    Well, thank you, “Authorities”.

And bless this little one, who has had a hellacious few years on this earth. I hope the future is brighter for this innocent one.

Now, I believe spanking to be a fun activity between consenting adults, and not part of the repetoire for disciplining children (they’re the ones who are smaller, more fragile and immature than you, remember?), and high pressure hoses are for carwashing, gardening and high colonics - not that I haven’t used a low pressure garden hose to wash off a shit-covered toddler when their nappy exploded. Gotta have some fun while you are puking.

But this behaviour is so totally over the line its reprehensible as well as dangerous. The kid could have lost an eye or been forced head first into a wall by the high pressure. In this case, the punishment should fit the crime - forecefully drag, frighten endanger, strip and humiliate these two “adults” and see how much they learn from the experience.

RESPECT MY AUTHORITEE!! (nods to Cartman)

I guess I should go and hide my whips and chains now so the kids don’t try to steal them, huh?

I guess we should just be happy she didn’t rub the little girl’s nose in her soiled clothes. or hit her over the head with a newspaper.

Amen ther is a Bright side always can be worse.

arrested - rah rah !!! Her Name is : Nikki Ramirez

“We’re talking about a felony crime. We want to be sure. We returned to the car wash today, did some further examination of the pressure washer.”

now for the woman that was with her ? the key witness …….
Detectives said the second woman in the video is considered a witness and have not filed charges against her.

Many people said this form of punishment was abusive, but some people said it was tough discipline — a parent’s prerogative.

the last of that article in the last link… talks about why cps does or doesnt remove a child… the childs grandmother will likely have temporary custody and mom supervised visits…

CPS I am sure does alot of good decision making also.

Yeah, but evening dining establishment decisions don’t count around here much….. “hmmmmmm, should we eat at Kidz-on-the-Grill, or Chuggin’ Children’s Pub?”…. “I dunno, Boss, maybe we should try the new one - Garbage Can Babies.”

I swear some people should be forced to submit to steralization…I was just reading a story from Missouri (go Figure) where this stupid bitch left her 2 year old daughter home alone and the damn house catches on fire and now no one knows if the little girl is going to live….The mom comes home like an hour after the fire is out and gets taken to jail. I am assuming for neglect but I hope the charge her skank ass with attempted murder or murder if god forbid the little girl doesnt make it… I personally think being a parent is one of the few things I havent fucked up in my life I think I would shave my balls with a rusty razor before I let anything bad happen to either of my kids.

It’s a really sad state in this world when we start to think like that. That abuse isn’t as bad because at least the kid isnt dead. I understand why we may feel like that, but we shouldnt. This is heinous, and if this child stays with this woman we very well may have another baby diane or riley on our hands. Why not do something BEFORE the child is killed??? Why do we have to wait until after the child is dead to do something? Damn it, we as a society are failing our children miserably.

And yet , the mom is breeding again. Poor baby, I hope she gets the care she needs. As for mom, they should take away the one that’s in the oven too.

The ”witness” pisses me off. She just walks away. No charges files ? WTF? Or was a deal?

Is this a big surprise to anyone here, either?…..I’m only surprised it took as long as it did for her to find a way to post bond.

Alright, damnit! That’s IT! Where do we sign up to vote for who should NOT be allowed to breed?
I’m really starting to wonder about forced birth control. Is it inhumane? I’m not so sure it’s as inhumane as what the children of abusers have to go through.

http://www.wesh.com/news/17527598/detail.html Niurka Ramirez pleaded no contest to battery, a first-degree misdemeanor, in order to avoid trial in Orange County court on a more serious felony abuse charge.

Judge Bob LeBlanc sentenced Ramirez to one day in jail, which she has already served, probation for one year, court costs and ordered her to take parenting and anger management classes, which she has already completed.

she said she treats her daughter and newborn son with patience. She will be able to retain custody of her children as a result of the plea and will soon move to Puerto Rico to take a new job managing apartment complexes there.

Seems like a good ending, I do hope that in the future there is no regrets about returning these children to their mother and that they are watching her as well in PR.
