...... I’m sorry. I can’t help myself. I mean, I don’t want to punch myself. That would make me madder.” Really, Robby Guppy? Because I wouldn’t have a problem with you punching yourself.

I find this statement funny, when I had my first kid at 17 I was alone, unsupported and very pissed off at the world....and when I was frutrated with the baby, rather than hit him I would litterally beat the fuck out of myself.....mainly on my legs, and oddly, feeling the pain and seeing my bruises(I was anemic so I bruised easliy) calmed me down alot, and kept me from taking my anger out on my defenseless baby, I have of course loooong since found better ways to control my anger, but those first 6 months of motherhood were tough on my body, I've never been ashamed to say that yeah I beat the hell out of myself in anger, as it kept me stable enough to not hit my beautiful baby boy who is now 10 and as happy and healthy and alive as so many children are not. all because parents are too much of a pussy to turn thier fists on to themselves.

You can almost see where the "she fell down the stairs" story would have been bought... bruises could have not shown up fully or could have been hidden under clothing.... burn behind her ear covered not only by hair, but by, well.. ear! But he BURNED HER ON HER HAND FIRST!!! Not a falling type accident and not easily explained away! Not to mention the sheer pain that baby would feel!

This bitch mother CHOSE to look the other way. Same with Grandma. Same with all his friends there on both occasions.

NO ONE should walk on this one! That poor baby deserves justice and love.

This pisses me off. What kind of sick freak can not only -do- this to a precious baby, but then admit it as if you've only spanked the puppy for crapping all over the place? Yes, he's young. But I was only 3 years older when I had my daughter, who is now 19 months. That poor, poor little girl. It breaks my heart when my baby hurts herself in an accident. That sick bastard sat there and tortured his baby, got pissed off when she cried out in pain, and tortured her some more. Poor little baby girl probably couldn't figure out what she'd done. Little punk should be put in jail and submitted to the same torture he inflicted on his precious baby by other jailmates.

Continued Guppy, “She would not stop. She gave that cry that drives me up a wall. It is like the thing that pushes my anger button. I got mad and I spanked her on the butt but that did not work. She kept crying.

What a fucking idiot. No, hitting children does not make them stop crying unless you knock them unconscious doing it.

I wish people who don't have the wherewithal (in this case, the mental wherewithal) to have a child would start using some birth control.

Wow...I screwed up my own quote...meant to quote as this...

I agree it was a bit selfish of the mother to just dump the kid into his lap to go play “teen girl” for a while. However, what other mother doesn’t wish she could do that to her own hubby and have a day to herself?

Though, I am condemning her for buying the “fell down the stairs” story. I’m sorry, but if my daughter even gets a small red mark on her - I ask immediately where it came from and how it got there. (Assuming of course I don’t already know) Hell her kid had BURN marks on her EAR, and she just ignored it?! That is something I’d notice within 5 seconds, AND I’d be all over the person that had caused it (intentionally or not).

I personally feel, that she is even more grotesque as a mother just because she KNEW (and stated on the record) that he had been violent in the past. Yet, she continued a relationship with him AND left her child with him. Where is this girl’s brain at?!

Yeah Wry. I was just opening the door for more discussion. IF they were GOOD parents, it would make sense to be able to have a break...but they aren't. That's why I posted this - it doesn't make sense unless you quote all of it:

What's even worse is that even Angrymom stated herself and others were more than happy to babysit for the mother. So not only does she not have an excuse for all of the above things I listed - she also doesn't have the excuse of "I had no one else to call". Hell, it wasn't even an "emergency" situation...it was for farkin' Harborfest.

I also agree with Angrymom on this:

But there were people who knew and did nothing! I think everyone who was involved in this story and heard that baby screaming and saw bruises and did nothing should be charged with something. They are all culpable.

That's why I suggested in my earlier post to charge the grandmother as well. She KNEW, said she KNEW in a statement, that abuse was happening...yet did nothing? Why not charge her with the same as the mother?

I wonder if teen girls still think that using contraceptive (i.e., planning to have sex by being prepared beforehand) is sort of dirty, while having it “just happen” is romantic. I’m a bit out of touch with the inside story of how girls think about sex nowadays.

I wouldn't consider that to be standard ideology, myself. While I only have one good friend who got pregnant as a teen (19, legitimate birth control malfunction), I knew plenty in high school who got pregnant out of sheer ignorance/hubris. In other words, they were too fuckin' lazy and stupid to go to the FREE CLINIC TWO BLOCKS FROM SCHOOL to get birth control.

It's not hard at all to avoid getting pregnant. I'm 25 and I've never even had a "scare". Honestly, it's hard for me to respect the vast majority of teenage mothers these days, especially those who have multiple pregnancies/kids.

It just gets me how this guy would not think that the reason why the kid would not calm down was because he kept beating her. It never occurred to him that the hitting did not help on calming down the kid .... blockquote>

I suspect he had been successful in the past in beating his girlfriends until they were frightened into silence. He was such a stupid pot of sperm that he didn't realize it doesn't work that way with a baby. I hope he suffers and suffers and suffers for the rest of his life. And I hope God takes away his sperm -- now! Do it, God. You're so All-Powerful. Right this instant you can perform a little miracle and prevent suffering for who knows how many kids. And take away his arms and legs so he can't punch or kick any more girlfriends. And then take the eggs out of that bitch-Mom. I could go on and on requesting miracles.

Angrymom, I know that you would would have been an excellent babysitter and I wish the mother had had the intelligence to have asked you instead of turning to that abusive creep. And I know that had you known about what was happening at the time you would have called the police, so kudos to you and the person that called the police for actually caring about this baby enough when the mother and grandmother didn't even care. Don't beat yourself up, it 's a frustrating situation for anyone to be in. I can understand you not wanting to out people, but I hope these two "parents" and the grandmother and Guppy's friends that were there that night are getting some flak in your neck of the woods and that charges will be brought up against all who witnessed the abuse but did nothing, on top of the charges for the so-called parents.

If you can, let us know how the little girl is doing.

This is one of the reasons I didn’t like her when I first met her. She’s only 18 now. Not only did she have no shame, and told me these stories the first day we met, but I had a feeling that the baby was not well cared for. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that the baby ever saw her father, nor did I know the mother well enough to know that the baby was that neglected. Had I seen any evidence myself, I would have called CPS. But you can’t call CPS because of a “feeling”. I have only known the mother for a short time, but I kept telling my daughter “I don’t like that girl. There’s just something about her I don’t like.” It breaks my heart that I didn’t know what was happening before so that I could have done something. I couldn’t call CPS and say, “There’s this girl that hangs around my neighborhood and she doesn’t look like a good mother.” But there were people who knew and did nothing! I think everyone who was involved in this story and heard that baby screaming and saw bruises and did nothing should be charged with something. They are all culpable.

I can surely imagine your frustration. That feeling that something is wrong, but you just can't figure out what...Damn!

Let's hope it all turns in the right direction now.

Again, thanks for sharing your information.

Lisa, she very well could have asked me or one of my daughters. She has many neighbors with teenage daughters who would have babysat. She lives next door to her father. Unfortuately, like I stated before, her immediate family didn't seem too concerned, either, so I don't know if leaving the baby with the grandfather would have been any better.

So this breeder has been pregnant at least 4 times and is still (I’m assuming) a teen? WTF???

3 miscarraiges and a baby?

I hope that they "accidentally" sterilize her when they arrest her. I don't care how it is done, just so long as it is.
