Jason Bisceglia Stole Asia Sterrett’s Baby
Gardner, Mass. - At 2:15 a.m. Friday morning, Asia Sterrett called 911. Her youngest child, Paul Baez Jr., had been in his crib at 1:40, and now he was gone. Her panic was palpable to dispatchers, and help was immediately sent. But Asia, 20, didn’t know what could have happened to her six-month-old son. Â
Asia Sterrett had been having a party in her apartment Thursday night. There were six people there to watch the Celtics game. There was some alcohol at the party, possibly a little weed smoking.  Asia herself was not intoxicated, and had checked on and fed baby Paul and her one year old daughter throughout the evening. At 1:40 a.m., she had gone in to see her babies, and they were fine.  When she went back about 2:00 a.m., Paul was not in his crib.
She thought it was a joke, or one of her guests was playing with the boy. She searched the apartment - baby Paul was nowhere. Nobody had him. After some routine questions and a cursory look around, reinforcements were called. Officers with search dogs scoured over 200 apartments in Asia’s complex, but there was no sign of baby Paul.
Within a few hours, all of Asia’s guests were taken in to the Gardner police station for questioning. Jason Bisceglia got sick while he was being questioned, and got permission from officers to go to the emergency room.  Police soon realized that Jason had not gone to the hospital. Furthermore, other guests mentioned that Jason had left the party for a little while and then returned - right around the time baby Paul went missing.
Police officers went to Jason Bisceglia’s home, where he lives with his mom. Jason took off running when he saw the officers, but eventually made his way back to the basement of his home, where police were waiting. He then led police to a broken down Honda parked in his driveway and opened the trunk. Baby Paul was inside. And he was alive. By then, Paul Baez Jr. had been mossing for over eight hours. He’d been in the trunk for two of those hours.
The Department of Social Services took baby Paul and his 16-month-old sister, also named Asia, into custody. Little Asia is disabled and uses a prosthetic leg.  Asia Sterrett says that she believes she will get her children back once they are medically assessed. She told reporters, “I’m not a bad mother. I take care of my kids. They never miss any of their appointments. My kids are well taken care of.â€
Asia’s oldest child is a two year old son who was not in the home at the time of baby Paul’s abduction, as he was with his father Thursday night.
Jason Bisceglia has been charged with kidnapping and is being held on $50,000 cash bail. His attorney is already arguing that Bisceglia’s bail should be lowered and “there might be mental health issues”. Oh, yathink?
Where is your proof about the other two children or the coke? Why aren’t there any drug charges? Add a link or caseworker name - we are not gonna take your word for it, as you are obviously jealous of this girl. Whether she turned you down flat or took your boyfriend, you have your own issues that do not relate in any way to what happened to this child. HELLO!!!! I really have to ask, Gardner Parent, you think that consuming alcohol and/or pot in another room, away from a child who is sleeping in his own bed, is more dangerous than the stupid little bastard that stole him and put him in a trunk of a car and left him? You feel that this baby was safer in the trunk than in his own bed, with his mother looking in every 20 minutes or so? Is that what you are really saying? Please tell me I read it wrong. Surely to Pete, you cannot have four kids and have this opinion. If you truly do, I’m very afraid for your four children - VERY AFRAID! Please say I misunderstood!

i never said i agree with what jason did and he will be punished nor do i love baby rapist/kinappers or baby killers, i really have to much to do taking care of my children to sit here and play battle of the wits with a bunch of assholes that dont know what the hell they are talking about and just want to spew thier opions of people….cant wait till it is your turn for people to be writing about you and as far as saying she had her children taken away prior that did not come from me so check your sources again and i could care less what the mother does as long as the children do not have to be subjected to it….and as far as inbread or trailer trash, i own my own home, have my own children and have never been in trouble with the law so enjoy your childish behavior and just remember what comes around goes around FOR ALL……including you not just jason for the dumb stunt he pulled……..i am very thankful that the baby was found unharmed and in good health he is the only innocent victim in all of this mess so get lives people cause i am going back to mine now taking care of my home and family….you should all do the same

Oh bitch, I do, we all do. Just because I go on the internet (mostly while I’m a work or when my son’s asleep), doesn’t mean I don’t take care of my child or my home. How funny, stealing a six month baby boy and dumping him in a trunk to possibly suffocate doesn’t seem to appear on my list. I always love where some idiot comes on here espousing how whatever the perp did (in this case almost killing a baby) was nothing more than a “dumb choice” or a “mistake”. It certainly wasn’t an intelligent move, that’s for sure. This bastard was heartless for stealing a baby who he probably intended to kill and then not telling anybody about the baby’s whereabouts until his sorry ass was caught. I hope he doesn’t get off with the defense that he was drugged or in an altered state of mind at the time…. he damn well knew what he was doing when he was running way from the police and trying to cover his own ass.
