Lansing, MI – She’sShe reviewsShe reviews missing, she’s with a man who has a history of harming children, and she’s only eleven years old. Diana Rose Windowmaker was last seen at about 3:35 p.m. on Tuesday near the Mid-Michigan Academy in Lansing, Michigan. She was talking to a man described as a black male in his forties, about six feet tall. Police believe they know who the man is and say that Diana is in “extreme danger”.

Diana (spelled Dianna in some news reports) is barely five feet tall and weighs about ninety pounds. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, blue jean skirt and black stretch pants. She is African-American with medium to light brown skin, black shoulder-length braided hair and dark brown eyes. She has a burn scar under her right eye.

The man last seen with Diana is African American and about 6 feet tall, police said. He was wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a black do-rag under a black ball cap. Police are not saying who the man is or whether he and Diana Windowmaker know each other.

No vehicle was seen and it appears that Diana may have appeared to leave willingly with her abductor. Police, however, continue to state that Diana is in “extreme” danger, and that she was likely coerced. Authorities have reiterated several times that the possible abductor is a danger to children.

Am I the Ass Clown here, or am I sane for wondering why someone known to “harm” children is on the street? Our government is run by a bunch of whack jobs. Only in America to we persue criminals after the fact on the third or forth run. Perhaps we should take some initiative like Japan.

No, not “only in America”, Rex. In fact, America has harsher sentencing guidelines than most of western civilization, especially England, Canada and Germany, for example.

The fact of the matter is, there is a finite amount of space in prisons and, unless someone does something serious, we can’t always manage to keep them locked up.

Of course, we aren’t too fantastic at prioritizing, when a drug user gets years in prison…
