York, Pa - Neida E. Baez, 19, lived with her 2-year-old daughter and her boyfriend Harve L. Johnson, 26. On Sunday, Johnson beat the toddler to death with a game controller and cord. Baez told investigators that she let this asshole beat her child with a goddamn game controller until she stopped screaming. Johnson then tried to save his ass by placing the unconscious toddler in the bathtub to revive her, but it didn’t work. They then attempted CPR. Just before 2:30 p.m. they called 911 to report the injured toddler.
Police and ambulance personnel responded to the home and found the toddler had visible bruises, marks and lacerations to her head, back and body. The girl was in the critical care unit in a vegetative state on life support with multiple injuries, including injuries to her brain. She died tonight without ever regaining consciousness. Baez was initially charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Johnson had been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment. Investigators said earlier in the day that charges could be amended if the child’s condition changed, so I would say that death is a pretty big change and these charges, at least for Johnson, are about to get a bit worse.

Her facial expression - the straight look, raised eyebrows and pursed lips is a defiant challenge, with no remorse for her baby or understanding of her predicament (’You don’t all know how much that little biatch annoyed me and my doodle-man’). Both deserve the chair but the relaxing needle would satisfy me. Shhhhhhhhhhhh - quiet time, assholes.

Many of you here may disagree with me, but I think the mother’s crime was by far worse than the boyfriend’s. The boyfriend (fucking bastard assmunch) was only guilty of taking the child’s life - the mother (sorry fucking cunt) was an accomplice in that as well; but in addition, she took the little girl’s only means of comfort in what must have been the most frightening incident in her young life. The bitch didn’t go to her child when she heard the screams, when the baby was most likely BEGGING for her mother. The mother only went in there after the screaming stopped - a few minutes too late to even comfort the injured toddler, much less save her life.
The boyfriend, who I am guessing is not the father, had no biological bond with the baby, but the mother did, and should have put her child first. This poor baby probably spent the last few conscious minutes of her life wondering why this asshole was hurting her, and even more, why her ‘mommy’ wasn’t saving her. So while the POS babykiller did the actual killing, the mother’s act of betrayal, in my opinion, is far worse.
That bitch needs to fry. And the boyfriend needs to be beaten to death with a game controller.

That poor baby’s last conscious moments were horrifying. Scared and in pain with no one to turn to. It makes me sick to my stomach.
Baby killers NEED to be guaranteed general population in prison if they are convicted. It is only fair. It is the only way I feel justice will ever be served.
