Rancho Cucamonga, CA - Amber Jimenez, 20, knows how to take an interesting Myspace picture. She also knows how to get it, as evidenced by the Myspace photo in which she tells us “This is how u GET IT“. Except she can get it on the dance floor at Obviously Third Trimester Pregnant, but she can’t get it into her head that you don’t dump a newborn in a dumpster.
On Sunday, a homeless man digging through a dumpster found Jimenez’ newborn baby daughter. The tiny infant was cold, but alive. She still had part of her umbilical cord attached. The transient had better sense than Amber Jimenez, because he knew babies don’t belong in Dumpsters and called 911. Paramedics took the baby girl to the hospital, where Child Protective Services was contacted.
Amber’s Myspace doesn’t mention her pregnancy at all. She’s a very pretty girl, and clearly doesn’t look like a moron, but obviously something somewhere is very wrong in the head of any woman who can throw her newborn out like trash. Denial? Maybe. In January, her blog entry said “good change / looks lyk life isnt so bad after all…” None of her blogs address her upcoming little bundle of joy. Maybe because to Amber, her baby girl was a little bundle of Dumpster waste.
I keep telling these mothers to call me, I’ll come get their babies, but do they listen? Noooo. Seriously, stupid bitches of the world, if you do not want your impending infants, PM us here at the Dreamin’ Demon. We can help you find resources in your area - like the Safely Surrendered Baby law in place in Cali that would have allowed Amber to leave her baby in a hospital ER, fire station, or many other places with no recourse, no questions asked. Or, y’know, abortion’s legal in California. What, you can kill it once it gets here but not before? Adoption totally out of the question? C’mon, girls. There are better options than “holy crap, i had a baby - quick, put it in the dumpster! Someone might look for it there!”
Investigators determined pretty quickly that the baby belonged to Amber Jimenez, who they found inside a nearby apartment. Jimenez apparently had given birth on Saturday night, and the baby had been in the dumpster for several hours.
So now, instead of relaxing at home with her sweet baby girl, Amber Jimenez is charged with attempted murder and assault on a child. After being treated at a hospital, she was taken to West Valley Detention Center, where she is recovering from childbirth and being held on $500,000 bail. Good decision, there, Amber. I really hope some of her friends can come explain this to me, because I want to understand and right now I just don’t.

If you don’t want them, and are trying to kill them, put them in the freakin’ trunk of your car! That way, when they do die, it won’t stink up your house, or the interior of your vehicle…..and likely nobody would ever think to look in the trunk of your car for an infant, anyway. Well….until about July or August, when the heat and humidity cause people to wonder what the smell coming from your trunk is. But hey - you could just tell ‘em you went fishing and forgot to remove the day’s catch! See how helpful I am?
I really wish the judicial system would develop stricter guidelines for incarceration times for these bitches. I think Little Miss HotShit needs to be stuffed in a dumpster herself, with a few rats and rabid raccoons.

This woman tried to KILL her child. Why should she be treated differently than anyone else who consciously tries to kill someone else, especially a child? Please, explain that to me.
The man who beats his wife’s child to death is “ill”. If he had anger management help, he may have never done that. If he gets help, he may never do that again. But, ultimately, he knew right from wrong when he was beating that child. Ask Amber if she knew that putting that child in a dumpster was wrong when she was doing it; ask if she struggled with the decision. I bet she’ll say yes.
We can’t help people who know right from wrong and ultimately choose to ignore it. There’s no pill or 12 step program for people who choose not to listen to their conscience.
