Cambridge, WI - James A. Hole, 34, really is one. A registered sex offender with a lengthy criminal record, Hole is accused of murdering Ann B. Nelson, 71, on March 18. Nelson was a real estate agent who was showing Hole a house last Tuesday afternoon - a house Hole had no intention of buying. When Nelson figured out that her client wasn’t in a buying mood, she asked him why he’d called her in the first place. Hole showed her.
According to the criminal complaint, Hole met with Nelson with the express intention of sexually assaulting her. But after strangling the senior citizen with a scarf and breaking a fireplace poker over her head, Hole left the house briefly. On returning, he set the place on fire by igniting a Kleenex box and a mattress.
Some hours later, Nelson’s daughter reported her missing, and police found her dead in the home she was showing Hole. The bedroom Nelson was left in was smoke-filled, and autopsy revealed that Nelson died of smoke inhalation. She also suffered multiple defensive wounds and two fractures. Missing were a diamond ring and other items from her purse.
Hole is a registered sex offender from Illinois, where he stabbed a woman in 1995 while attempting to rape her. He served ten years for that crime and was paroled in 2006. Hole has other convictions for burglary and robbery. James A. Hole is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on charges of intentional homicide, arson and burglary. His bond is set at $1 million.

Parents: Quit giving your kids names that are gonna embarrass them later in life, because chances are, if you do, they will later embarrass you to get even! Although I have to give this mom credit, at least she didn’t give the kid a first name of Stinky and a middle name of Ash. LOL.
This guy needs to have HIS a-hole reamed by about a hundred inmates at county lockup before being transferred to state prison to acquaint himself with the guys there who haven’t had any for a while. What a waste of oxygen this loser is!

Mar 26, 2008 at 11:08 am -You just answered your own question, Nanette. It’s BECAUSE he’s a fucking coward. Too much of a pussy to pick a fight with someone closer to his size. He knew he’d get his ass handed to him if he did, so he picked someone who he knew he could easily overpower.

Sometimes, people commit crimes for good reasons (things such as murder can be self-defense.) I have yet to see a valid reason for sex crimes. There is something broken in their wiring, no amount of psychotherapy or threat of punishment will change that. Rapists and child molesters should be serving life sentences (unless we can start killing them, which would best serve the public.) They DO NOT get better. If anyone thinks they know a sex offender who “recovered” they are lying to you, and probably keeping a special eye on your children.

Mar 26, 2008 at 11:23 am -Thanks Angel….and btw, I guess I should STOP trying to figure out WHY these people do what they do…..as Carol13 said above…there is just something wrong in their wiring, that we, as “normal” people will just never understand.

Mar 26, 2008 at 11:47 am -Yeah, Carol, the only sex offenders I have known to never reoffend, are the ones who are dead, and the ones who are still in prison. Incarceration and incapacitation are the only two sure-fire ways to stop these predators. I’m with you, baby, cage ‘em or kill ‘em!

Mar 26, 2008 at 10:13 pm -I’m confused. He didn’t sexually assault this woman, from what I can tell of the story. It sounds as if he’s being charged with murder, burglary, and arson, not sexual assault. So why the talk of sexual offenders’ recitivism?

Mar 26, 2008 at 10:16 pm -Oh, I see. The article says he intended to sexually assault her. Never mind.
Wonder what went wrong with his well-laid plan?

But honestly, it’s proven a sex pred never reforms. So castrate the fuckers, shove a white hot poker up the ass, then give them a lobotomy.

Mar 27, 2008 at 12:45 pm -They should send him to Turkey, where they castrate rapists, and cut off hands for punishment!
We lived there for a year, and a guy touched the butt of an American girl, and his hand was cut off! I say export our criminals to Turkey!

Mar 27, 2008 at 2:02 pm -Excuse me, but exactly when did you live in Turkey and who was carrying out this punishment? Neighbors? Turkey doesn’t do much to rapists — usually the victim suffers at the hands of the criminal justice system, or of her own family.
“The law prohibits rape, including spousal rape; however, laws and ingrained societal notions made it difficult to prosecute sexual assault or rape cases. Women’s rights advocates believed cases of rape were underreported. In September, Parliament adopted a new Penal Code that considers rape a crime against the individual, rather than a crime against society. The Code eliminates several rape-related laws that women’s rights advocates criticized as discriminatory, including a measure that allowed rapists to escape punishment by marrying their victims and another that linked punishment for rape to the victim’s marital status or virginity.” (Source: US Dept of State Human Rights Report on Turkey http://www.state.gov/g/drl/rls...../41713.htm)
“Despite recent and ongoing changes in Turkish law, Amnesty International’s report shows that the legal authorities are failing to implement new laws and that lenient sentences for rapists and murderers of women are still common.” (Source: Amnesty International http://www.amnesty.org.uk/news.....wsID=15393)

Mar 27, 2008 at 8:25 pm -When we lived in Turkey(granted it was years ago–’73-’74)–if a man was caught raping a woman he was taken to jail, where an MD castrated him. Same with cutting off of hands. We lived in Sinop, a small town on the black sea.
