Danny Floyd Makes Drag Queens Look Bad

Moorpark, CA – Danny Floyd is more than just a mediocre drag queen. Floyd, 39 , is also a school bus driver, Big Brother volunteer, and now, an accused pedophile. His alleged victim? A fourteen-year-old autistic boy Floyd was mentoring via the Big Brother program. “Mentoring”? Is that what they’re calling it now?
Do not get me wrong, denizens. Drag queens hold a special place in my heart. Some of my best formative years were spent in the company of male ballet dancers who moonlighted at drag shows. Good ones. So when I see a girl all dressed up, working her act, proud of who she is, I’m the first to applaud, to say “You go girl” and admire the artistry involved in a grade-A tuckback and duct tape cleavage. I’m sure that in some backwater bar, Mz. Perris A. Roschelle is The Hotness, but in Imp World, honey, it’s just not working.
In his male incarnation, Danny Floyd has been putting himself in positions to come into contact with children for awhile. His day job is as a school bus driver. And about six months ago, he registered as a volunteer with Big Brothers, a mentoring program designed to help boys with absent fathers, in need of male adult role models.
Floyd is accused of molesting the victim, who is autistic, at Floyd’s apartment during “mentoring” sessions.
Mz. Roschelle’s Myspace is a wonder to behold, and Floyd is also accused of sending the 14 year old boy “harmful matter” online. I’m just gonna guess here, but I don’t think “harmful matter” consists of makeup tips, although I definitely would have advised a softer lipline on top. That V thing just ages a girl.
Police believe there may be other victims, and have asked anyone who may have been molested by Danny Floyd or Mz. Roschelle to tell a parent or call the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department at (805) 371-8309. Danny Floyd is currently being held at the Ventura County Jail on $250,000 bond pending his arraignment on FridayFriday reviews

I am with you miss ImpQueen. Have run with a VERY diverse crowd for a long time. Queens, homosexuals, cross dressers, transexuals (there are differences there) hell, even straight republicans *shudder*.

Hasn’t anyone noticed that the rest of us males can’t stand the little demons? Most fathers hate their own children. The idea that there are legions of men looking to waste their free time with other people’s kids is ridiculous.

Yeah, I’ve had that same theory for a long time, but I have known ONE young, normal guy that was the coolest, best preschool teacher ever. I was wary of him because of that theory, and watched him like a hawk, but eventually I concluded he was truly there to work his way up to administration in the daycare center biz, not to get his rocks off. In the two years I knew him, he behaved professionally, had a natural, fun way with the kids, never touchy feely, but never stand-offish. I’m a bitch who always assumes the worst intentions of others, but I had to give it up in his case.
The worst thing he did was indoctrinate my daughter into being a 3 year year old Yankees fan.
But yeah, I still assume that any male actively seeking out the company of children is up to no good. That’s how I know my hub is on the up and up. He sequesters himself in his man cave, away from the Barbie/Care Bear/Webkinz hell as much as he possibly can get away with. Sure, he’s probably jacking to something, but it’s not our kids, at least.

I even get along with their friends, but I do notice that women tend to really keep one eye on me if I am around their kids, which is a good thing seeing how things are now. UPDATE: Sentenced to 16 months…
A school bus driver convicted of molesting a 14-year-old autistic boy has been sentenced to more than a year in state prison.
Superior Court Judge Bruce Clark sentenced Danny Ivy Floyd, 39, to 16 months in prison for sexually abusing the boy.
Floyd pleaded guilty in July to felony charges of committing a lewd act on a child and sending harmful matter to a child. The first charge relates to sexual abuse that occurred mostly at Floyd’s residence.. The other charge relates to pornography Floyd showed the victim.
Floyd met the autistic teen through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County when he was assigned to mentor the boy. The boy did not ride his bus.
With the time he already served in county jail and other credits, Floyd will spend a total of 145 days in prison. He also will have to register as a sex offender and pay a $200 fine.
Floyd could have received as much as three years and eight months in prison. He received the lighter sentence partly because he pleaded guilty early in the process and had no prior criminal record.
Attorney Ron Bamieh, a big brother who represents the organization, said board members wanted Floyd punished to the full extent of the law. “Sixteen months is light,” said Bamieh. “On behalf of the board of directors, we would have liked to see the maximum.”
Bamieh said Big Brothers Big Sisters conducts thorough background checks, and there has been only one other similar incident in his nearly 20 years with the organization.
