  At the risk of sounding Prudish here…..what happened to actually knowing a person before sleeping with them.Knowing the family, friends….etc. .. then you would know the persons age.

  Yes, that’s a good question. I don’t know how far back we should go in our values, but to the days when sex was a step of commitment might be a very good idea. Just rubbing genitals, well, you can do that with a patio table. Sex could be the result of a growing relationship of knowledge, trust, affection, and a step into the context of a family, not just a way to make momentary delight and an unwanted baby.

  I will not and can not support calling a 13 year old child a slut. Her behavior was slutty, her behavior is whorish, I agree. But to flat out call a child those names is just not right. Period. I do not have an issue with those words as used to describe her behavior, but PLEASE do not speak to or about a child directly calling her those names. I’m asking in earnest here guys. You may hate the girl and what she has done, but pretty please grant the pooh this courtesy.

  I’m sorry Pooh, but lets take all things into consideration here. She has done this before (used her body to attract older men into sexual encounters), based on her my space, she continues to do so.

  If that does not define slut, I don’t know what does.

  I believe that kids who act like adults, should be treated as adults. If slut is an adult term that applies, then it applies. She had the chance to remain young and inocent, she passed on that chance.

  I also feel that the father (term used loosely) should have all his “hangy-down-parts” removed using a dull rusty knife, then dip him in alchohol with the removed parts in his mouth.

  If this girl at 13 had killed a baby she was caring for, instead of fucking an adult, you would be joining me in calling for the courts to sentence her as an adult, 13 YO be damned. Since what she did was act like a slut, she shall be sentanced, as an adult, to being branded a slut.

  If it walks like a slut, and lays down like a slut…

  I get what you’re saying, I really do. However, WHY does she act this way? How does she know so much about acting like a slut? What happened in her life to make her so sexual? Are these her own actions? I mean, after all, daddy ain’t doing shit about the myspace. Maybe he advertises his daughter in this way.

  And, lastly, it all falls on free speech. All are free to call her what ever they wish. I personally cannot speak about children, in that way. Does it not fall upon us adults to take the moral high road in a case like this and lead by example? - (by not calling children names when they have done wrong - which I’m sure her peers are doing)

  She is still a child, a malicious child, but yet a child, that I suspect has been sexually abused before any of this even started. IF she had murdered another child, I would want her tried and sentenced as an adult, only because I know she would not be placed with the adults until she was 18. Now would I feel the same if she had to be placed with adult woman at 13? - I don’t know. You’re right I would want her punished for harming another, younger child - but I would not forget that she, herself was still a child. That would be a tough call.   I personally stray from using sweeping derogatory terms such as “slut,” “whore,” etc as a means of defining women OR girls. Reason being, this hypersexuality, when exhibited by men of the species, is rarely given such a stigma.

  This kind of language is just another obstacle for women everywhere.

  And Pooh, I agree with you - I’ve not known any sexual girls that were not molested, raped, or otherwise auctioned off (or pimped out) by misogynistic parents.

  I’m sure this girl has very real reasons for being as messed up as she is. And that’s just it - she’s a very sick girl. Otherwise, a) sex wouldn’t be on her mind and b) she wouldn’t be seeking it from older men in an effort to get the love or affection that she’s obviously missing elsewhere.

  This is just a case of toxicity being spread. I do feel bad for the second man in this case, but those are the breaks. Sad, but true. That’s life.

  I think this is a canny child who realized she had a fast-track ticket to the world of adult status. In this case it was large breasts at an early age. There’s plenty of blame to go around in this story. I don’t know who gets what proportion.

  I feel for the guy on some level, but truth is he “poked first, asked later” not a smart move on his part.

  I highly doubt that he has/had any true concern for her activity beyond “oh shit, I could get in trouble for this” after he realized she was probably under age. Given her prior record on this subject, there is a greater than zero chance she threatened him with exposure when he backed off from her. I’m just speculating here.

  I wonder why the sperm donor (Father) is not charged with child endangerment for not being more proactive in this girl’s protection from herself, given her history.

  I do believe there should be a system whereby a judge in a case like this can order that the accused not be placed on the sex offender list. There would have to be checks and balances on such a decision though.

  I agree, there does need to be something in place for such rare offenses like this. Dude, #2, even if he was concerned about himself and not the girl, well, he wanted to obey the law or perhaps he really believes, as he should, that THIS SHIT IS WRONG!

  Since we can’t read his mind, its hard to say WHY he did contact her dad. He did contact the dad as soon as he thought some thing was up. Gotta give credit where credit is due. He tried to correct his mistake unlike most adults in these messed up situations.

  I guess I have to believe he thought he was making the father “aware” in some way, or he wouldn’t have went to her dad - he would have just backed off, threats of exposure or not. Ya know, make her “prove it” and all that. .

  Wow…I’d hafta agree with some of the other posters here…what happened to meet the family first, poke it later? I mean this guy was smart enough to talk to the dad (who ratted him out) but that was AFTER they had sex. Not a kewl move. And what 19 yr old divorcee still lives with their father?

  This almost sounds like child neglect on the father’s part…”staying out late all night”, “teenage daughter going out on several dates with these guys”…where was he when she STARTED dating him. Or even where was he when she started dating the first guy? If my daughter did something like that, I’d make sure she was punished appropriately and NOT staying out late all night.

  Kinda reminds of Maury where all those girls are on the show having sex cause they like it, or want to have kids that young. I wonder if they really can charge this girl with something, not that she’s uber guilty…I just think she knew she was approaching people wrongly about her age, and that she knew she shouldn’t of.

  Seriously, I’ve never met a 13 yr old that lies and says they are “divorced” and 19 years old. This is going to sound harsh, but…isn’t there a way to stop these little kids from trying to act like adults to pick up other adults?   I don’t understand why Morris’s attorney didn’t bring up the previous offense? If he did… why wouldn’t the judge order some kind of counseling (at the very least) for this girl?
  How many more men will this girl have to bamboozle before someone takes action against HER and her PARENTS? She’s obviously seeking out these older men — only to fuck up their lives in the process.

  I had friends who lived in my building,and it ended up being that there daughter had a crush on me…I live ALONE,in my OWN place… …and this girls MOTHER hand delivered apple pie made for me SOULY by her daughter… Her daughter was nearly 6 feet tall,d cup breasts,long blond hair… …AND 14 YRS OLD!!!… …Her parents said we could “hang out together” when THEY were around…I said,NO THANX,i was 26y/o at the time!…And i was shocked,she DID NOT look a day under 18y/o,AND was home schooled to boot,so she did NOT act like a typical person,not even if she looked the part of a “regular twinkie” she was quite intelegent…but yeah,i dunno,just thought i would share my story to show,YES,sometimes PARENTS are INSANEEE!!!…LOL
