Or was he a perfect child in his eyes? This shit really pisses me off. Seems like the older a person gets the less they remember about being young. Children are children, accidents happen. Fact of life. There is nothing a small child does that deserves a death penalty, even if by accident! Grow the fuck up you walking penises!

Apr 30, 2008 at 10:05 am -I have a four year old stepson (granted I am a stepMOM not a stepDAD) who lives with us full-time — he has accidents as ALL children do, and I tell him just like I did with all my kids “its okay buddy it was just an accident lets get you cleaned up”. When this waste of space loser married the mother, he also accepted her son as family (OR THAT’S THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO GO). So sad poor little guy is GONE FOREVER because he messed his pants! The stupitity of wasting a life over something so trivial just blows my mind.

Oh, and every time he shits his pants, someone gets to hit him as hard as they can in the stomach (with a bat, if desired), and then beat his ass with a belt for a couple of hours. This needs to happen EVERY time he shits himself, though, in order for the punishment to be effective.
I hate people like this. Of my six children, I have seen pretty much all a kid can do in the mess department. I’ve seen them take off a dirty diaper, and hide it, and then go sit on the couch with nothing on their bottom but shit. One of mine took off a nasty diaper in the toybox - yes, she was IN the toybox - and got feces on every toy she owned, plus the wall, floor, and furniture near her toybox. It looked like she had started a finger painting class, using human waste as her chosen medium. My 2-yr-old boy will take his diapers OUT of the garbage can, and bring them back to me, or go hide them. He did it just the other day, and left a trail of nastiness across the floor between the garbage can and where I sat. I never once thought about punching him. Or beating him with a belt. I popped his hand, because he is not allowed to get in the trash, but the trail of goo? I cleaned it up, asked him not to do it again (which he probably forgot as soon as he walked off!), and let it go. I am actually even giggling a bit as I write this, because, although I had a gross mess to clean up - looking back from my current vantage point - it was FUNNY!!! Kids are gonna do strange things and make messes - and , yes, even (ohmygod!) have potty training accidents.
This fucking assmunch needs to be beaten to death; but since that’s still not legal in this country, I think the colostomy thing would be the next best thing. Is that legal? No, don’t tell me, just let me believe it is. Did I mention - I HATE this man!?!?

It makes him no less of a douche having those girls on his myspace, if anything, I think it accentuates that fact. I wonder what made the mom feel like she had to tolerate that sort of behavior. Maybe she didn’t know she could do better, from the sounds of the previous restraining orders. She mave have been willing to take ‘less’ abuse from this guy, thinking it wasn’t as bad as some of the places she’d already been.

It makes me wonder if there were signs that the mother missed? Do people really snap and just harm a child this drastically with no warning? I keep reading all of these stories, and it seems that the abuser seems normal, and then SNAP the child is dead.
It has been really hard for me to date, because I always worried if the guy would accept my son. Mikey is now 14, so I don’t have to worry about it as much because he is old enough to tell me if something was being done to him.
This asshat definately should have to suffer at the hands of a merciless torturer.

We don’t know him, and he’d better be damn glad we don’t or he’d be getting his balls ripped off right about now. I just wanted to come on here and say that it does not surpise me one bit that CPS investigated this shit twice before and did nothing. DHS is a joke around here. Hell…it appears to be a joke no matter where you go.
My husband and I were both previously married before we met one another. He had 3 sons from his first marriage and I had 2 sons from mine. We have custody of all 5 and now have a daughter together. Before he got sole of his sons, they lived with their crankwhore mother and her cracked out new husband, snorting up my husband’s child support and kicking the shit out of each other in front of those boys. DHS was called out MANY TIMES by their neighbors and family members, and they never did a damn thing! The last time they were called out there (by the crankwhore’s mother no less), it was because those two morons had just duked it out again in front of them. The DHS worker called my husband to tell him that the reason neither of them were arrested for it was because the crankwhore was getting it on with the responding officer. The caseworker called him to tell him that, yet did nothing!
It took us literally almost 20K and an act of congress to get sole custody of those boys and to get her worthless ass out of their lives.

That’s a fine line to cross, but with eye witnesses or hard evidence I say go for it. And I say thanks to al those vigilante’s out there saving my tax dollars usually used for prisons, court, etc…

They will not be rehabilitated. Count me in, on any processes that will eliminate POS like these. Like I said before, have gun will travel. Also, we have enough nurses here, that we CAN keep said POS alive for the standard 3 week torture process.

Friends, family, neighbors, daycare workers have ALL called DHS on them and DHS continued to let this poor baby live in hell. No one knew just how bad it was. This is heartbreaking for all of us in the family.

If you feel comfortable, can you share any more details about this poor baby’s life and the circumstances surrounding him? I would really be interested to know about the case workers and their lack of action to protect this child.
One question to our resident legals, since a mother can be charged with failure to protect, why not DHS, CPS, DFCS - whatever you want to call that bunch - when they KNOWINGLY leave a child in harms way?

If the child in the story is the same age as one of mine, I look at them and wonder - how could anyone do such a horrible thing to someone that size? And even if the abused child is not the same age as one of my children at this time, My oldest is in college, and I can remember her at the various stages of her life, and my stomach just flips over. I’ll never understand how someone could do something so heinous to a creature as helpless as a child. It makes my heart hurt.
And I hope that motherfucker, Steve, gets to suffer the same pain as he inflicted on this little boy. As a matter of fact, I’ll be glad to administer that retribution myself. Every fucking day. For free. Just chain that bastard in my backyard, and y’all can all come and watch the festivities. And bring that bitch of a walking incubator, too. I’ll be more than happy to fuck up her cozy little world as well. I’ll need SOMETHING to do during the times fat bastard is unconscious from the pain I’ve inflicted. And beating someone who is passed out is just not any fun! Having her here would give me something to do to fill up all of that spare time.

May 1, 2008 at 2:44 pm -Not the bathtubs. The bathing! We need to outlaw bathing. If we take all of the bathtubs away, people will be forced to wash their kids in the creek. And that just gives them an even better opportunity to kill the kid, and blame it on the rocks, or the trees, or even that the kid slipped and was washed downstream. If we outlaw washing, though, Presto! no more deaths due to falling or ‘accidentally’ drowning during bathtime!
Then we would need to move on to a ban on sitting or lying down on anything other than the floor. That way we could also get rid of all of the couches, chairs, and beds! Because we all know how dangerous THOSE items are! After that, we will need to lobby Congress to pass a bill outlawing all playing with children by adults. Because many children are killed each year because they were playing with a parent, or stepparent, and suddenly died for no reason at all!
If we continue with this line of safety procedures, eventually we will have no furniture, appliances, pillows (that attack children, and suffocate them when a parent’s back is turned), or toys. And parents will only be able to view their children from behind a plexiglass window. Only then will the children be truly safe. I think I’ll draft a petition tomorrow to send to my state rep, and Senator. Each of you should do the same. If you don’t do this, then the next child that dies because these things were not banned, will be YOUR FAULT!!!
Fuck, people! If we banned everything that some asshole has tried to use as a scapegoat for the outcome of his temper fit, we would all be sitting on the floor, not allowed to even stand up to walk, and eating our meals with our fingers. I read these stories every day, just to see what new and fucked up excuses these POS give for the sudden, unexplainable deaths of their children. And I haven’t once been denied a new fairy tale.
