Cleveland - The man in the picture is 42-year-old Anthony Waters. While he had family, he had no money and was considered homeless. Reports state that he battled alcoholism and was residing at a homeless shelter. He stayed in contact with his mother, who lived nearby, and whenever he went to visit her he used back roads instead of the main streets. On Wednesday night, three teenagers beat Waters to death on one of these side streets.

BELLEVILLE, IL – After neighbors had tried several times to contact 66 year old Judith Bauer and were unsuccessful, they decided to go over and check on her in person. You see, people had plenty of reason to be concerned about Ms. Bauer. She had just returned earlier that evening from a week long stay in the hospital after having suffered a stroke.

Update 8/22/08 – Alberto Rios has plead guilty to second-degree manslaughter in a plea deal that should get him about two years for the death of his son, Diego Rios-Santana.  Sentencing is scheduled for OctoberOctober reviews 3. Read the original charging documents.

Seattle, WA.-While this case has more questions than answers, two facts are alarmingly clear: Diego Rios, a 7-month old baby, is dead from smoke inhalation and burns over 100% of his body after ending up in an open fire pit. And Diego’s father, 38 year old Alberto Rios, is being held in King County Jail on $1M bond, for investigation of first-degree manslaughter.

Concord, NC - I want to post this story as it is local to me and I want to do anything I possibly can to help catch the piece of shit who, on FridayFriday reviews, killed Donna Barnhardt, 59, and Darrell Noles, 44, while attempting to rob the Sun Drop Bottling Company Donna had worked at for 18 years. Darrel Noles was there to simply drop off an application. They were both shot to death and the killer is still at large, seen running across the field neighboring the plant.

Useless Wooden Toys is a thrash band based out of Minneapolis who were performing at a house party in Bloomington, Ind. In the early morning hours, Brian White, 32, got into an altercation with the lead singer, Christopher Johnson, 32. The fight was reportedly over an incident involving White grabbing the ass of another female at the party. The two were separated, but around 5 a.m., White came out of the home and plunged a knife in Johnson’s chest.
