Dreamin’ Demon Podcast 5/11/2008

Sorry to make things confusing as we figure out exactly how we want these podcasts posted, but we have decided to make individual posts on each podcast, with a summary, and also just list the individual podcasts on the podcast page. This will also make it easier for people to comment on the individual podcasts.
So with that, read on for more info on our very first podcast.
Summary:
As a test myself, Impqueen and Swivel tested the waters and made our very first podcast. Through a plethora of technical difficulties caused by Imp’s hotness, and my taking too many Hydrocodones to mask a toothache, we actually got one finished. It will be up shortly, and will be available via this page as well as the others we will do. We plan on doing this weekly, and what we actually podcast really just depends on what we feel like and what you guys want (and no, not podcasting is not a suggestion we will take into consideration).
In our very first podcast, we attempt three separate segments. The first segment consists of a nasally intro and the discussion of Irina Yarmolenko, BuddyBUDDY
E. Smith, Danny Floyd, Jessica Vasquez and a couple of others. Swivel imitates his version of a mentally handicapped individual being raped. In the second segment we discuss forum related matters including forum upgrade info, the ads on the site including the site survey, mugshot beauty contest, The Origin of Man book and make a couple shout-outs to a few members. Lastly, we read some new hate mail and Imp attempts to read her response. Sorry for some of the echo and varying audio levels. It was all Greek to us, but we figured some shit out.

Wry, I think the D’D administration is encouraging members to frequent local wax purveyors and to tap into their creative streams to mold their own penis-shaped candles. I’m guessing there is some disagreement over the notion of BURNING said candles, cuz, really, who wants to see their urethra aflame and penis shrinking to nothing? I think I’m going to go out on a limb and use not wax but cat poo. (Hey, it’s free in my house!)

See? It’s the podcast that just keeps on giving! MSI is the shit. Of course, a lot of people think they ARE shit. But I love originality and in this day and age of carbon copy shit on the airwaves, MSI has been doing their thing for YEARS. Since 1999 or so. I also had a crush on their bass player, Lynn-Z.

Morbid, Imp, and Swivel. I loved it. People always say “oh, I like having a face to go with the name…..”
Not quite the same, but I did enjoy having a voice to go with the names. I enjoyed the last bit especially, “………I can’t believe anyone listened to the whole thing……… and if you’re still listening, thank you.”
That may not be an exact quote, but close. Don’t knock the first cast, it was GREAT!! If you guys had been “seasoned”, I don’t think it would have had the same affect. I love the “casualness” and discussion. Can’t wait for podcast #2.
And can someone help the dumb pooh – what survey should I be taking? and where is it?
