Des Moines, IA - His Myspace says he’s “Nefarious”, but really it’s just kind of sad. Sad and funny, which is why he’s on the front page. Sean McGuire, 20, who is probably flunking out of Drake University in Des Moines, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Mother’s Day… for throwing M&Ms at a police officer. Hey, that is totally assault, y’all, shuttup.
McGuire was at the Kum&Go with his buddy when one of Des Moines’ finest arrived to investigate a DUI hit and run. Sean thought he better “stick up for his friend”, so he chose to display his annoyance by assaulting the cop with a barrage of M&M candy projectiles. The police officer found that being pelted with delicious candy-coated chocolate was distracting and disrespectful, and arrested Sean because morons like that shouldn’t really be on the streets anyway.
Then, to add insult to the police officer’s injury, McGuire pissed all over the back seat of the patrol car. What a tard. Not that we should be at all surprised. His Myspace has a plethora of fantabulous drunk college boy pics - my very favorite, the one you see above you, has our antihero Sean drinking a beer. In the driver’s seat of a car. With a breathalyzer in his hand. Probably a court-ordered breathalyzer, yathink?
Yeah. So if you live in Iowa and some drunk assclown in a Bonneville runs you over, make sure he doesn’t have any candy with him. Sean McGuire is out on bond from the Polk County Jail. He is facing charges of being an asshat and assaulting a police officer.

But when you take it on road and it affects other people, you gotta pay, go to JAIL, do NOT pass go, do not collect $200. Period.
