i do agree that they should rot in hell..
i knew both charlie, and erin
i went to school with them my sophmore year
i also say erin in greenville juvey center wen i was sent there
but if i could say one thing to charlie and erin..
i would say this “how do u feel now idiot!?, ur not goin to see eachother for the rest of ur lives!, so u just helped out ur family in a way…”
but i hope that her father will have a better life without this problem..

And Bobbie Johnson got 40 years, eligible for parole in 20. Wilkinson and Waid are expected to get life without parole.

Erin Caffey, who was involved in the deaths of her mother and two young brothers, trial has been moved to Hopkins County. The jury selection will be Feb.2-5. The trial will begin Feb. 9 and said it is expected to last until Feb. 17. Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty.

About 25 people attended the brief hearing, including family and church members who patiently waited about 30 minutes before the petite teenager, with her hair in two braided ponytails, was escorted into the courtroom with hands and ankles handcuffed. She sat quietly throughout the hearing and did not look at her father.

In November, Charles Allen Waid, 20, and Charlie James Wilkinson, 19, pleaded guilty to capital murder for their involvement in the killings. A sentencing date has not been set for Waid and Wilkinson. They face a mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole.

A fourth suspect in the killings, Bobbie Gale Johnson, 18, was scheduled for a pre-trial hearing Thursday but did not appear in court due to a scheduling conflict, an official said. Her pre-trial hearing will be held in January. Ms. Johnson was described in the arrest affidavit as an accomplice who didn’t use a weapon.

She was a little brat that wasn’t getting her way. Her parents didn’t want their 16 year old daughter dating a loser 19 year old! In Oklahoma that would be considered rape due to the age difference. Kids these days have no respect for authority. As for her dad wanting her to come home with her, he is one of those dads that sticks his head in the sand. Obviously, there were problems with his daughter which he and his wife chose to ignore until it blew up literally in his face.

I am not making excuses for inexcusible behavior, but if you ask me, something is fishy. People just donâ€™t go off the deep end and kill their whole family, even if they are home-schooled- socially- naive- ex-bible- bangers.

Have you read crime sites for long? Because if you have you would see that this is an ALARMING trend and not because she was abused. I will even throw you a bone to help you in your search to discover that unabused children can and do kill their entire families. Jasmine Richardson anyone?
