Josue Fraga Raped A Toddler To Death
WORTHINGTON, Minn. - This story has been posted in our forums and discussed at length already, but it made me so sick, I wanted to post this up front. Without sugar-coating things too much, Josue Robles Fraga, 34, raped his 2-year-old niece to death. He had been caring for the girl and her brother after his brother was no longer able to do so. A grand jury indicted him on a charge of first-degree murder of Samantha Fraga on Friday and will face the rest of his life behind bars. For the sickening details, keep on reading. It gets graphic, so you have been warned.
First, I have worked out a timeline of sorts, based off of the police reports reports. It goes something like this:
7 or 7:30 pm - Josue ate dinner
9 or 9:30 pm - Josue put the smaller children to bed (all six children slept in the same room) and changed Samantha’s diaper
10 or 10:30 pm - Josue put the older children to bed
11pm - 12 am - Child gets up and Josuea gives her water (do not know if this is the victim or not)
2:20 am - Josue checks on kids
2:30 am - Josue leaves to pick up wife from work
2:31 am - Wife punches out of work
2:30 am - (Wife statement) Couple came home, ate dinner, watched TV
3 - 3:30 am - Couple goes to bed
4:18 am - (sibling statement) Sibling goes to bathroom, does not see Samantha in her bed, sees mother washing dishes and Josue watching TV
5:30 am - Josue goes to bathroom, sees Samantha on floor and watches the 3-year-old jump on her stomach. Wakes up wife who puts a diaper on Samantha.
5:35 am Samantha brought to ER
6:18 am - Samantha pronounced dead
6:23 am - Police dispatched to hospital
Here are some, not all, of the injuries Samantha suffered…I’m no doctor, but this list reads as if she got raped…then ran over by a goddamn car.
-Penatrated both vaginally and anally
-Traumatic head injuries resulting in hemorrhage of the right optic nerve and subdural hematoma and a subarachnoid hemorrhage of the frontal lobe.
-Multiple contusions of extremities
-Contusions of the trunk
-Traumatic injuries to the vagina including contusions to the posterior aspect of the vagina and edema to labia majora
-A prolapsed rectum with contusions of the rectal ring
-Peritoritis
-Ruptured stomach via compression, resulting in 300 cc’s of contents to empty into abdominal cavity
The doctor who noted all of this placed the little girls time of death as BEFORE 2:30 am. Also, while being questioned, detectives noticed shit on Josue’s pants. These were conviscated as evidence. But I am posting this for another reason, as Josue has been taken care of (even though I had a much better alternative that should have been used), but what about the wife. Surely she lied on more than one occasion. From the time she said they went to bed, to stating she did not notice a fucking prolapsed rectum when she put a diaper on a dead girl.
It was also reported that at the time of Fraga’s arrest, he was driving around Adrian with his brother and his wife. It is believed they were trying to locate his children at that time. Several of his children and his nephew were removed from the home after Samantha’s death. It was also reported that Fraga had asked a mechanic to take a look at a van he wanted to use to drive back to Mexico. Of course, once again, his wife was clueless about this.
So what do you think. Has justice been served?

I might not be allowed on Fraga’s jury because of what I’ve read, but Fraga’s is not the only trial pending in our future.
As someone who has taken part in several Minnesota juries, I must say I am proud of and impressed by our criminal justice system. We took every painful step necessary in finding our verdict. Our system is based on one simple idea. It is better to set a guilty man free than to convict an innocent man.
Now, I am not saying Josue Fraga even appears to be innocent, but I will be an AMERICAN and patiently wait for a verdict. There are larger principles at stake here than vengence on one particular bad guy. Our whole CJ system is at stake when vigilantes take over.
To Lizard, it is not me who is naive. I do feel outrage. But, I don’t log onto sites just looking for something to turn my gut. I came here looking to do a favor for relatives of Samantha. I was floored by the kind of hate I found in the hearts of the posters here.

To the rest of ya: Yes, I have had friends who were victims of violence and even murder. I admit that for some time, I fantasized about the death penalty returning to Minnesota… then, logic took over. We know no level of civil unrest will undo the the violence she suffered. Our best bet might be to try to understand what leads “human beings” to behave this way in an attempt to prevent it in the future.
When posters here are vengefully looking for the accused, and other posters publicly state where he is being jailed… and some kind of vigilante “justice” were to be exacted upon Josue Fraga… would it be the least bit probable that this blog line would be investigated as a conspiracy to commit murder?
It sounds like you wouldn’t be on Fraga’s jury because you’re connected to him. Relatives of Samantha, huh? Fraga was a relative of Samantha. And you sound a heckuva lot more concerned with him then with the nightmare that was unleashed on Samantha in the final minutes of her unfairly short life.
I might think people go overboard a bit here and there in their justifiable outrage, but I haven’t any time for a baby raping and killing supporter.
I believe in an eye for an eye, and then some, especially sick, murdering, pedophiles like Fraga. It sickens me to know that people like him do exist in this world, along with others who don’t stop or prevent them from hurting the ones they are suppose to be protecting!
He took the last moments of that poor baby’s life in such a horrifying and gut-wrenching way, there can be no one in their right mind who would not be outraged and even wish for him to know what she had to of went through!
It seems like it’s always the pain of what the victim went through that is forgotten when it comes to those who support the accused. Not saying that you’re supporting him, but, yes, some people do detest baby rapers and murderers so much that they wish the same on them! Sometimes worse!

You know what’s so sad about this story, is the fact the evidence is everywhere on her body and she was only 2 years old. What’s even sadder, is the fact that the prick plead not guilty and the jury is going to have to see the mutilated body of little Samantha.

Psychopathy.
Not all psychopaths are baby-rapers but all baby-rapers are psychopaths. They have a low boredom threshold, a high excitement threshold, no empathy, and no conscience. These four characteristics lead to them fucking people over for a chuckle.
There is no cure for it any more than there is a cure for a preference for tea over coffee. It is a part of the individual’s personality. Some psychologists claim they can teach the psychopath to have some feeling for other people; neither being a doctor of any type nor playing one on prime-time TV I do not have the chops to evaluate the validity of these claims. As a result I am somewhat dubious of them.
One could lock psychopaths away at 18, but this would be the moral equivalent of jailing people that would rather drink their carbonated beverage of choice from a glass bottle rather than an aluminum can. This would also result in locking away people who could run a business, lead troops, propel a sports team to victory, or act as no other simply because they don’t give a good Goddamn about anybody but themselves — even if they realize that they need to take care of the people subordinate to them to get where they want to be. There’s also that whole “due process” thing in the Constitution; i.e., one cannot simply lock somebody away because they might do something; it must be manifest. It is, after all, a criminal justice system, not a might-be-a-criminal justice system.
I do not know how to prevent a psychopath from claiming his first victim, but I damn sure know how to stop him claiming his second. Lock him — or her — away for life. If the psychopath has caused a death then a swift execution is the only answer. The longer the psychopath is left alive the more opportunities he or she will have to play his or her blood porn across the theater of his or her mind.

I found myself having to step away from true crime for a spell. I was looking askance at the mailman — and don’t get me started on the meter reader. No telling what that rascal was up to.
In point of fact I know exactly what he was up to. He was reading my electric meter. But the immersion in true crime was affecting my head space so I had to back away and get my shit in one sock. I haven’t been back long enough yet to be blackjacked by any of them, but “Dennis PeeWee Creamer Killed Haleigh” had me registering my nic with tears in my eyes then wondering what I could say that hadn’t already been said many times over by the other commenters.

This has to be one of the sickest, most disgusting, fucking infuriating cases I have ever read. If there is a Hell, this man will surely go there. No, I am not related to the accused, or to Samantha, or to anyone else involved in this crime. I am only connected through my business, which lead me to look for her obituary. That is how I ran across this site.
Castille: I am not “supporting the accused” in any way. (Odds are, he is absolutely guilty.) I am only supporting a CJ system that needs to do its work. There is much to learn from a trial… such as the culpability of others who may be involved. Is the wife involved? Are there others who have not yet been identified? What did the kids know? What did the meighbors know? What lead to this crime? Is there a pathology that needs to be examined they may benefit us in the future?

It is comments like this that got me to post here:
Fraga is in jail. He will be tried. There is nothing I can do to him and nothing I would do for him. He is there, not only to protect society from him, but also to protect him from vigilantes. Comments like those above give me great concern about those who still walk around freely in our culture.

I am not a proponent of “an eye for an eye,” either, and I have occasionally referred to members here are a cyber-lynch mob. Yet still, I’m a pretty long-term member here, as well as a contributing writer and moderator. You may wonder why.
I used to get very angry about the violent revenge fantasies expressed in these threads. I don’t have fantasies like that, and I don’t think that sort of violence would improve a damned thing in this world. Further, I do believe in the criminal justice system and trial by jury. But here’s the thing:
1. Members of the Dreamin’ Demon are not a jury, and have no power in terms of the criminal justice process. Members coming here and venting about immediate retribution doesn’t circumvent the criminal justice process in any way. There’s no point in defending the need for trial-by-jury, etc., because no one here is jeopardizing that.
2. What I *do* believe in vis-a-vis the Dreamin’ Demon is that public shaming is a good thing. A positive thing. I liked the days when a neighborhood lady would grab a miscreant kid by the ear and haul him home to his parents for punishment. People should be involved. For as our small communities have scattered and globalization has evolved, we will ultimately find that we are all responsible for each other. Marshall McLuhan’s global village is here. We’re living in it. Morbid has created a forum where we can shine a light on the dark, twisted secrets of humanity; a place where we can grab the asshats of the world by the proverbial ear and drag ‘em home to mamma!

I included it in my “top 10″ of 2009 (http://www.dreamindemon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11564) because it was one of the ones I just could not shake. All of the stories here are horrific, but a few of the names, faces, details rattle around your brain late at night when you’re trying to sleep. Samantha’s story is one of those for me.
Finally, make no mistake, whether you like their posts or not, DD members are all united by a passion for giving the defenseless a voice, and for denouncing the violent victimization we see in our world. I commend that. If you take some time and read around on the site, you might come to have great respect for some of what’s been done here.

Well, any relative who’s searching for justice for Samantha has had the same dark rage cross their hearts over what has occurred. They’d understand it in others. They certainly wouldn’t waste their time and resources posting to call people out over their outrage and imply they’re murderers, nor would it be doing them any great favors to do so. Relatives supporting Fraga in the best way they can however, may do exactly that. You’re much more transparent than you think you are.

That is truly priceless. A higher civil plain. Because justice is served and oh so beautifully civil when violent criminals get to spend their meager sentences comfortable with 3 hots a day and the opportunity to take college courses. Hell, they even get to join dating sites and check their baby raping myspace pages. These people cannot be rehabilitated. There is NO coming back from raping a baby to death as five other children sleep in another room. Was that poor innocent trusting baby just an experiment? Just a accident? He can go to a few years of group therapy and one day be a stand up citizen? I think not. Chances are this was not his first go around with raping and abuse.

I could not find an obituary for little Samantha, but I did find a few sites of interest.
Two of them contain posts from people claiming to know the family and their comments insinuate that this is definitely not the first rape for Fraga. One of them claim that he and girl’s father are both child abusers.
Again, these are just comments and insinuations made by others, but some of you might wnt to read them.
Jory, you might find them interesting also, as some of the comments posted on these sites seem very similar to the ones on here. Looks like the Dreamin’ Demon is not the only site where vigilante views are shared.

Well, since we are being honest, it is usually people who sign up here and without investigating, make a decision on the site and its creators based on one (of thousands) of articles and the comments made in it, that we do not normally care to keep. I know first impressions are important, but seriously…look at our subject matter. Even I feel dirty sometimes when writing and reading some of this stuff.
But we have helped law enforcement on a handful of crimes, helped victims and their families in even more. The fact that we may turn off some readers because of our desire to not censor out 99 percent of what is posted (even if we do not agree with their views) is a price we are willing to pay at this point.
But for a site that has daily comments of people wanting to skullfuck people who hurt children, and still have staff like Ruby…or a site with the “Demon” in the name along with some sacrilegious imagery but still have a prayer request forum…well it just shows you how diverse our membership is and like Ruby stated…one common trait that links all of our members in regards to sympathy for victims and varying degrees of scorn towards criminals.
But I do ask that you do stick around. There is a lot more to this place than meets the eye.

This case is easily one of the most heartbreaking I have ever read…I remember this one in the forums and changed my spirit forever. I will take no reservations in saying that this Fraga, is a sick, demented, evil fuck! Based on the facts I have read he is guilty. I’ll be glad to retract any and all comments IF he is found innocent, but you know he won’t!
This tiny little girl went through hell, unforgivable pain. She died in a most horrid and way, that only bastards like Fraga deserve. If given the opportunity I would be glad to take this evil bastards last breath away! Our society is riddle with the lowest form of humanity and one less is not going to keep me up at night.
