Wilberto And The Orlandos Rape Little Girls

Hartford, CT – Wilberto Quinones, Orlando Mendez and Orlando Nicholas Ocasio went to the Hartford Public Library on Thursday evening. Because the library is where the party girls hang out. Or at least, the party girl fifth-graders.  Quinones, 17, Mendez, 19, and Ocasio, 18, asked an eleven year old girl to go hang out with them. Being eleven and flattered, the little girl accepted.  A few hours later she was found intoxicated, raped, and crying in a Burger King.Â
After leaving the library with the girl, the teenagers took her to a pair of motel rooms Ocasio had rented at Motel 6 for the purpose of hooking up. They got out the Remy Martin and Red Bull (ew!) and passed it around. The little girl hadn’t been drunk before and got sick. Sometime in the next hours, the girl was raped and assaulted. Both Quinones and Mendez have admitted to having sexual contact with the girl.
The girl managed to get out of the rooms and ran to the Burger King next door, crying hysterically. The restaurant manager took the child aside and called police.  Quinones and Mendez said that they had thought the girl was seventeen, not eleven – a moot point for police, since at eleven a child has no ability to legally consent. The child reported rape and attempted rape.
Mendez and Quinones are charged with first-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. Ocasio was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and conspiracy to commit risk of injury to a minor. All three were also charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bail for Mendez, who is on probation under a youthful offender program, was set at $250,000. Ocasio’s bail was set at $130,000, court officials said. Quinones is a juvenile, so his bail information isn’t available.

Oh, this is another one of those, “I’m too stupid to ask for ID, so I raped the girl”, crimes……
C’mon dregs, if a girl is old enough to consent in this country, then chances of her having a driver’s license or some other form of picture ID are quite high. If you don’t bother to even try to verify her age, we can only believe that you don’t care whether she is of age or not. Which makes you a POS.

I bet she was probably bleeding when they got done with her though, Miss Hill. Sorry for the graphic wording, but WTF!!!!!!! These guys need to be hanged by their balls, in a public place, and have the living hell beaten out of them. But Lovable, from the stapler guy thread, would probably disagree with me on this one too; after all, maybe the 11 year old didn’t tell them how old she was. What a crock of SHIT!!!!!

My daughter is 11, motherfuck. That is just awful thinking about what that child went through…..thinking she was “fitting in” with “older” boys, with no idea what in the fuck these perverts were thinking.
I wonder if she knew these boys? It seems fucked up that she would just leave with them. I know my 11 yr old wouldn’t, she doesn’t like Mom getting to far away from her at anytime.
Terribly sad story, that will definitely leave some horrid emotional scars.

I can’t see how anyone could think an 11 year old was an adult. I’ve seen some girls who have developed early, but really. And that girl — what kind of home training has she had — going with TWO guys to a hotel room? I feel really sorry for her that she’s been allowed to be that ignorant of how the world works. She’ll never forget this trauma and that is so sad.

Terrible, but the law is involved, the 3 motel gigilos though not castrated, are at least incarcerated, and will have no lawful or other excuse for soliciting a minor, disabling her with etoh and raping her whilst sick and vulnerable if not unconscious – not that the latter matters re consent but it will surely make the opening salvos in court lurid, especially when the prosecutor presents a clearly 11 yr old girl to a jury.
Their nuts are fried.

My little sister is almost 11, and even though she is developing early, she still looks FUCKING ELEVEN!!
These punks knew what they were doing. They just didn’t care. Chances are, they knew that she was a gullible and an easy target. Just her willingness to go to the motel room with them, drinking and being out of adult supervision tells me that. My only concern besides these fuckers being made to pay dearly, is that the girl has the right support system to get through this. Unfortunately, I doubt she does.
