Step-Father Caught On Tape Molesting Daughter

Grand Junction - A mother had tears in her eyes as she handed over a tape that contained footage of her husband molesting her daughter. She had become suspicious of her husband after noticing the method and frequency the man held her daughter on his lap, as well as the frequency he went into his 6-year-old step-daughter’s room. She then installed a hidden camera in the child’s bedroom and had her suspicions confirmed when the camera caught the man molesting the girl.
If you freeze the video at around the 1:13 mark, you can read some of what the camera captured in the arrest affidavit.
“…carefully lifting back the sweatpants of his wife…and putting his face and/or mouth to her belly…”
At around the 1:54 mark, you an read some of what he has admitted to, including one of the “lap” episodes as well as him admitting to rubbing the girl’s vagina while she slept on the couch. Around the 1:56 mark, you get to see how often he has done this to her while she slept on the couch, as well as the incident that he believes is what sparked his wife’s suspicions.
When the 30-year-old man was arrested, he was found writing his will as he told police that he was about to kill himself. He is now facing 12 counts of sexual assault on a child and is facing anywhere from 4 years to life in prison. He is currently out on bond, and hopefully finding a better method of getting his will working.

THANK GOD, a woman finally had the balls to turn one sick muther in, but i ask why did she take time to turn him in, when she had the evidence she needed, all she had to do was slit his dick in half plus his neck and yell self defense!!!!

OMG!! I cannot believe what I just read. He asked his wife to go to bed and released some of the sexual tension with her? This guy is totally f^cked up! This poor little girl and her poor mother. I just thank God she was smart enough to buy a video camera.

Kudo’s to the mom for following her suspicions and doing what she should as a mother. Thank god she turned in that bastard, now to divorce him and ensure that her daughter will always be safe from that bastard.

I am so sorry for this woman. When she saw the tape, well, if it had been me, I think my knees would have buckled under me. There go all her hopes of a happy family life, all her trust in the man she chose to marry, and arrived all the horror of what her daughter had been experiencing.
Handing over the tape was a request for help. She could not find, I bet, the strength to do more. Such an ugly situation, such a sorrow. I am proud that she took the step of placing the perp in the hands of the law. She did not waver over what to do, she made no excuses. Unlike many of the women we see on this site, she chose her child and that is right.

Well, the bastard got lucky, then. If I was his wife, he would be less an appendage ot two, depending on how much of a roll I was on. Seriously, I would have used those tapes for my defense, not his conviction. I could not agree with you more about her standing up for her child. This site needs more of these stories instead of the ones where the mama cannot put down the dick.

I think it I caught the jerk in the act, I’d probably kill him without a thought. But viewing an image would probably make me weak with sickness. I don’t know why I think there would be a difference, except that “in the act” offers a chance of stopping what is going on. Viewing what has already happened and completed, well, I just think it would affect me differently. I’m only speaking for myself. I suspect after the police were called in, the mother may regret not just having killed the bastard, especially because he is out on bond — who could figure that? But I still think she deserves credit for putting the penis down and walking to the police.

New Just In: the world is grieving tonight as yet another pedophile took the easy way out, this time killing himself on an overdose of McHappy meals. Staff at the popular local fast food eatery became suspicious when the man claimed to have ‘a lot of apologiz’n ta du’, but then started fondling the mcnuggets and “orally tasting” the freshly cook fries as he walked the 100 or so items from the counter. The Coroner also added that no matter how extensively he searched during the autopsy, he could not local the man’s moral compass, and that his “manhood” was ‘too small for anything, really’. Damn it. I thought that he really had committed suicide and was mentally congratulating the judge who let him out on bond so he could save us all a lot of grief and commit the act. You know that this sort of jerk is going to demand parental visits to the jail and our justice system with its “reunite the family” will probably grant them. We need a vomiting emoticon.

You know that really fucking pisses me off. This dude I know pretty fucking well is currently being held in a Chicago jail on $250,000 bond, for drug charges. Fucker has to come up with $25,000 cash to get out.
Now fucking tell me, how is it more harmful to do drugs or sell drugs to adults, then to fucking molest a child. That is ignorant, and the message, it would seem. It is far worse to be an adult and do drugs then for our children to be sexually molested. WTF?????
