Well Dreamin’ Demon lovers, we have another Dennis Boehm being featured here on the news page. What are the odds that we would get two pervert freaks with the same name, and in such a short time too?
GUILFORD, IN - Today’s perverted loser is Dennis Aloysius Boehm. That middle name is rockin’… not! He is a 34 year old pedophile. He is a sex offender registered in the state of Indiana for two counts of attempted rape of a child. The victims were 9 and 11. He was convicted October of 1993. After spending 11 years in prison, Boehm was released to prey upon children once again.
A tiger cannot change its stripes any more than a pedophile can change his/her sick desires. Boehm set himself up with a MySpace account so he could troll for girls, going by the name DrAgOn .1. He claims to be a regular guy and father of a 2-year-old son, who like to hang out with his homies, go fishing and four-wheeling. He loves friends, family, pussy and God. I have to admit that his clown face photos freak me out. I’ll be damned if he doesn’t remind me of John Wayne Gacy. I hate clowns, especially fat fuck child molesting ones. I don’t think I need to point out how many young girls Boehm has on his MySpace. He has over 500 friends, so you know he has had this account for awhile. I thought sex offenders were not allowed to have MySpace profiles. So what is up with that?
Boehm recently met a 15-year-old girl on MySpace. He knew her true age, but that only gave him mild concern. He convinced this naïve teen that he was in love with her. Of course he didn’t bother to mention he was a sex offender. That might have spoiled his chance of getting some young stuff. Boehm convinced this teen to meet up with him for some girl loving. She slipped away to meet him at a local church, where he picked her up in a van and drove her to a parking lot to take her virginity. Afterwards, she returned home.
Once the cat was out of the bag, Boehm found his fat, clown freak ass back in hot water. His pedo supporting parents are now making excuses for their boy. They claim their poor baby has ADHD and he didn’t know the teen was only 15. Someone needs to knock their heads together. Bah…

No offense, but 15 is not a “child.” I’m not saying it’s okay to make death threats to her (she did the world a favor by getting this guy off the streets), but it feels like hyperbole to me to say this man “raped” a “child.” Although he did try it years ago, and he is obviously lower than whale shit. I’m not trying to imply that he is anything but the scum of the earth. Period.
That said, I feel that when cases like this are referred to as “child rape,” it takes away from the seriousness of true child rape, i.e. what this sick fuck tried to do to a nine year old years ago. Taking sexual advantage of a minor (who is totally willing) is not the same thing at all.
My other issue with this story is simply the idea that MySpace and/or the internet is a dangerous place. They’re not. Chatting on Myspace isn’t dangerous, hell, chatting with sex offenders on Myspace isn’t really dangerous (provided you’re not publicly posting details of your life, like your address). Giving anyone your address, and meeting them alone in the middle of the night is dangerous, no matter how old you are. The fact that she merely had consensual sex after being so stupid makes her downright lucky.
And we only have her word on it that she was a virgin before this. She might have been, but chances are fair she wasn’t, she’s just trying to get him in more trouble because he didn’t love her.

After looking at her myspace…..are we just taking her word that she told him she was 15 or did he admit it?? Maybe she never even told him her true age. She doesn’t exactly look like an innocent little 15 year old girl. The guys obviously scum so I’m just fucking glad she turned him in. Who knows the future crimes he may have committed.
It doesn’t matter if she was a virgin or not. A female’s “worth” doesn’t suddenly become less if she’s had sex before–it doesn’t suddenly turn something into “rape lite.”. And it doesn’t make any difference to a court of law, I’m pretty sure–statutory rape is statutory rape is statutory rape, virgin or not. And while I understand the point you’re trying to make about the difference between this case and his previous convictions, she’s not an adult. So, legally anyway, all that leaves is “child.” There’s no legal category for “tweener”–there’s no “adult lite.” I also don’t agree that calling this an assault against a child somehow diminishes other assaults against other children–and getting into the whole “which one is worse” a slippery slope that I don’t think anyone wants to go down. Sure–we can deride her for not having more common sense…but the thing about teenagers is: they don’t have the common sense and life experience to make the best choices. That’s why they legally can’t consent to have sex with adults.
I was abused by my father, and I used to think, “Gee, I’m lucky it wasn’t worse.” And then one day, I realized the sheer horrific absurdity of ever putting “lucky” and “molested” in the same sentence. So the whole, “She’s just lucky it wasn’t worse!” really makes me uncomfortable. So now, when someone is assaulted or coerced, we have to thank our lucky stars and be grateful that we weren’t assaulted harder? I don’t think so.
To go down the, “It’s not like she was in grade school,” and “It could have been worse,” road is just one hair’s breadth away from, “Well, that little whore was asking for it!” And victims of violence already have enough of that to deal with as it is; I don’t think piling that burden on a 15 yr-old is the answer.
ETA: Also, her MySpace page is full of references to suicide, and cutting herself, and her general unhappiness and feelings of self-loathing. So even if he DID think she was 17 or 18, she’s CLEARLY someone who is not capable of thinking clearly and making healthy decisions for herself. Still criminally predatory, in my book.

But again, I still agree with Deety to a certain point. She was a dumb girl that made a huge mistake and this guy is a fat ugly piece of shit, but this is not the same as a rape that was violent or physically forced. As far as I can tell, at no time before or during the act did she ever fear for her safety. She never said anything about saying no or stop.
Yes, it was still a crime and yes this guy is still a predator. Her head is gonna be messed up and she may have trust issues in relationships, but haven’t we all gone through that after getting involved with losers? The main difference here is that he will be convicted for taking advantage of her.

And Kathy, you have a good point about some of this being the hard lessons about life and love and trust that we all go through. But I still think he’s morally culpable for deliberately seeking out someone who was obviously vulnerable and unhealthy, no matter what the age.
For me, the deciding factor between this case, and Alisha Dean and other similar cases, is that he’s been convicted of child molestation before. I just don’t think he would have been interested if he’d genuinely believed she was older. He’s already established exactly what his sexual preference is. And hey, even if she did completely pull the wool over his eyes, and he honestly believed she was a sophisticated and mentally healthy career woman of legal age who just happened to like sweaty fat Juggalo van sex…if it gets him back off the streets and away from any future 9 year old victims, then good. Even if that is double jeopardy, or whatever. Because a leopard doesn’t change his spots, and a Juggalo perv doesn’t change his double chin clown make-up, and I don’t believe this is his first contact with someone underage since leaving prison. Who knows how many 9 and 11 yr-olds he’s had his eye on since leaving prison? Just because he happened to get caught with someone whose age and circumstances some see as a little more of a gray area, doesn’t mean he’s suddenly only become sexually aggressive toward those he thinks are of legal age.

I can’t help but remember the time I got curious and called a 900 number with one of my girlfriends. I spent the next two days freaking out about how to tell my parents. I was probably 13 or 14 at the time. I didn’t want them to have to pay for the call, but I especially didn’t want to have to confess to having any sexual thoughts, whatsoever.
This girl, 15 years old, had to go home to her parents and confess what happened. Regardless of whether she thought she was ready for sex with a grown man before the incident, she obviously realized she had made a huge mistake. The poor thing had a huge fat nasty 34 year old MAN on top of her in a van in a fucking parking lot, and you’re wondering how she paid for her mistake? She obviously hated the experience itself, because despite the levels of shame she must have felt, she went to her parents with it. She probably felt guilty, ashamed, dirty, and feared that she might get herself in trouble by confessing. But she did anyway. That’s how bad it was.

i honestly never thought id be lucky…with anything. but everything the girl said in the video about him loving her and shit he said to me. and i was in kentucky for spring break with family and he wanted to meet up and shit but a part of me was telling me not to and i didnt know why, but i went with the part telling me not to, so i didnt and then 2 friends send me a message with this link pretty much telling me i could have been in that situation (them not knowing i already had, and got myself out of). then again for me, ive had the same situation happen more then once and got myself out of both of them. And now i cant stop shaking.

In some places, you’d be wrong. I’m not sure of the exact states (mostly in the South, no doubt), but there are, in fact, special clauses that deem statutory rape more serious an offence when the victim was a virgin. You’re absolutely right in saying that virginal status shouldn’t matter, but in some places, it still does.

That being said, I was an ICP fan. I think proof can still be found on my MySpace page in the form of a Halloween picture from about 10 years ago. I was a skinny ICP fan, as was my buddy, Philicia. We weren’t nearly as into it as most self-proclaimed “juggalos”…We liked the collectable aspect of it and by no means considered it a lifestyle. That being said, I did own all their CDs at one point, a few T-shirts, posters, dolls, and I did attend concerts. Now, why would I admit to this publically?

SEX: I can remember at fourteen and fifteen everyone thought everyone else was doing it. Many who weren’t were pretending to be. When I still hadn’t lost my virginity at 19, before I went to University, I assumed I was the last virgin. Follow these general rules and, well, you might get hit by a bus (I figure mom’s covered crosswalks already), but you should survive teenagehood relatively rape-free…and that’s the goal, right?
