haha… yes we are a republican state and we do love the death penalty, but I looked up the new judge in his court (court #179) and the new Judge is Randy Roll… However… He is a Democrat *sigh* I just pray for justice….
So why is Chella saying something about him being offered 60 years in one of the previous comments? I think someone is Mis-informing Chella
Another thing is, I hadn’t heard that when the police got there that Chris had no clothes on… that’s kind of odd, don’t you think?

they changed everything trial one be til next year. he has his own cell because he is a danger and in danger. he is allowed out for one hour a week but doesnt go out. he will get hurt. i know what happened that night not what was going through his head but i saw the apartment i walked through it and saw everything….. it isnt that hard to see what went on. and i saw my brother without clothes on. but about the trial it wont start because there is a BRAND new judge and this is a high profile case so it wont go up til 2010. but its good! when you think about it this new judge has to prove himself and wont go easy on Anthony. plus we are a republican state we LOVE the death penalty!! which i thought was wrong but not anymore. but who knows what is really going to happen. I have already looked at Anthony we went to his arranment hiring and he happened to walk out. i freaked out. if you even saw Chris and this guy stand next to eachother you would know who would win in a fight. Its not hard to see him because he wont look at you he holds his head down i would too if i were him. id be scared to death to walk into the room full of people who loved Chris. and yes if he walks out he gets jumped. oh and some random news Anthony Cases father is in the dame jail or was idk. they HATE eachother and fight.

You’re right. It couldn’t have just been for the money, because I know, as well as you (and a thousand other people as well I am sure) that if someone needed help or even just wanted money to blow for no reason that Potts would have given them money. I know he helped me out quite a few times, no questions asked and with no alterior motives. I know you miss him and no one will ever replace him. No one will ever replace him for me either. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I do know however that alot of people told different stories about what happened and I know that only Anthony (and Potts who is in heaven now and knows everything, even though he can’t explain any of it to us) knows what in the hell he was thinking when all of this happened. I believe (since he killed him and then left, but then came back and stabbed him some more and took the money) that he took the money to make it look like a robbery. What the punk didn’t know is that other people would know about him coming back the second time. I know it’s killing you to find out what happened, and I, more than anything want to know the truth. I would visit the bastard myself, but I don’t think I would ever be strong enough to face the man who took such a wonderful person from so many people, and tried to take the life of the woman he loved too.
So to Chella, please ask your friend to ask Mr. Case about these things, or if she has already discussed them with you, please send me and kaci a message or post something on the sight. I dont think I will ever be able to live a normal life without answers.
Also, when I was looking online at Anthony’s info, I was wondering why it looked like he was in a private cell… Is that why kaci? Because he would be in danger in general population?
This whole thing still makes me sick….

Wow thank you.If the people who read this have forgotten I am Chris’s little sister. why would anyone want to see a killer? please do ask your friend to ask Anthony those questions cause i would love to know why the last time i ever saw my brother was at his funeral. He has screwed up so many lives and for what? money? thats bull shit anyone who knew chris knows that if someone needed money he would help them out. so fuck that. he stabbed my brother over 30 times AND slit his throat for money? na thats not true. the last year an a half i have seen the pain my family has gone through. ashley will live with that night haunting her the rest of her life and someone really goes and see’s him? there is nothing good about Anthony Case. he is a loser. yeah i may be a bitter person right now but i have all the rights to be so. he took my hero away from me. Chris was not just someone no one cared about. if you went to his funeral you know that. not many 20 yr olds would have that many people at a funeral. and the poem would not have been written. oh and when the trial starts see who is behind Chris’s side and see who is behind Anthony’s. Chelle did your friend tell you he gets jumped if he leaves his cell? Chris was one of the best people to walk this Earth he may have made mistakes but those mistakes taught his younger siblings. Coming to this site and seeing that picture makes me sick.

You say your friend goes to visit Anthony almost every week, so has your friend bothered to ask him what was going on in his head when he decided to kill Chris and try to murder ashley?? Has your friend asked anthony what happened to make him want other people suffer and die? I really would like to understand why in the hell he would think something like what he has done would EVER… EVER be okay!? I was close to ashley and potts and I guess part of me just wants to know why in the hell he would commit such a crime on two people… It couldn’t have just been the money, it had to be something else as well.

well its been a little over a year now. Anthony is still in county and not much has happened in his case. Next court date is in a few weeks…They offered him 60 years at his last court date. Im not sure if he is gonna take it or not.. I dont think it will go to a jury trial or anything. but i could be wrong, ill update when i know what happens at his next court date…

she is three now. but you wouls think she is 5 or 6. Chris was the best person i ever knew. he may have done wrong things in his past but he had the biggest heart ever. our family ment everything to him. Everyone who knew him never will forget him. his looks for one were unforgetable. we are all blessed to have had him in our lives

i personally only knew Chirs for a month or two before all this happened. and Kaci is right, he was a great person even if you knew him for a minute or your whole life. I wish i had been able to get to know him better then i had.

I dont know why my comments never show up here. its kinda makes me mad cause out of everyone who posts things im the one who knows whats really going on. trial wont start for awhile. Chris DELT drugs the day he died he was with our mom! not out dealing he was spending it with our mother. he went to bed early because he was starting a new job the next say. everyone is right there was alot of love in the funeral room that day. never would think a 20 year olds funeral would be that big. the hardest part was our little sister asking Ashely what happened to her and asking where “Kiss” was. she talks about him all the time.

And besides if Anthony would have stole $900.00, wouldn’t under Texas law he be charged with capital murder..I do believe that is the law in Texas for a murder with that amount of money involved.

its only if he did them both at the same time. Anthony didnt he killed Chris left the apt and came back stabbed him more and then took the money. two different crimes. he is so far being charged with 1st degree murder. the DA was changed and it messed up the trial. thats all i can say.
