Neida Baez Let Harve Johnson Control Her Kid
York, Pa - Neida E. Baez, 19, lived with her 2-year-old daughter and her boyfriend Harve L. Johnson, 26. On Sunday, Johnson beat the toddler to death with a game controller and cord. Baez told investigators that she let this asshole beat her child with a goddamn game controller until she stopped screaming. Johnson then tried to save his ass by placing the unconscious toddler in the bathtub to revive her, but it didn’t work. They then attempted CPR. Just before 2:30 p.m. they called 911 to report the injured toddler.
Police and ambulance personnel responded to the home and found the toddler had visible bruises, marks and lacerations to her head, back and body. The girl was in the critical care unit in a vegetative state on life support with multiple injuries, including injuries to her brain. She died tonight without ever regaining consciousness. Baez was initially charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Johnson had been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment. Investigators said earlier in the day that charges could be amended if the child’s condition changed, so I would say that death is a pretty big change and these charges, at least for Johnson, are about to get a bit worse.

Quick update–both remain locked up, but there have been no additional charges filed against the mother yet (charges remain at child endangerment).
These two will never get whats coming to them… Justice will be served in the form of prison, and half of them are country clubs now… 3 squares a day, food, clothing… That poor baby will never get justice.. I agree… lets do a relay on them, I know I could inflict some mush needed pain..
Today is the day these two cocksuckers get arraigned. The update is sad. Harve became enraged when he was spanking Darisabel and her diaper exploded on the floor. He then took the two year old into another room and proceeded to beat her for AN HOUR STRAIGHT with the cord of the video game controller. Her cuntfaced mother did nothing. At one point she went into the room where Darisabel was being brutalized and saw Darisabel cuddled up into the corner screaming and bleeding from a cut from her eye. Any normal person would have attacked her baby’s agressor - not this cunt. She actually turned around and walked back out the door to leave her baby to be beaten some more and eventually to death. This cunt and her coon fucking boyfriend deserve the worst torture there is. What makes it all even worse is that she had just celebrated her 2nd birthday the day before and not one of this baby’s family member who saw her - and the black and blue marks on her - bothered to report anything. This baby was unloved and uncared for in the worst way. How could you see a 2 year old baby with big black and blue marks from previous beatings and not say anything or do anything about it?? They (the family) are as bad as the fucking douchebag mother who did nothing about it!!
Oh Darisabel I pray for justice for you. I hope your death is not in vain and that the people responsible pay heavily for what they did to you.
