Courtni Lee Nichols Got Her Buzz On

Courtni Lee Nichols and Faith Nichols

Clarksville, TN - It was hot in Tennessee on Tuesday, 94 degrees I believe. The kind of day where you just want to kick back with a few friends, knock back a few cold ones, and complain…not about the heat, but the humidity. That’s exactly what Courtni Nichols was doing at the Yes Deer Lounge…hanging out, socializing, and maybe getting a buzz on. No problem with that, right? Except for the fact that she left her 3 month-old daughter Faith outside in the car, alone, for 6 hours, to fry in the summer heat.

Nichols started her day of socializing and imbibing pretty early. At about 10:15 in the morning she parked her car, with Faith inside, at a restaurant and walked next door to the Yes Deer Lounge. She was a part-time bartender there and co-workers stated that she had been in the bar earlier, left to pick up her daughter and returned to the bar where she was to meet up with a sitter. Nobody in the bar had any idea that Faith was in the car. Nobody but Nichols.

At about 4:45 in the afternoon, a bar patron walked outside, only to run back in shouting, ‘Call 911!’ Faith was unresponsive when authorities arrived. She was transferred to Gateway Medical Center where she was pronounced dead on arrival. When that precious little baby arrived at the hospital, her temperature was 103.8 degrees. Nice going mom.

Nichols admitted to authorities that she had been to at least two bars that afternoon. Her child was left in that car from 10:15 a.m. until 4:50 p.m. She spent 6 damn hours drinking and having a good time while her baby slowly died in a hot car. Nichols is now being held in Montgomery County Jail with no bond, charged with first-degree murder. Her first court appearance is set for July 16.

One of her friends was quoted as saying, “She was very proud of that child. She was a good mother. She stayed at home most of the time with her.” To that friend, I say, “STFU..idiot.” And to Courtni I would like to say, “Fuck you…fuck off and die…murdering bitch.”

Lord I can see her prioretives are pretty much screw up.

Well leaving the baby in the car doesn’t really prove this statement….. I can’t buy the excuse she totally forgot about the baby and the time when by so fast while she was talking with the sister…….

Why is it that the friends of people who kill their kids always say they loved the baby and they were a good parent? You don’t go from great mom one day to suddenly stupid the next. Good parents don’t leave their 3 month old in a car. Good parents don’t go in a bar to drink at 10a.m. with their kids in the car. Good parents don’t leave their children in a car in front of a bar for 6 hours. If this is her friends idea of a good parent, CPS needs to do a well-child check on her kids if she has any. And quick!

  4. MissRight says:

couldn’t agree with you more V.

  5. missanthropic says:

ugly bitch. I wish her a life of hell.

  6. nadine says:

I agree with you V and I think that she should go straight to the biggest oven in the world and let her in there to cook herself, unfortunately, I have no sympothy for this MONSTER EVER!!!! So sad for the babys father, I am sure he was not with her, i am hoping he was not, well burn bitch burn

  7. Hippiepoet says:

Fucking bitch………..that story made my ass cry.

“I wanna get fucked up but I cannot find a babysitter…..oh well, I’ll just leave my kid in the car all day while I get drunk. ”

Please, let me have 15 minutes alone with this bitch, please. Goddammit I am hugging my kids. Fuck.

  8. MissRight says:

how could such an ugly bitch like that spawn that beautiful little baby?

  9. I’d like to punch this ignorant bitch - how can one be so stupid?! That poor baby.
    =(

  10. missanthropic says:

I really cannot comprehend. I feel bad when I go out and leave my cat at home, how can you leave your fucking baby dying in the car. I wonder if she tried to pull the “I forgot to drop her off at the babysitter” card.

  11. MissRight says:

I am the same way, we stayed home July 4th because my dog is afraid of fireworks-i know, i know. drink at home bitch!!

  12. Baffled by idiots says:

I wish this bitch a miserable existence! I wish we had an eye for an eye in this country. If I ran the world, I would put this bitch in an oven and fry her while on display for the public to see. Betcha this baby killing crap would stop real quick!

Unfortunately, douchebag criminals tend to commit crime under the pretense they won’t be caught. If they thought they’d be caught, just the social stigma associated with their actions would likely be enough to deter them. But they don’t generally consider the consequences, because they think they don’t have to worry about it.

This is why the death penalty doesn’t deter murder, for example. That being said, I say we fry her on principle. To hell with practical application.

You are absolutely right Athena. Look at all the crimes that have such tough penalties (drunk driving, for example) and yet people do it. They do NOT think it’s worth the consequence, they just assume they wont get caught. Unfortunately, for a certain part of the population, no type of punishment is a deterrent. It doesn’t factor into their thinking.

I know I know but in my imaginary world justice would be swift! And public!

As long as you let me help Hippie! I will take her ugly ass down so hard she will beg to die fast, instead she will die a slow, miserable death just like she did to her baby. Just F stop breathing you stupid bitch!

Rest in peace sweet baby Faith.

  17. Harley_Tech says:

    Faith:

She had faith that her mother would protect her.
She had faith that her mother would not kill her.
She had faith that her mother was not a selfish cunt that got her drink on at 10:00 am.
She had faith that her mother was coming right back when she got out of the car.
She had faith that her mother was coming to get her when her mother walked back out of the bar some 30 minutes later.
She had faith that her mother would save her as life slipped away.

Now little Faith, have faith that your mother will suffer the remainder of her life.
Have faith that she will spend much that life behind bars.
Have faith that we will all miss you you beautiful little girl.
We have faith that where ever you may be, it has to be better than being with that over sized bag of shit that was your mother.

    Rest easy baby girl,

    R

  18. swissmiss says:

Harley - your entire comment made my chest hurt. Surely that baby girl did have faith that her mother would come back for her. Such an unnecessary tragedy. What a beautiful girl, rest in peace.

Thanks Chrisey. I like to party, not at the expense of my babies.

  26. WryBread says:

Athena, there’s no evidence that the death penalty doesn’t deter murder. For there to be evidence people would have admit that they had a serious intention or desire to murder a selected person, but fear of the death penalty kept them from acting on it. Just admitting this would bring social stigma, if not law enforcement interest. The death penalty may have prevented many murders.

  27. Wonder says:

Thought of ONE night in lock up defers me from committing crime ! :P I think it would be hell to pay not only having killed your baby but be in Jail that would suck so bad… I’d rather drink antifreeze.

I got to know where did she go picked her daughter up and who was suppose to be the sitter… If you worked there part time and cared and loved your baby why wouldn’t you be taking your baby in the bar in the wee morning and be showing her cuteness off… that’s if you have no problem with kiddies in bars.

Did that sitter have your car keys so they could unlock doors and grab baby wtf… no cell phone calls sorry I can’t sit today and you never wondered where the hell is my sitter ?

Something is terribly wrong with your head lady. & please would CPS check on her friends kid unexpectedly sometime in the near future I agree with V this is never ok to do…. summer spring winter or fall bitches.

  28. Nyrak says:

Why does this happen every single summer? Why? I don’t understand how a person can forget their baby is in the car when…they took the time to buckle them into their little car seat….

This woman didn’t forget her baby was in the car though, she just left her in there? On purpose!? Absolutely horrible.

  29. crimenthusiast says:

I’m at a loss for words (yeah, first time, I know…lol). I can’t fucking believe this. WTF is wrong with these people? I am sure there would not have been a problem bringing the baby into the bar. It’s not like she was a toddler and needed to constantly be watched from hurting themselves. Even if the babysitter was late, she should have brought that baby in and waited until she got there.

Harley - that was an awesome post.

  30. WryBread says:
I am sure there would not have been a problem bringing the baby into the bar.

What the hell was she doing getting drunk at 10 am, especially when she had sole care of a young baby? I wish she had handed this baby off to be raised by one of the couples who so desperately want a child. Then Babymamma could get shitfaced 24/7 and as long she didn’t drive, no problem. Poor, poor, helpless baby.

  31. crimenthusiast says:

Okay, now I am really upset. People like this should never be parents. They don’t know how precious they really are.

I just talked to my best friend, whose 6 year old as ALL (Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia). He recently completed his Chemo treatment, but now, has a viral infection and his blood count is down. The higher dose of the Chemo may not have worked, causing the cancer to come back.

He is in the hospital but going home today. We won’t know until Thursday for sure if the cancer is back. It truly upsets me that this little boy is fighting for his life and has two parents who would do anything to protect him, yet we have insensitive cunts like this who think babies are insignificant and useless.

  32. MommyOfMason says:

    Burn in hell, bitch

Courtni Lee Nichols, 24, of 3060 Harris Circle, Palmyra, has been booked into Montgomery County Jail where she is being held without bond on first degree murder charges for negligence that led to the death of her child on Tuesday. Nichols’ prior record includes pending charges including driving under the influence, multiple charges of driving after her license was revoked, driving an uninsured vehicle, and additional traffic charges.

This trash was only 24?! I guess that is what bar hopping at 10 a.m over some time does to a person. ::shiver::

  34. anneinchicago says:

Does this mean that this obvious candidate for mother of the year drove to two bars that afternoon while her child was dying in the car?

Or maybe not even going to the bar?! Looks like that was a foreign concept for this moron.

My friend in Clarksville said that she only had the baby with her because her mom didn’t want to watch Faith.

  36. sugarglider says:

6 hours? Fuck, lady, if you weren’t prepared to care for a child (mentally, it seems) you should have had an abortion. This isn’t Afghantistan, you know, and terminating pregnancy WAS an option. If you wanted to have a baby, your responsibility was to care for the baby. I hope the baby beats the foster system and finds a parent who will love her as your ugliness has proved itself incapable of doing.

Man, I hope this sorry excuse for a parent comes on here–or one of her barfly friends does–to try to defend herelf against the obvious/

  37. WryBread says:

You know, that baby kind of looks like her. Maybe our mysterious God saw how the gene package turned out and in His infinite mercy took the baby to Heaven. I still don’t see why He didn’t use his powers in this case to kill the baby instantly. Free will doesn’t seem to have much to do with this situation since the baby would willingly have climbed out of the car had she been old enough, able to unlock doors, and not strapped into her death chair.

Wry, you’re cracking me up. Have you had too much coffee this morning? Or, like me, have you had not neeeeearly enough?
