Omaha, NE–This is the story of A.J. Kelly. Kelly is no stranger to police…his arrest record consists of charges that include domestic violence, assault and false imprisonment. I bet you can already tell this guy is, well…a waste of oxygen. But, this last charge on him? Well, it’s a doozy! Kelly was arrested Thursday morning for sexual assault. The doozy part? He raped and impregnated an 11-year old girl. My fellow Demonites, gather up your stones and get ready to start tossin’.
Let’s look at some of the facts in this case because the timeline is a little hazy. In August or September of last year, an 11-year old girl becomes pregnant. Maybe her mother thought it was immaculate conception or something because I can’t find any evidence that says her mom was going crazy trying to figure out who was responsible. In November of last year, the child’s mother takes her in to have an abortion, unfortunately the pregnancy is too far along for the procedure.
Now, we skip ahead to April of this year. The child starts experiencing abdominal pains and her mother takes her to the emergency room. This poor child delivers an 8-month old stillborn baby. The child’s mother insists that the baby be cremated. The doctors did just that, but not before extracting a DNA sample. Officers investigating the case got ahold of the baby’s DNA and tested it against Kelly’s. A few months later, guess what? A match!! That match led to the arrest of AJ Kelly, who is now sitting in jail on $100,000 bond and facing charges of first degree sexual assault. Would it surprise you if I told you that Kelly was the boyfriend of the victims mother? Nah…I didn’t think so.
If all of that wasn’t bad enough…there’s more. In May, the mother hears Kelly confess to the rape of her daughter. Mom runs right out and gets a protection order against him. (About 9 or 10 months too fuckin late, in my opinion). Then in June, she changes her mind and files to have the protection order dropped! What. The. Fuck. She tells authorities that when she filed for the protection order against Kelly she was “under the influence” and “she misunderstood the admissions of Mr. Kelly”. It has also been indicated that she told her daughter to stop accusing Kelly of raping her because, well….”she still had feelings for him”. Way to go mom!! What a message to send to your child. Instead of ripping him to shreds or removing the offending appendage like she should be doing, she wants to coddle the asshole child rapist. She wants to put him before her child, cause she loooooves him. Stupid, insensitive, uncaring bitch. I guess I shouldn’t be shocked or even amazed, this happens far too often.
The mother is not being named right now to protect the identity of the child. If there is any justice in this world at all, she will eventually be sitting in a cell of her own and she will never be allowed to see her children again.
The victim in this case is now 12 years old. Her and her five brothers and sisters are in foster care. She has quite a road ahead of her…I hope this little girl has all the help, love, and support that she needs right now.

I can’t describe the anger I felt when I read about the mother’s involvement. Especially the fact that she told her daughter to stop telling the fuckin truth!! I truly hope they identify and arrest her….soon! She is no better than her child-raping penis of a boyfriend. They can both rot in hell.

God, what a bunch of sick fuckers. Him and the mother. Wow, I can see why she would be so desperate to keep him, what a catch! Not only did he cheat on her, but he cheated on her with her 11 year old daughter! Eh, but nobody’s perfect I guess. Men are hard to come by nowadays, apparently.

Seriously, she needs to go away for a good long time, and she should never, never get her kids back. Every time I hear about a woman putting her selfish, pathetic need for a man ahead of the safety and welfare of her children, it makes me burn inside. And how could you have anything but loathing for a man who would do this, even if it wasn’t to your own child?
Can everyone believe that she was actually seen in the foodstamp line, and she used the name of the child that she let get abused. She wanted to make sure that she could feed the RAPIST! On several occasions she allowed this man to take her daughter with him and still would if she had the chance too. She even had him take her to have the protection order removed. She did not care about her daughter then and she don’t now. I have tried to find a way to find mercy in my heart for her, but she did not have mercy for her own child. Kelly chose the right one because a real parent would have chopped his balls off. THis BITCH even has 2 children by him. How could she even look at him after this and she still says its not true after DNA. What are they going to do about her? She is responsible just as much as him. LOCK THE BITCH UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY! This is worse then someone selling drugs at least drug users have a choice to use drugs this child had NO choice or PROTECTION.

I have just had a run-in with this sort of “family.” I can only think of them as “welfare gypsies,” people whose lives are so disorganized, so quick-fix, so emotionally and mentally screwed up that all they can do is reproduce and reproduce and perpetuate the tragedy of their world on helpless children. They travel from one temporary situation to another and game the system and screw up everyone’s lives.
I don’t know that this woman is a welfare-recipient, but her messed-up attitude is one that I see reflected in the lives of the people here who have spent generations on public assistance. They seem to have become a new class in our society with its own ways of doing things, impulsive, hectic, angry, emotional.
The mother should goto jail also. she should have protected her child. And why havent the media said that the mother has “2 children by this animal”. And that theres 7 kids not 6. I dont know what to call but hes not a man. If i had my way i would take him to the woods and hang him by his balls and chop his cock off and put it in his mouth.

The mother should have been the first line of defense for this child but what about the doctors office she was taken to regarding the abortion? Why didn’t they contact DFS.
I’m not finding any information as to what was going on from the time of conception to the birth. I would hope that this child had someone on her side during that time, but so far, it doesn’t look like it. I would also like to know what was going on for the three months after she had given birth. Why such a long wait to get an arrest? The mom stated in the protection order in May that ’she heard Kelly confess to raping her daughter’. Why did it take until July before the police made an arrest?

This is disgusting. Allowing her daughter to be raped, her daughter having a baby that young, and not taking any action against the guy because she still has/had feelings for him….wow….sounds like a really great mother.
What a horrible thing to happen to such a young girl, she should’ve been able to count on her mother to help her and she just turned her back.

I’m at a loss for words for the mom. All you regulars know where I stand on Kelly and my thoughts for properly dispensing justice on him.
