS. This perv had NO reason to visit a school because of his job. He has been indicted on 28 felony charges. Thank goodness he no longer works there.

A lot of the “public employees” enrolled in OPERS are schoolteachers. I don’t know if this guy’s job would give him any access to schools or reason to visit them, but it’s a creepy thought.
