Luis Pereida Does It On Video

and is already out of jail on his own recognizance.
Columbia, MO – Missouri Represent! In the university town of Columbia, Luis Gerardo Pereida, 27, was not hanging around with the college girls. Nope, he was cruising his mama’s daycare for chicks around six. From his wheelchair, Pereida managed to videotape and photograph himself molesting multiple little girls. He also downloaded 5,480 photos and 329 videos of child pornography, most of which are believed to have been downloaded online.
Here’s the kicker: Missouri let the guy out on just $4500 bond back in February when the first confiscated his computer. $4500. For thousands of images and videos. A month later, they realized that oops, that fat guy fondling one of those little girls on some of the videos looked an awful lot like Pereida. That child was identified along with a second girl who said she had been molested by Pereida in an apartment near Stephens College, which also borders the University of Missouri campus.
Court documents say that Pereida admitted to molesting a 6-year-old girl in December. He told authorities that he began abusing the girl beginning when she was “about 4″. A second 6-year-old girl was molested in December 2006. Pereida is accused of abusing the two children in multiple separate incidents during the past two years. The two victims were in the day care of Pereida’s mother, who had left the girls with her son when the abuse occurred.
Pereida was charged with just three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy with bond was set at $27,000 last week. But get this: Pereida was released on his own recognizance after Boone County Associate Circuit Judge Larry Bryson ordered that Pereida be held on GPS home detention. Oh, sure, Pereida isn’t supposed to have contact with anyone under the age of 17 , or access to computers, the Internet, cameras or recording equipment, but the fact remains that Luis Pereida walked (well, wheeled) out of jail as easily as he walked in.

I, indeed Captain, have the testicular fortitude to lay down the opening salvo – but where to start? with Wheelie McPervo? his professionaly negligent mother? the cops or courts? when it goes wrong is does so in spades, but why can a lambasting blog site of disparate, world-wide screen geeks work out the evilness, the poor remediation and the appropriate response (nutt’n and gutt’n to start with), when educated fuckers trusted and paid to do the same keep fucking it up?

It is disgusting. The sad fact is that this unfortunately happens a lot with perpetrators who have disabilities or other pre-existing medical conditions. Counties do not want to pay for the medical costs associated with someone sick or disabled; accept the liability of housing someone with a condition; or make special accommodations for them. Often times jail facilities are not equipped to house people with disabilities. This results in tethering (and probation at the sentencing stage) and the sick bastards simply become more careful and carry on perping.

HIS OWN FUCKING COGNIZANCE!!!!! That is some fucking bullshit there! He admitted to molesting not one but multiple little kids and he is just let out just because he’s in a fucking wheel chair. I don’t think there should be special dispensation for anyone, handicapped or not. The fact that he’s handicapped and in a wheelchair would probably make it easier for him to get little kids to come up to him. Grrrr……just really makes me mad when i see stupidity like this by our supposed justice system. He’ll probably molest some other little kid and the judge will be, oops….didn’t think he’d do that…my bad.

BTW, too little girls were kidnapped this morning from my area, in Homestead, FL. Supposedly, the guy was a family friend. Get this though. The parents didnt even know the “family friend’s” name!!!! I am stil trying to figure that out. Let me see if I can find a link

Nine New Supreme Court Justices Elected!
Chief Justice Her Royal Eminence Impqueen, with Morbid in her pocket, has chosen the other Justices from the pool of abuse-hating, child-rape-preventing, murder-thwarting compatriots formerly known as Dreamin’Demon! The lucky ones chosen to begin the revamping of the judicial system are: Kathy, Old Man Metal, Hippiepoet, Michelle, JenJen, Bornagainpagan, Athena, and What Would Satan Do (to give the Devil’s advocate position, LOL).
Those elected will serve a term of one year, training new justices to take over for them at the end of their term. This unprecedented turnover rate has been explained to curious members of the press as a necessary precaution, to keep the Justices from getting burned out, and rendering them unable to mete out justice.
There will be three basic ‘Justice pools’ from which to choose the sitting Justices each term, with alternates chosen from a fourth group designated by current sitting Justices. The names being considered as possible candidates for Supreme Court Justice have not been finalized yet, but the Impqueen and Morbid will have the list ready for approval soon.
The Chief Justice will also only have a one year term; however, it will be filled by Morbid and Impqueen on alternating years. Swivel will be the permanent fill-in Chief Justice – to assume the duties of Chief Justice at any time the current Chief is ill or unable to perform his or her duties during a given year.
We at Dreamin’Demon believe that our brand of justice, and the manner in which we implement our new regulations, will result in fewer cases of abuse for the general population. The reason for this belief is twofold:
1. First time offenders will be dealt with severely, with long periods of incarceration, and retribution by the family members of victims will be allowed, along with vengeance by any surviving victims themselves. This alone should insure that any offender who is released will NEVER risk such punishment again by the repetition of his actions.
2. Second time offenders will be shot.
Either way, no perpetrator will be able to continue a years-long reign of violence against the good people in our society.
And instead of sitting on ‘the Bench’, the new Justices will be required to remained chained to “THE COUCH” for the duration of their terms. Wet wipes will be provided by order of congress.
More updates will be released as information becomes available.
