A former Miami Beach school cafeteria worker pleaded guilty to torturing her husband's young niece -- a girl whose life was already marked by tragedy when her mother was convicted of murdering her father. Felicia Watkins, 38, was sentenced to 15 years in prison plus 10 years' probation. She pleaded guilty Tuesday to multiple counts of aggravated child abuse. Under the plea deal, Wakins must also give up parental rights to her biological daughter, and cannot be around children during her probation. Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Betty Butchko sternly warned Watkins: "You are not allowed to baby-sit any nephews. You are not allowed to run a day care. You are not allowed to take care of any grandchildren. You cannot be alone with any child in those 10 years."
