POLK COUNTY, Fla. - The name Mercades Nichols may sound familiar to some of you, especially if you are a frequent visitor to this site. She is one of the girls who was arrested in the beating of another girl that was videotaped and shown across the globe. Here is our original story on that great show of dumbassery. Well, seems as if Mercades just cannot keep her hands to herself…or her pens. Mercades Nichols was arrested again and charged with violating a restraining order filed against her by an ex-boyfriend…in which she stabbed him multiple times with a pen.
The attack allegedly happened on Valentine’s Day and the arrest report stated Nichols:
did willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follow, harass or cyberstalk (the ex-boyfriend), and did make a credible threat, with the intent to place (the ex-boyfriend) in reasonable fear of death or bodily injury
Nichols has now been charged with three counts of misdemeanor battery, one count of misdemeanor stalking, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated stalking, which are third-degree felonies and on Thursday, she was booked into the Polk County Jail. Her bond was set at $81,500.

Sounds like this little lady is on a short road to a bad place. I hope her next victim is herself somehow.

I honestly Hope she gets what is coming to her.
I would love to see her have a reality slap session. Something that would slap her right into reality and maybe than her fugly arse would wake up and see OH crap I am not as tough as i thought i am as a matter of fact I ain’t tought at all.
Iam almost certain I can drum up a few old cons doing some really hard time who would happily share a cell with her for a week and show her all about that place that the road she is on will take her.
Heck at the rate she is going she will be there sooner than she thinks though.
I hope the DA and judge do not play let’s make a deal and they stand their ground and give this kid what she obviously is begging for Time in a cell.

Yeah my thoughts exactly - the mom portrayed her as the “good One” that tried to stop her from going inside… she later drove the crew away from the beat down site

The other story is from April … This incident happened in Feb / Valentines day, why are we just now hearing about it ?
Is the other case now finished & out of court ? The information and new charges near 6 months after? Whatever took so long… Timeline is important 0 cause was wondering if new charges will violate any probation… since the incidence was prior to the other.
