Don’t sweat it. I appreciate the apology though and admire you for it. I don’t have any sympathy for Morgan & Toby but I have sympathy for you and the other people who loved them. It sucks when someone you care about and think you know does something like this.

sgj92393, you are not seeing the whole story either. Having to watch grown men cry that you never thought that you would see cry because these two assholes killed James. They both took part in killing James; it just wasn’t Toby doing the killing. This involves my family. I know you feel like Morgan had no part in this murder because you know her, but apparently you do not know the Morgan that helped to kill James.

I just wished that they would have just tied him up then made their getaway and we both would not be dealing with these issues now. They killed a very special man who would go out of his way to help anyone in trouble. He let Morgan inside his home to make a call because he thought she was in trouble and needed help. James did not have hands; he was born without them but made his own items that helped him do just about anything he wanted to do. Try looking at this from my family’s side and see if someone that you loved was killed by Morgan and Toby, how would you feel? A lot differently I would like to think.

both sides had families and both will forever have to deal with the idiotic decisions those two made. my heart aches for the man murdered, because i too, had a family member murdered, one of my closest cousins. it devestated my family. i can only imagine all the anger and hurt going on both sides.

if they really wanted/needed money, they should have done what they were doing in my hometown (they were arrested in el paso)…panhandling. they should have done that in the first place.

I only wish karma hit them quickly but slowly because the pain they caused on everyone who knew those involved will last forever.

well of the time i knew her she was very nice and didnt seem like she would ever do that to any one. my step sister was morgans step sister and morgan liked doing things normal teens like doing never got in trouble then but ever since my step dad got divoriced from her mom morgan has gone wild her ex-step dad whos now my step dad kept her in line but now that hes out of the picture shes been rebeling alot from her mom

It’s not that I’m judgmental it’s that besides saying you know her you didn’t give any other reason (like Mulan and Nurseronda) for posting a comment other than to insult everybody else. And the fact that her pre-trial hearing is tomorrow makes it the most likely reason you posted a comment after the last comment was a month ago. After reading other posts where you explained yourself I can see why you reacted the way you did.

And age does have a lot to do with posting on here. If someone is young I’ve noticed that people will take it easy on them because being young and having to deal with something like this can be really hard and confusing. But some people make it hard to do that when all they do is insult or give dumb reason like… oh I don’t know almost killing someone because life was hard and they have a lot of chores. Not saying you said that. Just a random example.

Sometimes people forget that the people they thought they knew aren’t the victims. The real victims are the ones that were murdered, tortured, abandoned or abused. I can understand that it’s hard but try to see it from the victims family side. Even though Morgan is young and most likely influenced by this older man who had no reason to be with her in the first place she made a choice and now she has to deal with the consequences. What if this had happened to your own family? This man had no hands and was of no threat to them. He was just trying to be nice. And like I said I can understand that it’s hard and you don’t want to believe it but think about this. An innocent man is dead and the only two people there were your friend and that “man”.

I really do feel for both the victim’s family and the family of the two who murdered this man. And I’m so sorry for your loss Nurseronda.

NurseRhonda, I am very sad that your family has had this experience. It sounds as if the gentleman was someone whom we all would have liked to have as a friend. Stuff like this makes it hard to stay kind, when people pretend to need help and it’s just a ploy to violence and cruelty. My thoughts are with you.

Actually, not that I can tell. The Myspace I found was another one entirely. See, thing is, SGJ, when you send me hate mail I will trace it to see if it hits on a Myspace or other networking account, because I like to know what sort of names to call you back. And in this case, your email led straight to… yep, your myspace. With a picture of you.

It was an interesting read Hip, the issue became the foul-mouthed child’s age. He’s 14, and talks with such great disrespect and anger, he got jumped on. Some think he should be handled more gently, some think that if you’re big enough to use that kind of language, be ready to get it right back. But he seems to flip moods quite rapidly, so no telling what side we’ll see today.

It seems SGJ knew Morgan before she got involved with Toby. He says that at one time they were related through step-families. I suspect he was here venting his grief through angry attack, something that older people do, too, unfortunately.

When called on it, he dropped the act and told us why he was upset. I don’t think a person’s age should automatically entitle them to any kind of treatment, but in this case SGJ did apologize to the person whom he insulted the most and did seem sincerely to want to talk.

He said that he will come back tonight and post about what’s going on with him.

I gave him props too for apologizing to me. I’m sure he will be back and I think he may see that dropping the insults and name calling is more conducive to having a discussion. Kids are not stupid.

SGJ - okay, you get a little more consideration, today. First, because of your age. Second, you had the decency to apologize. Third, because like some others, you just freaked over people bashing the person you USED to know. I know understand that you are just trying to work through your own hurt and anger.

So when you’re back this afternoon, lay off the grown up words and insults. State your case and reasons for feeling the way you feel. You will find that most, if not all of us, are quite understanding and don’t wish you any pain. We would love to be here for you so that you may work through these feelings. We will not change our feelings about Morgan or Toby, unless it turns out, in a court of law, that they are completely innocent, which I’m doubting.

Everyone, and especially the Imp, always apologizes when and if we find out we were wrong. Not one time has a defender of an offender came back here when their “homie” was convicted and apolozied to us. Bare that in mind.

NURSERONDA - I’m so sorry for you. Like, Lizard, I just don’t know what to say. You and everyone involved are in my prayers. God bless you all. That includes you, SGJ! Honestly.

A video of Morgan Leppert on her way to her pre-trial hearing. The only thing she said was ” I ain’t got nothin to say” and kind of had a smirk on her face.

After the hearing her brother said he wasn’t allowed to talk to the media but has previously said “My sister is young. She is the type to be easily manipulated. I don’t think that she was there when allegedly the murder took place.” She won’t be eligible for the death penalty because of her age.

Anybody have any updates with this? Last I heard was this failed suicide attempt. I am reading around some other news forums and neighbors state this guy was actually being led around by his girlfriend. I am still waiting to hear exactly what her role was in the death of Stewart.
