Newburgh, NY - If Christopher Johnson isn’t guilty of the charges against him, he is gonna have one hell of a cruel and unusual punishment case against the Newburgh City Police. Because, y’all, that mugshot is just brutal. Johnson, 17, is accused of molesting at least one of the children in his mother’s care.
Johnson’s mother Catherine Johnson runs a child care business out of the family’s home in Newburgh. On Monday, Newburgh police received a call alleging that Christopher Johnson had sexually abused one of the children in the daycare. Police say that while one victim has been identified, the investigation continues and they believe more children may have been molested.
I couldn’t really find a good Myspace on Chris, or much of a social networking history at all. He might have attended Newburgh Free Academy High School, but I can’t really confirm that. It’s like this kid doesn’t really exist online, and maybe he doesn’t exist in his real life much either. If that mugshot’s any indication, Chris Johnson is one maladjusted young man. I’d feel sorry for him if I really thought he was innocent.
Police aren’t releasing the age or sex of the confirmed victim, but say that the nature of the charges makes clear that the alleged victim is under eleven years old. One detective described the victim as “a young child”. Christopher Johnson was arrested on Tuesday and charged with a first degree criminal sexual act and first degree sexual abuse. He is awaiting arraignment in the Orange County Court in New York with his bail set at $25,000 cash.

He has that standard “who, me?” look that most first time pedos exhibit in their mugshots. Makes him look mentally deficient, too.
When are these women who run daycares out of their homes learn that you shouldn’t leave your sons or any unauthorized person alone with the kids? I bet if they’d prosecute a few of the daycare owners, this wouldn’t happen as frequently. The threat of jail time would make a lot of these women more careful, I would imagine.
I hope this kid gets tried as an adult, and goes away for a long time. Fucking perv.

This guy’s young, can’t have offended many times, and hopefully not to any great degree (considering that he was probably sneaking a few moments here and there just around the corner from his mom or whoever was watching the kids)……so, yeah.
This is where the system should lock him up and throw away the key. Because this is just the beginning of what could be another great career as a lifetime sick fuck pedophile.
But he’ll probably be walking the streets, prowling for children within the next 5 to 10.

He’s young, and the idiots will say it was just a ‘prank’ or ‘natural curiosity’, and some lawyer will make him out to be the victim in court, and the judge will buy it because it would be such a WASTE to ruin this poor kid’s life before it’s even begun…..
And nobody will even consider or give a damn that he ruined the lives of the children, and at a much earlier age. Anybody wanna go on a pedo hunt with me this weekend? If his mom trusted him enough to leave him alone with them at all, she probably trusted him enough to leave him with them for longer periods of time. He’s probably assaulted many of these kids, multiple times each. Pedos don’t just do it when they think they can get away with it - they will do it any time an opportunity presents itself, whether it’s a risk or not. Some are so good they can molest a child in a room full of people, and not be noticed or caught. And that’s a fact!

I really don’t mean to sound antagonistic about your comments - I really enjoy reading them, in fact. You are quite articulate, and witty. I just hate pedos so much that it brings out the hateful bitch in me, and makes me want to educate everyone out there about the dangers - not only of the predators themselves, but the fucking legal and judicial systems that REPEATEDLY let these fuckers walk with a “Don’t do that no more!”, and a probation officer who has so many other pervs to watch, it’ll be a miracle if he ever even meets the nasty bastard face-to-face.
