Scott Philbrick Is A Whiny Bitch
Manchester, NH - Scott Philbrick, 25, is upset. He’s charged with the sexual assault of a six-year-old girl. The little girl was hurt so badly that she needed surgery, but Philbrick doesn’t think he should be in jail. As he told the court at his bail hearing on Tuesday, “I didn’t do anything inappropriate to the little girl. She hurt herself on a toy.” More specifically, Philbrick said, the child accidentally fell on a dollhouse which just happened to rape her. Riiiight.
The six year old was left with Philbrick for “about a half hour” on May 4 by her mother. Keeping in mind that Philbrick lived in a rooming house and had only been there two months, and was already behind on his rent, I’m having a hard time understanding that decision. But the mom stepped up once she realized something was wrong - when she picked up her daughter, the child was having problems walking, and soon the mother realized the little girl was bleeding through her jeans. Mom didn’t fool around - she called 911 right then.
Medical personnel didn’t buy it, and neither did anyone else. Eventually, the little girl was able to tell her mother and investigators that Philbrick assaulted her almost as soon as her mother left. He then cleaned up some of the blood, and told the child not to tell anyone - not her mother, or anyone at her school. Like nobody was going to notice a six year old with rape injuries bleeding everywhere.
Philbrick’s first story was that the little girl had fallen backwards on a dollhouse that just happened to penetrate her. Accidental toy rape, right? Then his story changed a couple more times, until finally on Monday he told police that yeah, “maybe” it could have happened the way the child said it did. I mean, it’s just a penis, he can’t control it or anything. But then in court yesterday he fell back on the accidental toy rape defense. The judge didn’t buy it.
A prosecutor told the court that Philbrick has a long history of “not following court orders”. Among the court orders Scott Philbrick has ignored are domestic assault charges and protective orders, which he has routinely violated. When this was explained to the judge, Philbrick really got whiny.
“That’s in the past, and you shouldn’t hold that against me!” he protested. Philbrick was unable to enter a plea what with not having a lawyer, and whined that it’s not fair for him to have high bail, because he’s on SSI after an accident and can’t afford to get out of jail.
Awwww. Poor widdle baby raper. Nevermind that your six-year-old victim had to have reconstructive surgery to her nether regions and will never be the same physically or emotionally, you child-molesting bastard. Nevermind her nightmares, her memory blanks, her inability to form healthy relationships with boys and men later in her life. Nevermind any of that, as long as nobody holds your past against you.

Scott Philbrick is in custody at the Hillsborough County Jail in New Hampshire, where he is being held on that $100,000 bond. He is charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault and is due back in court on May 28 for a probable cause hearing.

An anonymous source has contacted me to let me know that Scott Philbrick has injured a child before. Several years ago, the source tells me that Scott was dating a young woman with an infant child. While in Scott’s care, that child was severely beaten and shaken, resulting in permanent brain damage. The source says that Scott intially confessed, but then retracted his confession. Due to evidence problems, Philbrick was never charged.
This source also tells me that Scott was witnessed performing oral sex on his own child, and as such will not be seeing his son again. The child’s mother reportedly did go to the manchester police, but was told nothing could be done at that time, as again, there was no physical evidence linking him directly to the crime.
So Scott Philbrick has left a trail of child victims in his wake. Maybe this time, he’ll actually be punished for his crime.
What a waste of oxygen. I hope he meets a horrible and violent death in prison.
