It is very rare that LEOs make an arrest, then drop charges. You will understand that until the mother is cleared of charges we will continue to ridicule and shame her.

Well, as you can see from reading this thread, I was/am pretty vocal on this one.

I have an update that will surprise many as it did me.

First the great news. Nick is doing great living with his bio-daddy. His wounds are healing nicely and he seems to be adapting well to living with a loving, caring parent. Nick had a birthday back in August. I hope he had a very happy birthday and celebrated as every child should, smiling and happy.

I understand that all charges have been dropped against the mother Clarissa. I’m troubled by that, but I’ll put my faith in the LEOs that investigated and hope they found a valid reason for her not getting help for Nick when so desperately needed it. Clarissa does have visitation (supervised) with Nick. That tells me that the above may not be true and that at least someone feels she is not safe to be alone with her child.

Next, PussGut Celner has elected to go to a jury trial. I’m told that he is out on bond awaiting trial, but the records don’t say that he has made bail. http://www1.odcr.com/detail.php?Case=058-CF%20%200800223&County=058-

CNRTYGRL, pretty sure your wrong about the visits being great. Isn’t that awesome, that a mother can put her own child in harm’s way and not be charged with anything? Maybe Obama will finally fix that loop hole!

an update. Clarissa gets vistis with Nick and they are going great, she gets him on the weekends. Her charges were dropped.

This is the first Iâ€™ve heard that Nick is with the Heads, but Iâ€™m very happy about that! Anyone who knows them knows they are only concerned with whats best for Nick seeing as how they have no other ties to John or Clarissa, this might really be the best place for him. And yes I agree that Matt has screwed up in the past but he screwed up with Riss not Nick, he has been nothing but a good dad to Nick and that family loves him with their whole hearts. My ony hope is that they will agree to let some of us from Clarissaâ€™s family see him. Iâ€™m just glad heâ€™s out of fostercare and in a loving environment!

Amen, I’m glad to hear that. Please keep us posted on Nick’s condition.

update Nick is with family YIPPEEEEEEEEEE he is with his grandpa and step grandma Head (JR and Mary-Ann)â€¦ I am so happy that he is with his family that loves and cares very much for him. We got a letter from Rissy yesterday and one today you can really tell the difference in the two letters she is so happy the they have Nick she knows they will give him the very best of care as in the past they were a great help to her. Maybe she will come to understand that the Heads only want the best for Nick and let the past stay in the pastâ€¦ and only concentrate on her future with Nick when and if she gets out of jailâ€¦ I feel that she is also a victim in all this because from what i saw John was very controlling of her.

babys_antieno2 we are not picking on you or your entire family. I blame the loser fat boyfriend, John Cellner – notice the word “cell” in his name, kind of ironic and your loser sister for doing nothing for her precious baby boy for 5 frigging days. I commend your family for taking care of the boy but the baby should NEVER be exposed to the worthless mother ever again in his life. I just hope down the road no one ever takes him to visit his mom in prison. Burns over 50% of his tiny little body, he will never be the same little boy the scarring and surgeries will always haunt him as well as the mental and physical abuse put on him and his own Mother did NOTHING to help him when he was crying out in pain! It makes me sick! I for one will not sit here and let someone say what a wonderful mom, Clarissa was… and how she loved her son… etc. when she did not protect the MOST IMPORTANT thing in her life, her son that God gave her. I have no respect for BabysGreatAunt who defends Clarissa and says she, “respects Rissa for leaving John when she did.” Geez! The Great Aunt is a collaberating idiot! Anyone who defends John or Clarissa are guilty for enabling child abuse on this this defenseless little boy!

As I recall, I didn’t say the whole family was idiots. I said, simply, that the “friends” and “family” who are on here defending that piece of trash, worthless excuse for a “mother” (or should I say, egg donor.) are idiots. Nowhere did I say “Everyone in her family is an idiot.”

So please, before calling me out, learn to read and interpret things properly. Once again, the focus is being put on something other than the child. Use that anger for that lousy, pathetic POS sister, not someone who cares more about that child than she did.

ok for one not all of the family of clarissa and nick that are on here sticks up for her…i am her little sister and another of us, our sister in law randi jo (babys_auntie) are doing everything we possibly can for that little boy. yes i admit in the beginning i was extrememly upset about my sister going to jail and yes i was sticking up for her in every way possible.
But yes i agree, as does randi, that she was in the wrong for not taking my nephew to the hospital as soon as she found out wat happened.
so from now can you please refrain from calling the whole family idiots? because randi jo and i are doing everything we can to be able to see that little boy and get him in our care, thank you very much!!!!

Seeing how people defend freaking idiots is almost as infuriating as reading about these poor children who are completely innocent yet fall victim to inhuman trash. Every day I check this website and every single day, I cry my eyes out for these victims, the TRUE victims of these crimes, but then you always have some moronic family member who’s more worried about the person who committed the crime. The fact that “Rissy” is happy makes me sick. If I had done what she had done, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself. Fact is, she watched her child, her own flesh and blood, suffer for five days. I couldn’t even stand to watch someone else’s child suffer for five fucking seconds! As for her being “abused”, oh cry me a freaking river. I was in an abusive relationship for three years and I would have NEVER let that bastard put a hand on my child or I would have killed him with my bare hands. Boo freaking hoo, she was so scared. I would’ve risked having my head chopped off in order to get my child help, so that story don’t fly with me, sister. Ugh, this infuriates me, all of the “friends” and “family” who care so much, who talk more about the idiot that allowed this to happen than this poor child who is the true victim. Pretty sad that all of us here on this website, who don’t even know the child, care more about him than the people who are SUPPOSED to care. I hope they both serve the longest sentences possible. (Although subjecting them to the same torture this child went through, every day for their rest of their pathetic lives sounds like a much better idea.)

Have you ever been in a relationship where the boyfriend or husband is abusive in some way like mentally , verbally, or physically? Well i was married to a cop for almost five years and he used to come home from work and beat the crap out of me on a nightly basis and he wouldn’t let me even call or see my mom. So until you are in a victims shoes then just let the court system deal with Rissy. As for John I can think of a few worse things to do to him than tying him to a chair and lighting his balls on fire.
