Celeste Minardi Gives Awful Gifts

Largo, Florida - During a court appointed, supervised visit with her 15-year-old son, Celeste Grace Minardi, 55, pulled two knives from her purse and stabbed him multiple times.
Minardi was married to Gulfport City Attorney Timothy Driscoll until three years ago when they divorced. The teen lives with him. Since that time, Minardi has been allowed supervised visits with her 15-year-old son. For these three years, there has been no incidents. But the other day, while a nurse who was supervising typed on a PC just 6 feet away, Minardi went batshit crazy. It was normal for Minardi to give her son gifts during these visits, and while they both sat on a couch she retrieved some items from her purse. First some cologne, then a deck of cards and then a couple of knives…a 15-inch ornamental dagger and a 12-inch drywall knife to be exact…and starting hacking at her son.
She stabbed him in the abdomen, lacerated his throat twice and cut him above his eye. Even with those injuries, the boy ran to the lobby for help. DoctorsDoctors reviews
were able to subdue the woman until police arrived.
He told me, ‘My mom stabbed me,‘” Largo police Sgt. Mark Young said. “Then he looks up at me and said, ‘I don’t ever want to see her again,’ and then he passed out.”
Minarti is suffering from stage four pancreatic cancer and only has 4 months to live. An older sibling of the boy has stated that he has no clue why she would have done this and that she does not have a history of mental illness. I wonder why a mother would have court-ordered, supervised visitation, though. I am sure someone out there can get details on the divorce. If so, post it.
The boy was rushed to Bayfront Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and is in critical condition after undergoing emergency surgery. Minardi was arrested, facing the charge of attempted 1st-degree murder and possibly carrying a concealed weapon charges. She has been booked into the Pinellas County jail.

That is a SCARY looking thing! The poor kid! Can you imagine not only having to admit that this is your mother, but that she tried to kill you during supervised visitation? WTF?
The courts had BETTER not take pity on her because of her cancer.

I wonder if she wanted to be sure one of her kids would be the afterlife with her, to keep her company. Kind of like a murder-suicide, except that cancer is doing the “suicide” part for her. I wonder what happened before that she’s only been allowed supervised visits for the last three years?

There is something up with this woman if she was only allowed supervised visitation for the past three years with her kids. Sure would like to know the rest of the story here. I hope her poor son recovers and her own death is slow and painful.

Just because she has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and is circling the drain doesn’t mean she gets to take her son with her. She looks like Cruella Deville. I hope that the son pulls through. Now I guess we kind of know why the woman has supervised visits with her son despite an older sibling’s report that she has “no history of mental illness”. Hmmm. Perhaps an appropriate punishment for her is to deny her any kind of narcotic, so that she suffers intensely for the time she has remaining.

She’s fucking dying of cancer, no wonder she looks like shit. Holy fuck! I wonder if the cancer has metastasized to the brain, and that is what caused her to go the fuck off. If this was a supervised visit, who was doing the supervising? And I am curious too, as to why the visits were to be supervised. Interesting.

The aunt of a boy told a judge this morning that Celeste Grace Minardi has threatened other family members before. That was probably why the visits were supervised.

Supervised access for 3 years? something heavy going on there. I don’t think the cancer metastisised to her brain – something was fucked up already. Maybe she was trying to hurt dad through the kid, or was after his pancreas (Cmon, he’d be a compatible donor!)

Sorry man, to me she bears a striking resemblance to the Disney villain who likes to wear puppy skins as furs. And Cruella ain’t the most warm and tender character out there…kind of like Celeste.

It’s amazing to me how people can read an article or hear a sensationalized newscast and believe every detail of the trash they’ve just heard. I have spoken with her on several occasions and I can honestly say she loves her children with all her heart. She was abused all her life in every possible way a person can be abused- so, yes. She has many mental issues. I don’t know how many booking photos the general public sees, but NONE of them are pictures of beauty!! Ever. Knowing, what I know now, I truly believe this woman was in an incorrectly medicated frenzy when this incident occurred. I believe that this incident will uncover a truly devistating story that is as heartwrenching as it is disgusting. People only THINK they know the power of politics and money- the actual truth of the matter is- YOU HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA. The media won’t print all the details that lead up to this situation- that wouldn’t sell papers. Like the statement (March ‘08) that she will be dead in 4 months- it’s now September of 2009. She still lives and breathes… and desperately cries out for help to no avail. Hopefully one day, someone will write a book of her story. All I know to be true to fact is that God will judge Celeste Minardi. Until then, I pray people will be not-so-ignorant by believing the all of the trash they read. Is it devastating to read about someone attacking their own child? Of course it is. But imagine regaining consciousness on the cold floor of a jail cell and reading on a piece of paper that your child has sustained life threatening injuries and the police are pointing the finger at YOU! All you can remember is being in a medicated coma and everything fades to black. Because you put your life in the hands of a doctor who you truly believe has your best interest at heart. Because that’s his job. And now it’s everywhere on the news that your an attempted murderer! If the book ever comes out, buy it. There’s so much more to this story than what you’re priveledged to know. Dirty doctors, politics, money, prestige- you name it. It’s fit for Hollywood, only- it’s real.
