This is not Andy Eicher, this is Weird Al. Amish people don’t like photography.
Berne, IN - Apparently, nobody is immune to child molesting anymore. On Friday, Berne Amishman Andy Eicher was charged with felony incest and child molestation after one of his ten daughters told a neighbor that her father had been molesting her since she was five. The sixteen-year-old girl first reported the abuse back in October of 2007, but Eicher was not charged until April 25.
Last October, the Amish teenager told her neighbor, Cherie Dailey, that Andy Eicher was “touching her in a sexual manner”…”mainly when she was helping with chores in the family barn.” Dailey stated in court records that she believed the girl, but was afraid that the issue was too sensitive for church leaders. She was also fearful that police wouldn’t do anything, but reported the girl’s allegations anyway.
Police officers interviewed the girl and several of her sisters. The sixteen-year-old told police that her father had raped her “more than 20″ times, primarily in the family barn. Two of Eicher’s other daughters also reported being sexually assaulted numerous times by their father. When police investigators interviewed Andy Eicher’s Amish bishop, the bishop explained that Eicher had “already confessed his sins to God.”
Eicher, for his part, did not confirm or deny his children’s reports, saying only that he didn’t remember whether he had or had not molested his children. After a lengthy investigation which was sensitive due to concern for the victims and the Amish community, Eicher was finally arrested on Friday.
Eicher, 55, invoked his religious right not to be photographed after his arrest. He is charged with three counts of felony incest and two counts of felony child molestation. He bonded out of the Adams County Jail on Saturday, but is reportedly not living at his Berne home as a condition of his bond.
PS - Weird Al is not accused of any crime, unless you count “Straight Outta Lynwood.”

What about his daughter’s rights…..they were fucking violated….they had a “right” not to be fucked by their pervert father.
“He’s already confessed his sins to god” Well who gives a rat’s fucking ass. What god, his god? What the fuck ever.
Lastly, again…another fucking child molester out on fucking bond. Go finger and fuck another child Mr. Amishman. Nasty ass.

Females are also likely to be victimized by brothers and uncles. Once they confess their sins to God, everything is ok…even if they continue. the girl is basically without help unless she seeks it outside. Unfortunately, they don’t trust outsiders.
Groups that are closed off from the rest of society are havens for predators.

He took his daughters to the barn to fuck them, where he could be reasonably sure his wife wouldn’t show up to catch them. After all, her place is barefoot and pregnant in the home, so she can keep producing new sex toys for her husband. Sick fuck!
So, is he gonna be ’shunned’ by his community, now? Isn’t that what the Amish do when one of their number breaks religious protocol? I bet he’s thanking his God right now, that the elders in the church have accepted his ‘confession to God’, and decided that is enough punishment for them to mete out to a pedophile rapist.
I am thankful that the police outside the Amish community didn’t let that get in their way, though. And Hippie’s right - who in the name of the Devil’s dick decided that this piece of shit had any religious rights outside of his community? Fuck his rights! I think they should parade him around town, after handing out free cameras to the general public, so everyone can get a picture of him to hang on a tree underneath the words: This is a piece of shit child rapist!

Cherie Dailey, the woman who called police for these girls, said in court documents that she was concerned because sexual abuse “ran rampant” in the Amish community near her home.

Apr 30, 2008 at 3:23 pm -Yep, even the Amish. In fact, I believe there is an Amish/Menanite specific Sex Offender Program in Pennsylvania … but for the life of me I can’t recall remember the name of it or the town.

I have a special hatred both for pedophiles and religious zealots.
And then when you take into account my hatred of masochists, well…..
This guy just leaves me speechless.

Andy: I don’t remember what I did.
Bill: I can’t recall what I did.
Anybody have photoshop? Somebody put a beard and straw hat on Bill, and see if there’s any family resemblance between the two.

May 2, 2008 at 5:03 am -this stuns me what is the punishment for refusing to have a photographer, I didn’t know about this option - I can see it clearly in this city - cops have a power you do what they tell ya to do ! they want a photo they get a photo - they give a fuck what religion you are. Do they ?

May 2, 2008 at 7:37 am -The Amish were practicing good old-fashioned child molestation and rape. The Mormons were doing it with nasty illegal polygamy, too. No, really, I agree. I don’t see why the Amish get away with this and the Mormons pay. They both should pay.

May 3, 2008 at 5:48 pm -Mormon, amish…it doesn’t matter!!!!
Dammit, they live in AMERICA, a country that ALLOWS them the choice to practice whatever damn religion they choose, and they abuse that freedom by violating the LAW! The British fought to keep from having to abide by religious/ Queens law, and we still have soldiers today fighting for our everyday freedoms! Religion is one thing, but if they live in an AMERICAN State, city, county, township- WHATEVER- there are LAWS that supercede any of their religious “traditions”.
I feel awful for all the children involved in both of these cases/ religions. Many of them are so sheltered- even the grown women in many cases- are kept ignorant and in the dark, as to what they are really entitled to as AMERICAN CITIZENS!
These predators have an open breeding ground in these communities and I imagine that the sons are learning this behavior from their fathers. Lovely.
