Josue Fraga Raped A Toddler To Death

WORTHINGTON, Minn. - This story has been posted in our forums and discussed at length already, but it made me so sick, I wanted to post this up front. Without sugar-coating things too much, Josue Robles Fraga, 34, raped his 2-year-old niece to death. He had been caring for the girl and her brother after his brother was no longer able to do so. A grand jury indicted him on a charge of first-degree murder of Samantha Fraga on FridayFriday reviews
and will face the rest of his life behind bars. For the sickening details, keep on reading. It gets graphic, so you have been warned.
First, I have worked out a timeline of sorts, based off of the police reports reports. It goes something like this:
7 or 7:30 pm – Josue ate dinner
9 or 9:30 pm – Josue put the smaller children to bed (all six children slept in the same room) and changed Samantha’s diaper
10 or 10:30 pm – Josue put the older children to bed
11pm – 12 am – Child gets up and Josuea gives her water (do not know if this is the victim or not)
2:20 am – Josue checks on kids
2:30 am – Josue leaves to pick up wife from work
2:31 am – Wife punches out of work
2:30 am – (Wife statement) Couple came home, ate dinner, watched TV
3 – 3:30 am – Couple goes to bed
4:18 am – (sibling statement) Sibling goes to bathroom, does not see Samantha in her bed, sees mother washing dishes and Josue watching TV
5:30 am – Josue goes to bathroom, sees Samantha on floor and watches the 3-year-old jump on her stomach. Wakes up wife who puts a diaper on Samantha.
5:35 am Samantha brought to ER
6:18 am – Samantha pronounced dead
6:23 am – Police dispatched to hospital
Here are some, not all, of the injuries Samantha suffered…I’m no doctor, but this list reads as if she got raped…then ran over by a goddamn car.
-Penatrated both vaginally and anally
-Traumatic head injuries resulting in hemorrhage of the right optic nerve and subdural hematoma and a subarachnoid hemorrhage of the frontal lobe.
-Multiple contusions of extremities
-Contusions of the trunk
-Traumatic injuries to the vagina including contusions to the posterior aspect of the vagina and edema to labia majora
-A prolapsed rectum with contusions of the rectal ring
-Peritoritis
-Ruptured stomach via compression, resulting in 300 cc’s of contents to empty into abdominal cavity
The doctor who noted all of this placed the little girls time of death as BEFORE 2:30 am. Also, while being questioned, detectives noticed shit on Josue’s pants. These were conviscated as evidence. But I am posting this for another reason, as Josue has been taken care of (even though I had a much better alternative that should have been used), but what about the wife. Surely she lied on more than one occasion. From the time she said they went to bed, to stating she did not notice a fucking prolapsed rectum when she put a diaper on a dead girl.
It was also reported that at the time of Fraga’s arrest, he was driving around Adrian with his brother and his wife. It is believed they were trying to locate his children at that time. Several of his children and his nephew were removed from the home after Samantha’s death. It was also reported that Fraga had asked a mechanic to take a look at a van he wanted to use to drive back to Mexico. Of course, once again, his wife was clueless about this.
So what do you think. Has justice been served?

Justice served? Not yet in my opinion. First Josue needs to be tortured slowly and then fucked to death with all kinds of foreign object. Second? His wife needs to be arrested and charged. She lied and lied again and innocent people don’t do that. Third? The brother that is defending him with the usual “he is a great dad, he wouldn’t do this” BS needs a slap upside his head. I think there’s something on this timeline that *isn’t* true, namely the detail about the other child jumping on the baby. I think shithead probably made that up to try and cover tracks for the injuries. So, mom went to change diaper, noticed baby was injured, baby taken to hospital. She may well not have put it together–come to think of it, this could be even more likely if the baby really was jumped on, as alleged, as well as being brutally abused by the father.

Oh and here is why I don’t believe his wife had no idea.
She and the POS told cops they were in bed at 3:30am and didn’t wake up until 5:30 am when the POS claims he saw the brother jumping on the baby. However their 13 year old son told police he got up at 4:18am (he looked at the clock) to go to the bathroom. The baby was not in her bed or her room and mom was still up washing dishes and dad was in front of the TV. I believe the 13 year old because he has not a single reason to make that up and lie to the cops.
The other part I don’t buy is her story about turning on the light and changing the baby’s diaper and seeing no injuries. Again I don’t want to be graphic but I have had the misfortune of seeing the after effects of vaginal and anal rape on a small child and this child’s intestines were protruding from her anus. That coupled with the heavy bleeding that occurs would require someone who is bat shit blind not to see it. The cops must have felt the same way because they showed her pictures of the damage and asked her how she didn’t notice. She gave the usual “it didn’t look like that when I changed her” BS. I strongly suspect thats why her own children were removed from her care even though he was arrested and not getting out out anytime soon.

I will never understand what is attractive about a child to a grown adult. And the wife had to have known what was going on. Even if she didn’t know for sure, she had to have had an idea about what was going on and should’ve checked up on it. Either way, she’s as guilty as he is and they both deserve everything that comes to them in prison. I agree with Lilbay…it would be worth getting locked up for one night just to be able to spend it with either of them, and make them suffer even partially what that innocent little girl suffered through. You know if that man could do something that violent to his own neice it wasn’t the first time he’d done something like this, either to her or someone else.

Long time reader and for the first time I feel compelled to comment.
I am in the UK and it’s almost midnight here. I am going to sit by my 18 month old daughters bed and watch her sleep for a while. I’m not very religious, but whilst I do that, I’ll say a prayer for this poor child. I’ll also think about the other children involved, as we all know that their lives will be forever damaged by this horrific act. Is there the death penalty in the state where this happened? I agree with previous posters in regard to what should happen now to the vile excuse for a human being that did this.

As I sat here and read this story, while drinking a rum and coke, I nearly threw up. Seriously. I can feel the Morningstar corndogs and alcohol sitting in my throat, wanting to make their exit.
This is the most horrible thing a “human” (I don’t think he should be classified as a human though) adult could do to a child. A 2 year old baby.

I hate him. The only thing that I can hope is that she was either unconscious or in shock and not aware of what this monster was doing to her. Shame on him and his wife! This is actually the story that got me onto DD…the original posting on here I found when searching about this very story.
Worthington is my hometown, born and raised. I read about this in the papers, the trailer this happened at is across from the house my daughters paternal grandmother used to live in. I know vaguely of this guy. This story makes me so sick to my stomach and brings tears to my eyes. That poor little girl…her last moments must have been horrifying. I can’t even think about it and I am 27 years old. She was only TWO and she had to live through that, and die in the end. POOR BABY oh little girl I wish you hadn’t gone through that….How could anyone put a baby throught that? Especially his own niece.
When I first heard about it, I hugged my 4 little ones as tight as I could.
His family, of course, has come to his defense in the forums on the hometown newspaper — saying oh no he would never do this, etc. etc. They make me even sicker, cause this little girl was their family also — who is standing up for HER now. I don’t know the whole story behind it, but I know every person in my hometown is horrified by this.

I know Samantha has been haunting me since I read this story, my heart breaks for her.

Also one last thing….Samantha’s mother died not too long ago — that’s why her father had to give up custody of the children to their uncle. He couldn’t take care of them so he entrusted them to family members he thought would take care of them and love them and now his little girl is gone, at least hopefully she is with her mother somewhere.

Thanks for posting that info, Momof4. From it, I learned that the aunt (who I had thought was the mom) is indeed a shithead–because she ALSO claimed to have seen the 3 year old jumping on the girl’s stomach. She claimed this to the ER personnel. Her story changed when she talked to the detective. The bitch. It’s so sad that this girl was them because she had been removed from her parents’ home. Out of the frying pan, into the fire. Time of death occurred before 2:30…and the the babyraper was the only one home…it disgusts me that he was sitting on his babyraping ass watching TV at 4:18.
Something that disturbs me, moreover, is the fact that 8 people were living in this 2-bedroom trailer. There is no way the other children didn’t hear this rape and murder happening, is there? That baby would have been screaming, I would think, unless she was indeed unconscious for all of it, which is the best that can be hoped–both for the child herself and for the other children. Jesus, what a sick case.

I think he basically told us when he raped/killed her. He said she got up for some water around 11 pm. My guess is that’s when the horrors began.
What confuses me is… the other child got up at 4:18 or so and said Samantha wasn’t in her bed…. but Josuck and his bitch wife were doing “domestic” things in the other room. Where was Samantha’s body?? Mobile homes aren’t THAT damn big! Not too many places to hide it!

I first heard of this case today and have read most of the accounts of the crime. If found guilty… Josue Fraga is truly a sick individual.
However, I am equally distressed by the amount of people posting here who are promoting rape, torture and murder of Josue Fraga with ropes, guns, chains, pipe cleaners??? and foriegn objects. This is not the Old West. You people are psychologically just as dangerous as the accused.
I hope I never see you in church, a voting booth… or on a jury.

It’s called “Venting” – you should try it sometime. It’s what helps keep “normal” people like US sane after reading such horrific stories. I highly doubt any of the Demonites would actually follow through with these things — but it helps ease some of the pain, anger and frustration felt by all of us when we read about what one human can do to another human — especially a grown mad to a 2 yr. old child.
I find people who DON’T get upset about these things to be way more frightening than those that DO.
I’d say 50/50 on church, seeing as many Demonites have decided that either there CAN’T be a “God” with all the horrible shit that goes on — or– if there is a “God”, and He allows this shit to go on — they’d rather not have anything to do with Him.
Voting booth? Why? You think we’d choose a leader that is less than upstanding – even after reading what so many have to say about criminals? Huh?
Jury — Last I checked … if you were familiar with a case and had already formed an opinion — you aren’t welcome anyway.
