As far as them having to charge him after 2 years…he copped a plea… big difference there. It is because they can't prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that his actions were the sole cause in the death of little Easton, this prick gets to walk with probation. She chose the later. She made it very clear to Tyson she feels he is still being untruthful and to this day has not told the whole truth of what happened that night...... So many unanswered questions.....The case was switch from 1st degree murder to the plea bargain due to what was called an mistake by the medical examiner. They raised reasonable doubt to the fact they could not rule out Eaton drowned and the bruises all over his body were from attempted CPR. Still unanswered are all the questions that have always been there....Why was the hair pulled out the top of his head, why the abrasions on his face, chest, and genital area, why the ruptured colon and bruises from head to toe...all that from CPR?? Why on a film interview with the police directly after easton death did he pull his phone from his pocket and read a text message from Heather, Eastons Mom, thanking him for watching Easton. and put the phone right back in his pocket and continue to tell the police he had no idea where Heather and had no way to get ahold of her......How did the clothes Easton was wearing end up in the washer- washed all by themselves? Did they get put there before 911 was call? If so Why?? Text Messages to a drug dealer by Tyson immediately prior to Eastons death which was confirmed in a police interview with this drug dealer.....But request for drug tests by the police were denied by a Judge....I just don't understand how the Justice System can fail this baby in so many ways. The DA in this case was amazing....She fought a hard long battle and never once did she give up on finding justice for Easton. But when the Defenses expert medical examiner and her outside medical examiner concurred the the possiblity of drowning did exist, it left too big of a reasonable doubt that his actual cause of death MAY have been drowning. I really can not wait for all this to be over, even know we know our lives will never be the same without my Easton, I miss him everyday. It is the little things you miss the most. While out watering my lawn the other day I told my hubby, you know, Easton would have been 2 next month, OMG I cant believe my little grandbaby would be 2 already. He would be coming over to grandma's house and saying "grandma"!! I never even got to hear those words!! I will never forget him and I hope (even though it hasn't been because of good) I dont want anyone to forget him!! I miss him everyday!! Court days like today only always bring it to the forfront!! We were told that Tyson would not be at court today because he "waived his right " because he did not want to be transported. He was there & his evil stares and look still haunt us,,,,,,,,,,,,, next court date is July 10. Thanks to everyone who has supported us, we will forever be grateful,,,,,I just hope that no one has to live thru what we have had to endure!!
