Wow. I know that one way to get attention when you’ve been kidnapped and are being held in the trunk of a car is to kick out the tail light. A foot sticking out of a tail light tends to get attention.

But I wonder what went on with this guy? Drunk and passed out? Struggled and was unable to get out? I wonder what gave him the idea of getting into the car trunk in the first place.

Well, when an individual is sick and needs health care, I don’t think the community’s best interest is in the forefront of their thoughts. It sure wouldn’t be in mine.

Many, many cases of stomach flu are actually food poisoning from eating spoiled food.

Which is worse — finding the dead bf or having to realize that he’d been with you all weekend while decaying in your car?

This is a strange story. I wonder how the son must feel — girlfriend missing and Dad dead in weird way. That’s very, very hard.

She was probably getting worse, or felt like she was getting worse. I am betting she didn’t have insurance, so she was simply doing what a lot of people do in that situation, and using the ER as her doctor.

I kinda wondered that too, but then i figured well, she’s 4′8″ and 90 lbs, she might not have a lot of reserves if she was getting really dehydrated. But she never made it the third time, so I don’t know if she was really planning to go.

As for Mr Simmons/Simmonds/Simonds he was obviously a piece of work. I look forward to hearing the results of the pathologist’s on him.
